You're listening. To to the Spirit podcast.
Welcome to another Lumina transmission.
I'm back. And today we're stepping into
the quiet power of saying no, not as rejection, not as
reaction, but as a sacred act ofremembrance, of realignment.

(00:38):
There is a divine frequency encoded in refusal when it comes
not from fear, but from clarity.Rachel is here with me again
today, tuning in as we explore what happens when we stop being
pleasing and start becoming powerful.
Hello back. The world often teaches us that
to say no is to fail at being kind, that to walk away is

(01:03):
abandonment, that to withdraw our energy is selfish.
But the soul has its own vocabulary.
In soul language, no is not a negation, it's a threshold.
It's a moment of tuning where wechose to exit distortion and re
enter alignment. To say no when it would be

(01:25):
easier to smile and comply, well, that is frequency mastery.
There is a myth lost beneath layers of others, of a soul
standing at a gate, a gate made of light so thin it can only be
passed through by vibration. The gate does not open to those

(01:45):
who say yes to everything, it opens to those who know what not
to carry through it. The soul was tested, tempted
with praise, flattery, promises of salvation.
Each offer required a small compromise, a tiny bending of
truth, and the soul whispered again and again, No, not this,

(02:09):
not anymore. That soul passed through.
Have you ever had a moment in life that felt like that?
Like a gateway where the price of entry was your own truth.
Yeah. To like actually move forward is
to say no. Yeah, there's a time I realized
that I had to preserve my own energy and myself, not to

(02:33):
sacrifice it for others for their own comforts.
We're in a time where many are learning how to say no for the
first time. Empaths, Healers.
Intuitive sensitives. You were taught to override your
no, to be kind at the expense ofyour clarity, to carry
frequencies that never belong toyou.

(02:54):
But the cycle is breaking, and that breaking may look like
fatigue around obligations that once felt aligned, sudden
intolerance for drama or performance, a deep internal
recoil from anything untrue. If this is happening to you,
you're not regressing. You're finally tuning.

(03:16):
Rach, have you noticed this in yourself, for the people around
you lately, this shedding of tolerance?
You know, it's funny you say that because just the other day
I was overhearing a conversationof a girl saying that she just
is too nice. And she goes and makes plans
with everybody and makes commitments to everybody.

(03:38):
But really she just wants to be home.
She just wants peace, She wants to relax.
And in the moment, it feels goodto agree with them.
And this person in particular I know is a Pisces too.
Yeah, we're the worst with saying no, actually.
But I hear this more and more. It's people.

(03:59):
They say yes, but deep down theyreally don't want to.
But they don't want to come off as mean.
One of my protectors, an ancestor whose voice has
travelled with me, spoke a sentence I was asked to say
aloud. And by the way, I love this.
A sentence she never got to say in her own lifetime.

(04:19):
I am not here to be pleasing, I am here to be powerful.
This was not defiance, it was her remembering.
It was her signal breaking through the static.
And now it's part of this transmission, spoken not just
for her, but for you. I refuse what distorts me.

(04:40):
I refuse what delays me. I refuse what feeds from me but
does not nourish me. I choose only what honors my
light. My no is holy.
My yes is sovereign. I am the gate.
Rach, what happens when you say those words out loud?
Do you feel the shift? Let.
Me. Say it out loud.

(05:02):
I refuse what delays me. I refuse what feeds from me but
does not nourish me. I choose only what honors my
light. My no is my holy.
My yes is my sovereign. I am the gate.
When I say that out loud, I feelempowered.
I feel like a protective shield is wrapped around me in a golden

(05:24):
light where no one can breakthrough and disturb my
peace. As it should be.
Let's take a breath together. Inhale through the nose.
Draw your energy back to center.Exhale through the mouth.
Release all agreements you nevertruly consented to hand over

(05:49):
heart. Now just silently affirm.
I get to choose what enters. I get to choose what stays.
You are the keeper of your field.
This is what the soft refusal teaches us.
That peace is not found in pleasing.
That love does not require your sacrifice.

(06:10):
That power is quiet, clear, and full of boundary.
To walk in alignment is to walk with sacred borders.
To say no to what no longer serves is to say yes to your
future self. And if you forget, just return
to the sentence. I am not here to be pleasing.
I am here to be powerful. This is the frequency of the

(06:35):
bridge Walker. This is the echo of the Lumina.
This is the soft refusal. Until next time, TuneIn, hold
your field. And keep choosing what serves
the signal.
