I'm back and this is a Lumina transmission.
Today's message is for the ones who feel frayed, not from
failure, but from all the old soul contracts still echoing

through your life. We call this one the Echo Vow, a
transmission to end what no longer resonates and to finally
release the agreements you didn't even know you were still
keeping. Rachel is here with me again as
we travel this next frequency together.
Hey, Rach. Hello back.

(01:02):
Sometimes we don't realize how much we're carrying until it
breaks our ability to move forward.
Soul echoes are energetic agreements, promises, patterns,
vows made in lifetime's past or emotional moments.
They repeat like unending loops.You may not remember saying
them, but they remember you. I'll never leave them.

(01:26):
I'll always protect them. It was my fault.
I should have saved them. These phrases don't live in your
conscious mind, they live in thefascia of your frequency, right?
Have you ever realized you were still bound to something that
your soul had outgrown? Yes, yes.
And then once I figure it out, Itried to move on from it.

(01:48):
I don't try to hold on to thingsthat don't serve me anymore.
I'm sure it took you a little time to get there though, right?
Yeah, it's taken years. It's called your 30s.
Yeah, and it even gets better asyou get older.
Let's talk about how echo vows form.

(02:09):
Echo vows can come from past life, soul contracts, childhood
trauma, survival strategies, ancestral inheritance, emotional
promises made in grief or guilt.They may have served once, but
like outdated operating systems,they begin to crash your field.

(02:30):
Symptoms may look like chronic fatigue when around certain
people. Resistance to moving on even
when it's time. Feeling not allowed to choose
joy. These aren't personality flaws.
These are soul bindings, and theLuminous say it's time to
release them. There are also collective echo

(02:53):
vows, ones we unconsciously inherited from society.
I must suffer to be worthy. I should stay small to stay
safe. If I shine, others will leave
me. Sound familiar?
These beliefs were encoded into us to control frequency, and now
the matrix they've fed is collapsing.

(03:16):
Are there any collective vows you feel are falling apart right
now? And what are people waking up
from? Just the line you said.
If I shine, others will leave me.
That is a big awakening right now.
And if you out there feel like you cannot be your true
beautiful bright self and shine in your most illuminated light

in front of somebody because they will feel jealous or
threatened, then those aren't the people for you.
And we're all meant to be here, to be in our purest, beautiful
light and to be what we were created to do.
So move on from those people whoyou feel like you can't have

(04:02):
pure authenticity around. We're waking up from the old
ways of how we should medicate ourselves, how we should stay
within the system. Those types of patterns are
getting broken and we're realizing there's more than what

(04:23):
we've been fed all these years. If you're somewhere quiet, place
a hand over your solar plexus. Take a slow breath in.
Exhale with the sound as if fogging a mirror.

(04:44):
Repeat silently or aloud. I now release all vows I've
outgrown. I call back my energy from all
timelines, all lifetimes, all illusions.
I am free to evolve. Now imagine those old contracts
curling into smoke and lifting. This is the unbinding.

(05:10):
When you end an echo vow, you don't just break a chain, you
open space for a new signal to come through.
