soul and harvest the sacred. And everyday I'm your host Beck,

It's probably covered in cat hair.
Always. Today we honor the 6th sign of
the Zodiac, Virgo. Often misunderstood as simply
the perfectionist, Virgo is muchmore.
This is The Alchemist, the Healer, the sacred organizer of

(01:15):
divine chaos. Ruled by Mercury and grounded in
Earth. Virgo bridges logic and
intuition, service and sovereignty.
This one is for the quiet ones who get things done, for the
soul sorters, the system builders, and those who heal
through devotion. Virgo's element is Earth.

(01:41):
Their modality is mutable. Their ruling planet is Mercury.
Their body rulership is digestive system, intestines,
spleen and gut brain axis. Virgo is earth made,
intelligent, mutable earth. It adapts, refines and proves.

Where Gemini, also ruled by Mercury, scatters ideas, Virgo
filters and applies them with intention.
Virgo is detail oriented, not for control but for clarity and
care. Rich, don't you think Virgo is
one of the most misrepresented signs?
Yeah, because I think a lot of times the Virgos can be seen in
a darker light. There's actually, I don't know,

a list. You've seen serial killers and
their signs. I have.
I know two of the signs that areprominent is like Pisces and
Virgo. Great.
And weirdly, if you look at the wheel of astrology, Pisces and
Virgo are exactly 90° apart, so we are on the opposite side of

them. There are polar opposites,
interestingly enough that. Is interesting strengths of the
Virgo Precision, discernment, and intellectual clarity.
They're strong in service, humility, and deep care for
others. They are strong also in

systematic thinking and sacred routines.
They also have strong work ethicand organizational gifts.
Give me some of those. Their shadows is that they can
have a little bit of over criticism of self and others.
They tend to have anxiety and burnout from over functioning,

and perfectionism and paralysis by analysis can also be a shadow
of the Virgo. Rare insight is that Virgo isn't
about flawlessness, it's about refinement.
Virgo sees what could be healed,not what could be shamed.
I have to give a shout out to myVirgo lady friends out there.

I love you guys. I think you are the sweetest,
bestest people and as far as theVirgo males, I will say I had a
few bosses that were Virgo malesand this is quite fitting.
Can I? Just interesting thing about
Virgos because there's not a lotof Virgos I think in my circle,

but also and all the people I'veever talked to, they're not
like, oh, I'm a Virgo. So this that they don't identify
Virgos, like don't identify as Virgos.
Yeah, we're all proud. Right I'm.
A Pisces. I'm a cancer.
I'm a Scorpio, but I've, I've never heard anybody be like, you

know, my Virgo tendencies, but Idon't get that.
Oh, you have a really good pointthere.
Rich. Interesting.
Virgo is the priestess in the garden, serving through sacred
details. They carry an innate drive to
fix broken systems, heal the physical body, restore integrity
to relationships. This service is often karmic.

Virgo souls may have contracts to support others through health
crisis. Be the behind the scenes healer
or teacher. Restore order to family, chaos
or ancestral lines. Have you ever known someone who
helps everyone but forgets to nourish themselves?
Yeah, that's kind of that motherarchetype, right?

They just are burning their candle at both ends and
everybody else is taken care of and they haven't.
Showered, eaten in her. No self-care.
So yeah, a Virgo is tied to manysacred figures.
There's Demeter, the earth goddess of harvest and sacred

grief. Austria, the last immortal to
leave Earth, goddess of purity and divine justice, and Hygiia,
the daughter of Asclepius. Asclepius, daughter of
Asclepius, goddess of health andhygiene.

(06:00):
Fergo's archetype is the divine virgin, not celibate, but whole
unto herself. She serves from fullness, not
emptiness. Virgo rules the gut, digestion
and assimilation. Common Virgo issues are IBS,

(06:22):
digestive sensitivities and ulcers, anxiety tied to the gut,
brain connection, burnout from mental over processing and
healing. Practices for Virgos are breath
work for the nervous system, herbal teas like peppermint and
chamomile, and mindful eating rituals.

So the crucial message to the Virgo is your body is not a
machine. Virgo heals when it learns to
listen instead of manage. And it's interesting too, I must
say. If you go deep into your birth
chart, be mindful of where you have, if you have Virgo in your
birth chart too, because I'm pretty sure I have some Virgo in

my birth chart. So when you're like, oh, I have
this and I'm this, you may possess the Virgo within your
birth chart too. And that's another valid point.
So talking a little bit about crystals, for the Virgo we have
Amazonite. It supports communication and
nervous system, Moss egg, a grounding and gentle heart

healing, and fluorite clarity and focus without anxiety, herbs
and plant allies. There's peppermint, personal
favorite for digestion and clarity, Lemon balm calms
nervous energy and dandelion detoxification and liver
support. Healthy practices for Virgo are

setting sacred routines, practicing boundaries as
medicine, and journaling to sortinner chaos.

just be horrible would. I just turn into Stardust,
that'd be it. She's not supposed to mix the
agate with the Rose quartz. You just put a citrine on you
and you'll be fine. It clears everything.
It's like the activated charcoalof the crystal.

When life feels overwhelming, they tighten routine schedules
