In a world that rewards numbing out, staying spiritually lit is a quiet act of rebellion.

This Lumina Transmission speaks directly to those who still carry light while others choose comfort, conformity, or collapse. Beck and Rachel explore what it means to walk The Path of One Flame...to remain awake, aware, and soul-aligned even when it’s lonely… even when no one else is watching.

In this episode, we explore:
• Why some dim their light to survive
• How to carry your flame without ego or burnout
• A ritual for reconnecting to your eternal spark
• The encoded light phrase: “Even if I am the last flame, I will burn in truth.”

If you’ve ever felt like the only one trying to stay true to your soul, this episode is for you.
You are not too much. You are the lantern.

(00:13):
You're listening to to the Spirit podcast.
Welcome to To the Spirit and to the next signal in our Lumina
Transmission series. I'm back, and today's frequency
arrives with solemnity and strength.

(00:35):
It is the message of the path ofOne Flame, the quiet power of
staying lit even when others extinguish themselves to fit in,
to numb out or disappear. With me is Rachel.
Rachel, welcome back. It's always a delight to be here
back. Have you ever felt like the only

(00:56):
one in the room still trying to carry light when everyone else
is surrendered to the dark? Man, that sounds like the story
of my life. I feel you on that, sister.
The Lumina teach. It is not about how many carry
the flame, it's about who can carry it through the silence.

(01:17):
In a world full of distraction, collapse, and conformity, it is
no small thing to remain aware, to care, to see, to feel.
You may walk alone, you may burnquietly, but you are not without
meaning. Why do you think staying lit

(01:38):
spiritually can feel isolating? Because a lot of times to fit in
with the masses you have to dullyour light for others.
People extinguish their light for many reasons.
To avoid rejection, to fit in with the unspoken rules, to
escape the burden of knowing toomuch.

(02:00):
It's easier sometimes to numb out than to tune in, easier to
doubt than trust. But in doing so, we disconnect
not just from source, but from our own soul.
Rach, have you ever noticed someone shrink in their light
just to survive a space? Yeah, and I think it's sad.
And the other people overpower them and they don't truly get to

(02:25):
stand in their light. I feel like I've done that many
times. But there's a flame within you
that cannot be stolen. It can be hidden, yes,
forgotten, even feared, But it is eternal.
Not because you made it, but because it is what you are.
The Lumina call this the inner Spark, the radiant core of

(02:47):
remembrance. And when you protect this flame,
you protect the frequency of truth.
Rach, do you think the fear of standing out is really a fear of
being burned by that light? It could be a little bit.
I mean, people are self-conscious and it's hard,
depending on your audience, if you're going to stand out, who
is going to resent you for your ability to do so?

(03:12):
The world is full of dimmers, full of things that say don't
shine too much, don't speak too clearly, don't walk too freely.
But what if the flame within youis not meant to be managed?
What if it's meant to be seen? Today, the Lumina ask not for
your performance, but for your presence.

(03:33):
They say hold to the light you know, even when it's not
recognized, even when others abandoned theirs, even when it's
only you. How do you think we can hold our
inner flame without falling intopride or fear?
Have a confidence but not cockiness.
Know the balance and know what your intention is when you are

(03:58):
shining your light. Close your eyes.
Picture a small flame inside your chest.
Steady, not flickering, not gasping, just burning.
Now say, silently or aloud, Thisflame is mine.
It comes from source. I am not here to dim, I am here

(04:23):
to burn, clean, breathe. Imagine this flame growing
slightly, then settling. Not wild, not showy, just
present. That's enough today's light and
coated phrase. Even if I am the last flame, I

(04:46):
will burn. In truth, you may be the only
one in your circle who remembers, who questions, who
still feels. Let that not make you lonely,
but luminous. You are not alone.
You are the Lantern. Rach, what's your message for
someone listening who feels likethe only one left trying?

(05:10):
You're not alone. There is definitely a whole
network of people who are brightening their light and
don't let others try to dim you because they don't allow their
light to burn as bright as yours.
Because your light is unique, and it's special, and it's meant
to be seen. To those still listening, if

(05:34):
you've ever been told you're toomuch, too sensitive, too awake,
remember you are a flame in a world that forgot fire.
Let others dim. Let others forget, but you, You
burn clean. This is the path of one flame.

(05:55):
And it is not walked in vain.
