This is today's single Christian, and I'm Lina Abujamra. One
of my favorite authors of all times is Elisabeth Elliot.
She was a giant of the faith. While Elisabeth Elliot
said many great things, this one quote of hers sticks out.
Don't dig up in doubt what you planted in faith.
You ever do that? You stand on one of God's
promises one day and circle and date it in your Bible.

You're hopeful and waiting until the waiting drags on. Then
doubt creeps in. When that happens, I remind myself of
Second Timothy 112, for I know whom I have believed,
and I am convinced that he is able to guard
until that day what has been entrusted to me. In
the face of doubt, remind yourself of who God is.
When you're tempted to wonder if God is going to

come through for you, refuse to give in. You and
I can stand strong in faith no matter what. Unshaken.
