Après sa victoire au Semi Marathon des Foulées Vénissianes la semaine dernière en 1:17:06 , Fanja continue son entraînement. Cap sur le Cross Elite de Volvic ce Samedi 23/11/2019 (départ à 15:10 pour ceux qui veulent la soutenir). Au programme : 5 km sur un chemin très gras. Elle va s'efforcer de travailler le rythme, la puissance, le cardio, etc ...
Nous sommes aussi revenus sur la différence entre Cross, Trail et Course sur Route en général.
Et une question de taille : comment axer sa préparation Mentale, avant un Marathon, pour ne pas "craquer" ou "lacher" après une trentaine de km ?
