I no longer have the energy or time for ingratitude. Too Busy!  

I have found such rich benefits to practicing gratitude through things like journaling and reflecting on that journaling.  Research shows that the practice of gratitude is associated with greater happiness.  

I want to hear from you.  Share in the comments at least one thing you are grateful for and why.  If you've been keeping a gratitude log, what do you notice is a common theme or takeaway from reviewing previous entries?
