Jenna is a LPC (TX), Sex Therapist and Educator, EMDR therapist, and PhD Candidate, completing her research exploring the relationship between trauma, sexual dysfunction, and pelvic floor dysfunction. She is a relationship-informed trauma expert and a trauma-informed relationship and sex expert. Jenna co-owns Aspen Haus Associates and specializes in leadership and relationship coaching, sexual dysfunction, sexual pain/penetration, affairs, trauma and abuse, and more in her cross-discipline practice as coach and clinician.
