I would say to take a shot every time D says "real sh*t" but you would probably be dead!

The letter of the day is T for Truth. D didn't even pay attention to the rules as she was taking shots for every question she answered! There's one thing that D is going to constantly remind you of in the episode and it's that she will answer ANY question regardless of who's turn it is!
