This week we’re talking about the difference between knowing when to push yourself outside of your comfort zone and when to honor a legitimate boundary. There’s so much noise out there about how our lives “should” go and “should” look. It can be hard to hear your own voice amidst it all. Just because one person moves to a new big city to pursue their version of success doesn’t mean that it has to be your version of success, even if culture suggests it should be. Doing something out of your comfort zone in your hometown is just as valid. Spoiler alert: science agrees! In this episode we’re breaking it all down. Enjoy!
