In this ep, we're talking about the anticipation of change. Change is uncomfortable no matter what changes occur in our lives, be they a new city, a new job, a friend getting married, or having a baby. Whether the circumstance is initiated by us or chosen for us, it can be tricky to navigate the dynamics that come along with it. It’s just messy! We are breaking down some of the major changes happening in our lives & our friendship, including the messy conversations and feelings of it all (in real time) & how we’re moving through it.
