Dr. Michael Mash is the owner and founder of Barbell Rehab, a continuing education company dedicated to helping fitness and rehab professionals improve the management of barbell athletes. He received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Saint Vincent College in 2014 and Doctor of Physical Therapy from Duquesne University in 2016. Michael is the creator of the Barbell Rehab Method Certification, a live CEU approved course for clinicians and coaches. He has made it his life’s mission to reduce barriers to strength training and encourage its use and application on a global level.
