Ever notice how some days everything feels uphill, and other days the right people and chances seem to find you? We unpack why that happens by exploring mental magnetism—the way your thoughts and emotions broadcast a signal that life tends to mirror back. Drawing from voices like Napoleon Hill, Neville Goddard, Dr. Joe Dispenza, and Ernest Holmes, we connect timeless wisdom to modern psychology and show how your inner state quietly shapes your choices, your presence, and your results.

We dig into the mechanics: thoughts create emotional tone, emotions become a frequency, and that frequency colors your perception and behavior. You’ll hear a real-world shift from a morning routine of lack to a ritual of gratitude and visualization, plus a vivid builders metaphor that shows how intention becomes the “feel” of what you create. We break down a practical “thought detox” to expose the phrases that run your day, explain how neuroplasticity makes old loops sticky, and offer a feelings-first approach to installing new beliefs so action becomes natural instead of forced.

To make it stick, we share a three-part daily cadence: morning alignment to choose your broadcast, a midday check-in to reframe drift, and evening rehearsal to prime your next day. The goal isn’t fantasy—it’s faith paired with small, repeatable steps that change your signal and, over time, your outcomes. If you’re ready to stop chasing and start attracting from clarity, hit play, take notes, and try the challenge to notice and replace low-frequency thoughts all week. If this resonated, subscribe, share with a friend who needs it, and leave a quick review so more people can find the show.

SPEAKER_01 (00:03):
Welcome to Transformative Living Radio,
where we explore the power ofintentional change for personal
growth and fulfillment.
I'm Andre Flax, your host andcertified life and leadership
coach.
If you caught our last episode, you'll remember that we talked
about how success isn'tsomething you chase, it's
something you attract.

(00:23):
Napoleon Hill called it trainingyour aura.
But what he was really talkingabout was energy alignment.
And today, we're taking that astep deeper.
Because once you realize thatyou're always broadcasting
energy through your thoughts, your emotions, and your beliefs,
the next big question is thisWhat exactly are you

(00:45):
broadcasting?
You see, Hill said that yourmind is a magnet.
Whatever you think consistentlywith feeling, you pull towards
you.
So in this episode, we're divinginto what I call the law of
mental magnetism.
We'll talk about how yourthoughts literally create your
emotional frequency, why oldmental habits keep recycling the

(01:09):
same experiences, and how torewire your thinking so you
attract from clarity and notchaos.
So if you're ready to experiencemental magnetism, grab a pin and
a pad, and if you're ready,let's begin.
Hello and welcome to anotherempowering episode of

(01:30):
Transformative Living Radio.
I'm Andre Flax, your host andcertified life and leadership
coach.
Now, in our last episode, wetalked about how success isn't
something you chase, it'ssomething you attract.
Napoleon Hill called it trainingyour aura.
But what he was really talkingabout is what is known as energy

(01:53):
alignment.
Now, whether you believe it ornot, you are always broadcasting
energy through your thoughts, your emotions, or your beliefs.
So the question is, what exactlyare you broadcasting?
Napoleon Hill once said, quote, whatever the mind can conceive
and believe it can achieve.

(02:14):
But he wasn't the only one whosaw the mind as creative.
Neville Goddard said, quote, imagination creates reality.
Dr.
Joe Dispenser called it thequantum field responsible for
your state of being.
And Ernest Holmes taught thatthought is the mold into which
the infinite substance of lifeflows.

(02:34):
Now these were differentteachers with the same truth.
Your outer life is an echo ofyour inner state.
Here's how it works everythought you think creates a
vibration.
Every emotion you attach to thatthought sends a signal in the
field.
That signal becomes yourfrequency, and your frequency

(02:56):
becomes your experience.
If you spend your day thinkingabout what's missing, life
echoes that back.
If you spend your day thinkingfrom gratitude and expectancy,
life also echoes that back too.
Now I want you to pause for asecond and ask yourself, what
have I been imagining, rehearsing, or worrying about

(03:18):
lately?
Is that the movie I want to keepplaying?
Because every time you rehearsea thought, positive or negative,
you are teaching your brain andbody to expect it.
And what you expect, youattract.
While growing up in the innercity of Camden, New Jersey, I

(03:39):
found myself constantlythinking, imagining, and
sometimes rehearsing negativeexperiences, which tended to
attract more negativeopportunities versus positive
ones.
It wasn't until I was able toshift my focus and realign my
energy towards what I wantedthat I began to experience more

(04:00):
of what I wanted.
You see, focus is everything.
Dr.
Joe Dispenza says your brain isa record of the past unless you
train it to become a vision ofthe future.
You see, most people wake up andimmediately start thinking
yesterday's thoughts.
I'm tired, I'm behind, I don'thave enough.

(04:21):
And without realizing it, theybroadcast the same frequency
every day.
But here's the thing you can'tcreate a new life from an old
mindset.
You can't tune into abundancewhile listening to the frequency
of fear.
Think about it.
When you're driving and a songcomes on that you don't like,
you don't scream at the radio, you just change the station.

(04:44):
That's how your thoughts work aswell.
You don't have to fight thenegative, just tune to a higher
frequency.
So let me ask you a question.
What station have you been tunedinto lately?
Fear or faith, scarcity orpossibility?
Because what you focus onexpands.

(05:05):
Claire was someone who wouldwake up in the morning and check
her bank account first thing.
Now that single act tuned herinto lack.
Her thoughts said, There's notenough.
And that became her dailyreality.
But it wasn't until she switchedher morning routine to gratitude
journaling, visualizingabundance, and affirming, quote,

(05:29):
I have more than enough, thather outer circumstance began to
shift.
Now it wasn't overnight, butgradually.
Because what happened was herfrequency was finally aligned
with abundance and not anxiety.
Now let's be honest, you don'tchange your thinking overnight.
You've been rehearsing certainmental stories for decades.

(05:51):
So in order to transform yourlife, the first step is
awareness, and that is to noticethe mental soundtracks that have
been running in the background.
You can't delete a thought thatyou don't recognize.
Now, when I coach clients, Ioften tell them to do a thought
detox.
And that is once a week, writedown your most common mental

(06:14):
phrases, the ones that seem tocome up when things go wrong.
Things like I'm not enough, Ialways mess up, or no one ever
listens to me.
From there, I tell them to askyourself, would I let someone
else talk to me this way?
If not, why am I allowing it inmy own head?

(06:34):
Now here's the science behindit.
Every thought you repeat firesthe same neural pathway.
The more you rehearse it, thestronger it gets.
Like carving grooves into yourmind.
But here's the good news.
You can rewire those grooves.
Dr.
Joe Dispenza says, you can'tthink greater than how you feel

(06:56):
until you learn to feel greaterthan how you think.
The translation?
You have to practice the feelingof the new belief before it's
real.
So if you want to feelconfident, start thinking like
someone who already is.
If you want abundance, thinklike someone who already has it.
You see, your subconscious minddoesn't know the difference.

(07:18):
It just obeys the signal.
So now let me ask you thisquestion.
What's one belief that you'vebeen carrying that's ready to
retire?
And what new belief could takeits place?
Two men were hired to buildidentical houses on opposite
sides of a hill.
Same blueprint, same tools, samematerials.

(07:40):
One builder, let's call himMarcus, wakes up every morning
grateful for the opportunity.
As he lays his bricks, heenvisions a beautiful home
filled with love and laughter.
The other builder, let's callhim Tom, wakes up thinking, this
job will never end, my backhurts, I'm tired.

(08:01):
Every nail he drives is lacedwith frustration.
Months later, when both housesare finished, something strange
happens.
Marcus's house feels alive, warm, welcoming, and peaceful.
Tom's house, on the other hand, feels cold, empty, and
unsettled.

(08:21):
Same blueprint, same tools, butdifferent energy.
Now I know this is a metaphor, but here's the truth.
You're building your life in thesame way.
Every thought you think is abrick.
Every emotion you repeat is themartyr that holds it together.
And when you look around and youwonder why some people seem to

(08:42):
attract warmth and opportunitywhile others seem to hit a wall,
it's because of the energythey're building with.
You see, mental magnetism isn'tjust a concept, it's a daily
discipline.
You train it by repetition, byawareness, by choice.
Now here's a simple way topractice it starting today.

(09:03):
Step number one is morningalignment.
Before checking your cell phone, take two minutes to breathe and
ask, what kind of energy do Iwant to broadcast today?
Now don't rush it.
Feel it.
Is it gratitude, calm,confidence?
Choose it consciously.

(09:23):
Step number two is to do amidday check-in.
When you catch yourself driftinginto negativity, stop and ask
yourself, is this thoughthelping me to attract what I
want or pushing it away?
Then reframe it.
Step number three is eveningrehearsal.
As you fall asleep at night, imagine your ideal tomorrow as

(09:45):
if it already happened.
This is straight from NevilleGoddard.
He called it living in the end.
Don't wait to see it, feel itfirst, and the evidence will
show up.
Now, as we wrap up this episode, let me leave you with this
thought.
The law of magnetism isn't aboutfantasy, it's about faith.
Faith backed by consistentaligned action.

(10:07):
So my challenge to you this weekis to become conscious of your
broadcast.
When a negative thought showsup, pause and replace it.
When doubt creeps in, speakbelief.
When fear tries to lower yourfrequency, breathe, center
yourself, and choose a betterthought.
Remember, your thoughts aremagnets.

(10:29):
Train them and you'll startattracting what you've been
chasing.
