Hello and welcome to anotherepisode of Transformative Living
Radio.
I'm Andre Flax, your host andcertified life and leadership
coach.
Now, before we dive into thepower pack lessons of the book
(01:26):
TNT the Power Within you Iwanted to take a moment to share
a little bit about the manbehind the message.
Claude M Bristol was an Americanjournalist.
He was a thought leader andself-improvement pioneer.
He was born in the late 19thcentury, where he started his
career as a skeptical newsreporter, covering financial
(01:49):
markets, politics and theshifting tide of human ambition.
However, through years ofresearch, interviews and
personal experiences, hestumbled upon something
extraordinary the undeniablepower of belief.
His career as a financialeditor exposed him to some of
(02:11):
the wealthiest, most successfulindividuals of his time, and
through his observation, henoticed a pattern that their
success wasn't just about talent, intelligence or luck.
It was about mentalconditioning, a mindset built on
unshakable belief, focusedintention and relentless action.
(02:33):
Bristol documented his findingsin his book TNT the Power Within
you, a book that remainsrelevant even today.
You see, in an era filled withdistractions, self-doubt and
external noise, his messageserves as a reminder of the
profound truth that the power totransform your life doesn't
come from without.
(02:53):
It comes from within.
Think about it.
How often do we wait for theperfect moment to act?
How many dreams remainunfulfilled because of
self-doubt?
Act how many dreams remainunfulfilled because of
self-doubt?
Bristol teaches us that ourreality is a direct reflection
of our dominant thoughts andbeliefs, and as we master our
(03:13):
mind, we master our lives.
Bristol's central philosophy issimple but yet radical, and
that is your thoughts createyour reality.
Now, this isn't just wishfulthinking.
It's backed by psychology,neuroscience and real-world
experience.
Bristol believed that withineach of us lies a hidden,
(03:36):
untapped force, which he calledTNT, which was a metaphor for an
explosive, transformativeenergy that you can harness by
changing your thoughts, beliefsand actions.
Now, this power isn't reservedjust for the elite, the
privileged or the exceptionallygifted.
It's available to anyone yes, anyone who is willing to train
(04:00):
their mind to focus on what theytruly want, eliminate
self-doubt and fear, takedecisive action with confidence,
persist through obstacles anddevelop an unshakable belief in
themselves.
Bristol's work reminds us thatfaith is the fuel for action,
not in a purely religious sense, but in an unrelenting
(04:22):
confidence that your thoughts, beliefs and efforts will
manifest results.
When you truly believe inyourself and your goals, you
send out a powerful signal thatattracts opportunities,
solutions and success.
But belief alone isn't enough.
It must be paired with action.
(04:44):
And that leads us to the nextpart of our discussion Five
actionable strategies to unleashyour inner TNT.
Strategy number one is toharness the power of
affirmations.
You see, your subconscious mindis like a sponge.
It absorbs and reinforceswhatever we tell it repeatedly.
(05:05):
Now, if you're constantlythinking I'm not good enough,
well, guess what your mind willwork overtime to prove you right
.
You see, affirmations arepowerful because they shift your
internal dialogue.
They create a new mentalpattern that overrides old
limiting beliefs.
Here's how to practice this.
(05:26):
First, write down affirmationsthat reflect your goals and your
desires.
An example of an affirmationmight be I am confident and
capable of achieving my dreams.
Now, after writing down a listof positive affirmations, you
want to repeat them daily, ideally in the morning and
(05:47):
before bed.
Now here's the pro tip Say youraffirmations with conviction.
You see, affirmations work bestwhen they are felt deeply and
not just repeated mindlessly.
Strategy number two forunleashing your inner TNT is to
visualize with intensity.
You see, your mind doesn'tdistinguish between real
(06:10):
experiences and vividly imaginedones.
Athletes, top performers andentrepreneurs all use
visualization as a tool toachieve their goals.
As a tool to achieve theirgoals.
So how do you practice this?
Well, step one is to spend afew minutes each day visualizing
(06:31):
your ideal future.
Imagine yourself achieving yourgoals.
Feel the excitement, the prideand the energy that goes into
achieving your goals.
The key is to engage all ofyour senses See it, hear it,
feel it and even smell it.
The more real it feels, themore powerful it becomes.
(06:56):
Now, strategy number three is tocultivate unwavering belief.
And so it's really important,as we are learning to unleash
the inner TNT in us, that welearn to cultivate unwavering
belief.
You see, doubt is the enemy ofachievement.
The moment you question whetheryou deserve success, you weaken
(07:16):
your ability to act.
So how do we practicecultivating unwavering belief?
Well, the first step is, whennegative thoughts arise,
challenge them.
Ask yourself where is the proofthat I can't succeed?
Replace negative thoughts withempowering beliefs.
Here's the tip Surroundyourself with belief builders.
(07:38):
Belief builders are the books, mentors and environments that
reinforce self-confidence.
Now, strategy number four is toact as if, if you want to be
successful, start behaving likethe person who has already
achieved your dreams.
Adopt the habits, the mindsetsand the actions of someone who
(08:01):
has already succeeded themindsets and the actions of
someone who has alreadysucceeded.
Dress the part, speak the partand carry yourself with the
confidence of your future self.
Now here's a tip your brainfollows your actions.
When you act successful, youstart believing you are
successful.
Strategy number five is tomaintain laser focus.
(08:22):
You see, what we focus onexpands.
So to release your inner TNT.
You need to concentrate yourenergy on your goals without
distractions.
So how do we practicemaintaining laser focus?
Well, the first step is to setclear, actionable goals.

(08:46):
those goals.

you stay on track.
