I've been reflecting on how everything EllieFlow, all of my work and offerings, is born from the viewpoint that simply by engaging with life, and with all that it is bringing to the surface for us (emotions, thoughts, resistance, energies of fear, scarcity, grief, joy, gratitude, and more...), we engage in the process of organic transformation.
What I teach and guide here, in client sessions, and my programs, and in the upcoming membership is all about connecting with what is here right now, in trust that it will open the next door on your path as you deepen into presence with it.
This may entail opening to feel and process emotions that have been suppressed for years, or learning to sit with discomfort and uncertainty. It may entail engaging with anxiety, your mind and intellect, or returning to your body....there are hundreds of different ways this can look, but the core is the same: as you meet what's present for you now, the next piece of your journey will unfold and your transformation is underway.
Let's explore more in the episode!

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist
It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
