Nathan and his wife Kacy have been married for 27 years and have three daughters: Adria (23), Hannah (21), and Harper (12). He is in his 26th year in education and 19th as an administrator, with experience at Shiloh Hills Christian School, Hilton Head Preparatory School, Grace Christian Academy, and Whitefield Academy. Currently, he serves as the head of school at Immanuel Christian School in Springfield, VA.

Nathan holds a bachelor’s degree in history education from Maranatha Baptist University, a master’s in educational administration from the University of South Carolina, and a doctorate in organizational leadership from Johnson University, where his research focused on leaders' epistemological beliefs and team reflection. He has held various roles, including administrator, teacher, advisor, and coach, and recognizes the unique contexts in which leaders serve while honoring God and their communities.
