John Noel is currently retired after 43 years in ministry. He and his wife Gayle will celebrate their 48th anniversary this August. He graduated from Johnson Bible College (now Johnson University) and served in youth ministry for 12 years, first in Martinsville, IN, then in Winston-Salem, NC.
John was then called into children’s ministry in Indianapolis, first at Chapel Rock Christian Church, then at Kingsway Christian Church for 27 years. He moved into care ministry, at Kingsway and then at Connection Pointe Christian Church, after which he retired from vocational ministry.
John and Gayle now live in Plainfield, IN. They have three children and three grandchildren and love spending time with all of them. John also enjoys working as a handyman in his retirement.
Notably, John was instrumental in the birth of Covenant Christian High School almost 30 years ago and still firmly believes in its God-ordained mission.
