Joining Lewis this time is kidney transplant recipient and Transplant Team GB runner, Ryan Brett, who has recently completed a 17 day run from Land's End to John O' Groats to raise money for Transplant Sport.
Ryan talks about the challenges he faced on his run, how he kept going for so long, the planning that goes into a challenge like this and much, much more. He's also been very successful at the World Transplant Games and shares some tips on you can get better at running.
