Jonathan Mendoza Iserte es titular de la Secretaría de Protección de Datos Personales, Maestro en derecho por el Centro de Estudios de Posgrado en Derecho y Licenciado en Derecho por la Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. Fue representante del INAI en las ediciones 43 y 44 del Foro de Autoridades de Privacidad Asia-Pacífico, que tuvo en Hong Kong y Macao, respectivamente. Asimismo, se desempeñó como Secretario de Acuerdos y Ponencia de Acceso a la Información en el Instituto Federal de Acceso a la Información y Protección de Datos (IFAI) y como asesor de la Coordinación de Asuntos Jurídicos y la Secretaría Administrativa del Tribunal Electoral del Poder Judicial de la Federación.
