Of course we can evaluate the impact of our decisions on our own lives, but what about the lives of others? In this episode the hosts discuss the impact of the "checklist life" on their oldest children. They've invited in Tre, Tiffany's son, and Taylour, Yolanda's daughter, to discuss what they've learned from their mothers, both positive and negative as it relates to being so task driven.

This is a great episode of those who want children, are raising children, or whose child rearing days are behind them. How often have we thought about the choices that we've made beyond them being "good choices" based on a career move or educational attainment? What do kids really think about what adults call success? How do they define it? What will be their outlook on life as a result of the models that their parents/caregivers have shown?
