I had incredible, loving, amazing parents who I'm actually
able to have a really open andhonest relationship with, and
they provide really open andhonest answers In my personal
life.
I go to them.
I have two mentors, one that Iworked with at my corporate job
and then one that I am on myentrepreneurial journey with,

(01:27):
and those are those are womenthat I know and trust and I know
that, whether I'm going to likethe answer or not, they're not
going to, they're not going totalk shit.
They're literally just going totell me hey, here's the answer.
You don't have to like it, butthis is what it is and I I

Something that's reallyimportant to me is not just
listening for my turn to talk.
It's listening to understandthe person and where they're
coming from and their livedexperience.
So, while my brain is rapidfiring right, like I'm

(02:21):
constantly thinking of the nextthing to say or how to answer

waiting for my turn to talk andreally listening to the people

your leadership strength?

I have an incredibly innate andunique ability to get people to
buy into me.
My transparency and the systemsthat I've created magnetize my
team members to me.
That is something that can bechallenging.
It can be challenging for a lotof people and I've developed a
really unique and special way ofdoing that and I have I just

(03:12):
have a thing, and it sort of itmagnetizes people and I'm very,
very grateful.
It's not without work, it's notwithout practice, but I do have
a very special gift.
