My favorite leadership word we.

Okay, Question two who do you look to for
leadership inspiration?

Speaker 3 (00:54):
This is the most horrible suck up answer.
I hate this.
My boss, kevin Eikenberry, wholiterally wrote the book I mean,
he wrote Remarkable Leadershipand he's written with me these
three books.
I have never met anybody in mylife who walks it the way he
talks it like Kevin does andvisibly makes the effort to do

It's both inspiring,intimidating and occasionally
annoying.

Question number three cup half full or cup half empty
?

Speaker 3 (01:29):
I am a pessimist by nature.
I think, glass half empty.
I'm one of these people whoreally likes Monday mornings,
mainly because I'm a pessimistand I know it's going to go
downhill and that's as good asit's going to go downhill and
that's as good as it's going toget all day Like nothing's gone

wrong.
Yet I mean, that's my approach.
So I I'm a glass half emptykind of guy, unfortunately.

Question number four what wouldyou like to improve about your
leadership style?

like to improve about your leadership style.
I think it's my need to take abreath.
I tend to react rather thanrespond.

Fantastic.
And the final question what doyou think is your leadership
strength?

Speaker 3 (02:28):
Energy.
I think that I bring energy towhat I do and I try to energize,
and you know, whether it'sthrough humor or whatever it is
that I do, I think I bringenergy to the table.
