Speaker 1 (00:02):
It's the lightning round Brought to you by Trench
Leadership, a podcast from thefront.
Guests on Trench Leadership areasked five random
leadership-related questionswith the goal of having a little
fun, being a littleself-reflective and connect with
the listeners on a morepersonal level and without

(00:26):
further ado let's get to thequestions, and this now feels
like a great time for us to rollinto the lightning round.

Speaker 2 (00:40):
What do you think about that?
Yeah, you got this.
You're good, you're ready to go, all right.
Question number one what isyour favorite leadership word
Leverage.
Okay, question number two whodo you look to for leadership

(01:04):
inspiration?
My clients?

Speaker 3 (01:10):
Okay, question three Cup half full or cup half empty.
I like to say I'm a realist, which is that the cup is half
full if you're drinking and cupis half empty if you're pulling
it out, if you're like pouringit out like it's both, it's
neither and both at the sametime all right fantastic all
depends on what you're trying todo.

Speaker 2 (01:23):
Yeah, absolutely Absolutely.
Question number four what wouldyou like to improve about your
leadership style?

Speaker 3 (01:34):
I have a very strong personality, and that means that
I'm not going to be a match forall other personalities, and so
I wish, in an effort to helpmore people, I could learn to be
slightly less this, only to beable to mirror them and help
them.

Speaker 2 (01:55):
Okay, and the final question what do you think is
your leadership strength?

Speaker 3 (02:01):
So a friend of mine has a podcast and it's a lawyer
podcast, but she's working alsowith leaders and her question is
what is your superpower?
And my answer was that I couldspeak confidently pretty much
about anything, and so that isone of my leadership strengths
that I can speak with confidenceand that helps people follow,

(02:23):
because if'm confident, they'reconfident in me.

Speaker 2 (02:27):
Well, people get inspired by that and they will
rally behind confidence for sure.
Well, thank you so much.
That was the lightning round.
You did great.
How are you feeling about it?

Speaker 3 (02:36):
Good, aside from my answer about the water thing,
because I realized both of themwere half empty and I should
have said water going in.
But that's cool.
I thought I was going to getlightning round questions about
favorite books and movies andstuff.

Speaker 2 (02:48):
No way that's.
I do that on purpose, so thatpeople kind of get thrown out of
whack.

Speaker 3 (02:54):
About the bugs life.

Speaker 1 (02:57):
That's it.
That's all you have beentreated to five leadership
related questions and theresponses from this week's guest
.
We hope you have enjoyed thisedition of the lightning round
brought to you by TrenchLeadership, a podcast from the
front.
Take care and remember.
