Natashah is Founder of Empowered Voices LLC, where she help families and loved ones struggling with addiction, learn how to be supportive in a productive way; so they can restore broken relationships and gain freedom and happiness in their lives.

Natashah also is a First Responder working with First Responders dealing with Mental Health Support. She is a Contributing Writer for iShine Magazine. Ms. Khan is a Podcaster “Getting To The Root Of It” streaming on YouTube!

We discuss the 'behind the scenes" scenarios of our tenured work as First Responders as we dealt with traumatic stressors in the line of duty.

Natashah & I delve into her work as a facilitator with CISD (Critical Incident Stress Debriefing), "hot-lining"/calls to CPS, suicides amongst First Responders, and other difficulties faced on the job.
