What if provision starts with presence, not paychecks? In this powerful opening session of our new series on the revealed names of God, we begin with Jehovah Jireh and explore a deeper, more personal picture of how God provides—often in ways that look like peace under pressure, courage to wait, unexpected helpers, and a table set right in the presence of our enemies.

Through both Scripture and lived experience, Patty Clemons shares vulnerable and faith-filled stories that reveal God’s hand in the everyday: Abraham’s surrender on Mount Moriah, a family business derailed by dementia, a lawsuit that turned into rescue, a tornado that leveled a home but left lives untouched, a stolen wedding ring returned years later, and a cashier in tears who met God between grocery aisles.

Across each of these moments runs a powerful truth: surrender unlocks supply. When we lay down what we love—status, plans, grudges, or even good dreams—God meets us with more of Himself. That’s the true meaning of provision. This session explores how offense can block God’s flow of blessing, why joy can thrive even when circumstances don’t, and how God often provides through His people in small, timely acts that carry eternal impact.

You’ll hear how prayer persisted until an entire family turned to faith, how quiet trust grows when God feels silent, and how prisons and nursing homes are witnessing a fresh move of the Spirit among those the world forgets.
If you’re weary, between jobs, or carrying a private ache, this teaching offers practical hope rooted in Scripture and authentic stories of God’s faithfulness.

Come rethink what provision really means—not just as material supply, but as peace, guidance, community, and the courage to say “yes” to God’s leading. Take the next step: surrender what you’ve been gripping, invite God to use you, and watch what He brings from the thicket.

Tyler Lynde (00:12):
We had one that we did over the summer.
And we felt like the Lordreally wanted us to uh to add to
our community groups.
So our community groups happenduring the week and usually
every other week.
And they're we had them threetimes a year as well.
But we felt like that it wasimportant for us to also have
some deeper, uh deeper dive intoteaching, and especially when

(00:34):
it comes from to uh discipleshipfocus.
So we're gonna start thisseries on revealed.
Uh it's we're talking about theJehovah compound names of God
found in the Old Testament.
And uh we're talking about whatthe character and nature of
God, who he is, and and how hedescribes himself through those

(00:56):
things.
And then also it's really easy,it's really amazing, I should
say, to see the connection pointbetween the Old Testament names
of God and Jesus.
Jesus is the fulfillment of allof those things that we find in
the Old Testament.
I know that we're getting closeto the end of our reading uh
this year.
We've been reading through theOld Testament, and I know it can

(01:19):
get laborious at times becauseit's like the same thing over
and over again where Israel'sdoing great, they have a great
king, and then all of a suddenthey don't, they're not doing
well, they fall, and but thenthere's a promise they're gonna
come back and all of that.
But when we read the OldTestament, we understand that
it's pointing to Jesus, then itmakes a lot more sense, right?

(01:39):
And so these different namesare found in the Old Testament
in the Hebrew language, andwe're gonna be uh studying each
one.
So there'll be eight differentweeks.
There'll be two weeks where wewon't meet, and we'll just send
out a text to everybody.
So if you can just be lookingfor that text, we'll let you
know.
And it's one of them's going tobe the day before Thanksgiving.
So is that a good reason?

(02:02):
Okay.
I figured somebody may bewanting to make a pie somewhere,
so give you that night up.
And then there'll be anothernight where we're having a
special meeting here with MasterBuilder.
So but we'll we'll you don'thave to worry about the dates,
we'll get those to you.
Okay?
So tonight we're gonna startoff, and also another thing that
these meetings do is give achance for people within our

(02:22):
body that God uses to teach, butdon't necessarily always get a
chance on Sunday mornings, justbecause there's six guys, and
and also with actually withNeil, there's seven that uh that
have an opportunity to sharehere uh on a regular basis and
then special speakers that comein.
And so this is really a greatprivilege for me to be able to

(02:43):
see some of the other uhpowerfully gifted people within
our church be able to sharetruth from the word of God.
So, without further ado, wehave Miss Patty Clemens who's
gonna come and share the Word ofGod with us tonight, and we're
so excited, and so please let'swelcome her.

Patty Clemons (03:04):
I'm so glad to be here tonight.
I want to pretend that y'allare prisoners at the prison.
Yeah, because that'll help me.
But I love the subject I got tospeak on, Jehovah Jireh, our
God that provides.
That means so much to mebecause I'm a living testimony

(03:24):
of Jehovah Jireh, the God thatprovides.
I don't want to read the wholechapter of Genesis 22, but you
can read it later.
But in Genesis 22, 11, Abrahamnamed the place the Lord God
provided.
And I love the story ofAbraham.
He was a man of faith, but Ihave a feeling he had the power

(03:50):
of the Holy Spirit on the insideof him.
Because when God asked him tolay down Isaac, and you know,
God's asked me to lay stuff downbefore.
But when God asked Abraham tolay Isaac on the altar, also God
called Abraham a friend of God.
So I have a feeling thatAbraham had been intimate with

(04:14):
God.
I had a feeling that Abrahamknew if he surrendered something
to God, that God would takecare of him.
And so when he uh surrenderedand took Isaac and put him on
the altar, can you imagine?
We can't even imagine what thatwas like.
But God provided, he provided alamb.

(04:38):
And that goes into anotherplace where God says he will
provide, Psalms 23.
The Lord is my shepherd, Ishall not want.
God is faithful, he is JehovahJireh or provider.
And it also says, My God willsupply all of your needs
according to his riches inglory.

(05:00):
Now, when we talk about needs,we sometimes just think about
money.
Sometimes it's wisdom,sometimes it's guidance,
sometimes it's just being, maybeyou're lonely.
And I love the scripture thatsays that God will even provide
in your lonely times.
He will be that friend thatwill stick closer than a

(05:23):
brother.
Now that I'm a widow, my wholeseason changed and I was lost.
And God always told me, Hesaid, I will provide.
And he has provided for me.
So as we go along in thejourney of knowing that Jehovah
Jireh is our provider, he alsotells us, I will never leave you

(05:46):
and I will never forsake you.
I don't want us to think aboutwhen uh we think about Jehovah
Jireh, that's just about money.
It, I mean, God will supply ourneeds, but it's not always
about money.
It could maybe be that you havebeen in depression.
Well, God says He is your hope.
Or it could be maybe you'velost a job.

(06:09):
But if God allows that door toshut, he'll open another door.
We can always rely on thegreatest thing, and that's the
faithfulness of God.
He is faithful.
So as we move along, I want totell you a story of when God
provided for me supernaturally.
Did you know God can providesupernaturally?

(06:30):
He can provide through peopleyou wouldn't believe.
He can provide.
Went blank.
Sorry.
Can that be wiped out rightthere?

Tyler Lynde (06:48):
Okay.

Patty Clemons (06:50):
Anyway, Econo Windows Inciting, that's what it
was.
We had a business, me and Wade, and um, y'all don't know the
whole story, we won't go there, but as Wade started getting
sick, you had to measure windowsa perfect way.
He messed up on a multi-milliondollar home, measured every
window wrong, because now he wasin the second stage of

(07:13):
dementia, which we didn't know.
And I remember getting a phonecall from the man saying, We're
gonna sue you.
And I remember just panicking.
I went before uh some elders atthe time and they said we're
gonna have to pray.
And God whispered in my spirit,I will provide for you.
I will provide.

(07:34):
I had no clue how he was gonnado it, but at the time we were
making $150,000 a year.
Now that was a lot of money forme because I came from poverty.
And man, and we were just goingalong, and God always just said
in my spirit, I will provide.
But sometimes when we're facinga challenge, our mind will tell

(07:58):
us different.
You're not gonna make it,you're going under.
But God promised in his word, Ihave come to give you life and
to give it to you abundantly.
That just don't mean money.
It means peace, love, kindness, joy, all these things.
And I remember getting a phonecall from a guy, Wayne Justice,

(08:21):
and he said, Miss Patty, I'mgoing out to that job site.
Pray for me that God will helpme fix this.
God was going to providethrough a man.
And God does use people attimes to provide.
At that time, it lookedimpossible.
But Wayne Justice went out andhe talked to the guy and they

(08:43):
fixed the job.
Well, at the time, now we weregoing to be sued for all kinds
of money.
And once again, the Holy Spiritspoke to me.
Be still and know that I amGod.
Sometimes you just gotta bestill and let God do it.
Because God is faithful.
He's not a man that he can lie.
So as time went on, we shut thebusiness down.

(09:06):
When God closes a door, he's aGod that provides.
He opened another door.
And the man of God, WayneJustice, a servant of God.
At the time we went from$150,000 to zero now.
And I knew in my spirit thatGod would provide because God is

(09:28):
faithful, and with God,nothing's impossible.
And I remember the man of God,the servant of God.
He said, I'm going to pay Wadeso much money a week to ride him
around in my truck.
And that's what they'd done.
They rode around together fortwo years, and they had church

(09:49):
in the truck.
They had church on the jobside.
Because anybody that knew Wade,he was a preacher.
And I could not believe how Godprovided for us.
Sometimes it looks like you'renot gonna make it.
But you know what God says?
Though you walk through thevalley of the shadow, death fear
no evil.

(10:10):
Now you got to walk through it.
Because God will provide.
He's Jehovah Jar, our provider.
And I remember them drivingaround for two years having
revival in that truck andleading all kinds of people to
Jesus Christ.
Our ways are not God's ways.
And another thing I want to sayabout our provider.

(10:33):
Did you know He provides rest?
Wow, rest is so amazing.
God gives us rest.
In the middle of a storm, restcan come.
Excuse me.
God can give you rest if you'relooking at maybe a child that's
not serving God.

(10:54):
He will provide that rest andthat affirmation that your child
will be saved.
Or maybe you're facing a healthproblem and the doctors have
told you you have this or this.
God is Jehovah's provider, yourgreat physician.
He can do the impossible.

(11:15):
But what I love most aboutJehovah Jireh is he is our
prince of peace.
He can give us peace.
And lately, when I've beenpressing into God, he has given
me such peace.
And we can have peace.

(11:36):
We are a part of a kingdom thatis unshakable, unmovable.
We're not a part of this world.
Now we have to live in thisworld, but Jehovah Jireh will go
with us.
He says, I will never leaveyou.
I will never forsake you.
What the enemy meant for evil,God said, I can turn it around.

(11:58):
Need some turning aroundtonight?
I do.
God turns things around for us.
He's so faithful.
He's so kind.
And I love that the Lord says,I will love you with the
everlasting love.
Remember, Jehovah Jarr means somany things.
God is love.
He is kind.

(12:19):
He's merciful.
He's so good to us.
And I love this story.
One time I was at the end withWade.
I had taken care of him fornine years.
I was pretty exhausted.
And going back to the story ofAbraham, Abraham asked him to

(12:41):
give up the most precious thing, and that was Isaac.
And I remember Wade was in thenursing home for 16 months
because I couldn't care for himanymore.
It broke my heart.
But I remember going home to mybeautiful home where Wade and I
used to live, and the Lord saidto me the same thing he asked
Abraham.

(13:01):
Will you give your life up?
Will you give your life up?
I said, I can't do it, God.
I can't do it.
I've been doing this for solong.
And I remember him justchallenging me.
Will you give your life up?
I didn't know what God meantuntil he said to me, Will you

(13:23):
surrender?
I said, Lord, I don't know if Ican say that yet.
I don't know if I can say that.
So finally the next day I go tothe nursing home, sit with
Wade, and I come back and theLord asks me again, Will you lay
your life down?
And now he was telling me whatit meant.

(13:43):
Will you take care of Wade ifhe lives 20 more years?
My flesh said, no.
No.
But have you ever noticed whenyou get in the presence of God?
You feel his presence and youwant to please him.
And I remember I surrendered.

(14:04):
In my living room, I fell on myface and I raised my hands and
I said, God, here I am.
I'm laying it on the altar.
I'm laying my ministry down,I'm laying it all.
I say yes to you, God, I'll doit.
And I meant it with everythingin me.
I meant it.
Jehovah Jarr was there toprovide through the Holy Spirit

(14:28):
the power to lay that down.
You cannot lay anything downwithout the power of the Holy
Spirit to help you.
And I remember I went to thenursing home and they were
telling me, Wade's at the end ofhis life.
I mean, it was like God wasasking me, and now Wade was
going to leave me.
And God was speaking to me.

(14:49):
I wanted to see if you wouldsurrender.
And sometimes God just askedus, Are you willing?
Abraham was willing, but Godprovided the Lamb of God.
Look what God has provided forus.
He has provided everything weneed in Christ Jesus.

(15:13):
And I can honestly say thatafter Wade left, the first thing
the enemy does is he comes tosteal, kill, and destroy.
And he was bringing all thiscondemnation.
But Jehovah Jar had alreadyprovided peace for me because I
knew that I had surrendered mylife to him.

(15:33):
And I knew I had doneeverything for Wade I could do.
So I want you to be challengedthrough the Holy Spirit if He
allowed if He comes to you andsays to you, are you willing to
surrender?
Maybe surrender offense.
Maybe surrender being selfishor pride.
All these things you surrenderto God, He gives you the

(15:57):
beautiful fruits of the Spiritin the place of them.
And I can honestly say tonightthat for many years I prayed for
my family.
Very dysfunctional.
But the Lord spoke to me a yearago and said, if you'll pray
and you'll stand, I'll saveevery family member.
And I said, Really?

(16:18):
Well, they're half crazy, God.
Are you so are you?
Are you I mean I'm serious?
I was like, are you serious?
You know.
He said, No, if you'll pray andstand, I will save them.
Once again, Jehovah Job wasgoing to provide salvation for
my whole family.
One by one, they started cominginto the kingdom.

(16:40):
And I can stand here and say toyou, every sibling I have is
serving Jesus Christ tonight.
Every one of them.
Every one of them are servingJesus tonight.
And that is the faithfulness ofGod.
But you know what?
I had to do.
Remember what I said when Godasked me in the living room in

(17:00):
my beautiful home.
We're waiting, I lived.
Will you lay your life down?
You gotta lay your life down.
But I am here as a testimonythat God will give you himself.
He's a rewarder of those thatdiligently seek him.
He's a rewarder of him, of hispresence, his glory.

(17:20):
He will give you himself.
It's worth it.
Does it hurt?
It hurts a lot.
Recently I had to surrendersomething that was very painful.
And the Lord just spoke to meagain, just like he did Abraham.
Every time you surrendersomething, the Lamb of God is
coming through.
He's coming through, man.

(17:42):
And it will be better than whatyou had before.
And I can't wait to see whatGod does in my next season of my
life.
I'm just in a waiting time, butI'm not wasting it.
I'm letting Jehovah Jarrprovide for me peace and joy.
And I remember the story afterWade had passed away.
Somebody was watching my housefor months.

(18:04):
Soon as Wade passed away, I wasstanding at my door and there
was a knock that came to mydoor.
And there was a guy in ahoodie.
And he seen me and he ran away.
And I thought, oh my God, whatwas that about?
I had no clue.
But once again, God hadprovided peace for me.

(18:25):
Well, I went away to spend theweekend with some women, and I
came back home, and I walked inand I said, something's not
right.
Something's not right here.
And someone had broken into myhouse.
They had taken all thevaluables.
They took all the medication.

(18:48):
Not one thing was damaged in myhouse.
They knew where everything was.
We still don't, we kind of knowwho it is, but we won't go
there.
They took everything.
And the detective came and hesaid, ma'am, all I've got to say
to you is this.
Whoever came to your door thatnight, I don't know what stopped

(19:09):
them.
Because you shouldn't be alive.
Once again, God provided.
He provided safety for me thatnight.
And um, so as we go along, hetook the most precious thing,
and that was my wedding ring andWade's wedding ring.
Those were the things I loved.
Clem Ferris came, um, I don'tknow what year it was, it was

(19:31):
four or five, maybe four yearsago, and he said to me, Miss
Patty, I see a diamond.
I said, Yay, I'm gettingmarried.
He said, No, I don't think it'sthat.
Anyway, he said, God calls youa diamond, but I see a diamond.
Well, about two weeks afterthat, Anderson County Sheriff's

(19:52):
Department called me and said,Patty, we need you to come to
the sheriff's department.
I said, Am I in trouble?
They said, No, we think you'regoing to be very happy.
So I go and the detective thathad my case for those years, he
says, I want you to sit down.
I want to show you something.
He found my diamond ring.
He found it.

(20:14):
And the Lord spoke to me againand said, I provided.
I knew where that ring was allthose years.
I just saved it to give it toyou today.
So God knows everything we gothrough.
So when we talk about JehovahJarreh, it just doesn't mean
money.
It means kindness, love, compassion, all these things.

(20:35):
So I have seen God provide, butI've also seen God ask me, will
you surrender?
And I'm a living example.
I'm not perfect, but I willtell you this.
I am a living proof that whenyou lay your life down for him,
he will give you more ofhimself.
Every single time you lay yourlife down, he will give you more

(20:59):
of himself.
And you know that's what God isafter right now.
He is after us saying this.
Will you surrender?
Abraham surrendered everything.
Did you know God called Abrahama friend of God?
I want to be God's friend.
If I'm God's friend, I can loveanybody.

(21:22):
I told him Friday night, youdon't have to like me, but
you're commanded to love me.
So, you know, that's it.
We're commanded to loveeverybody.
But we can't do that unless wehave the power of the Holy
Spirit.
But Jehovah Jirah is ourprovider.
But anytime you surrenderanything for Jesus, he will give

(21:47):
more of himself.
There used to be old soul, lessof me and more of Jesus.
Wow, that's what we're lookingfor right now.
We're in a troubled time.
It's dark, it's gonna getdarker.
But the Bible says, arise andshine, for your light has come.
Jehovah Jarrell will put thelight of God in you wherever you

(22:10):
go.
He's gonna go with you.
He will not fail you.
I've lived through times whereI didn't even know if I was
gonna make it or not.
God moves at the last minute.
Have you ever noticed that?
Can you imagine what Abrahamfelt?
I mean, I'm a visionary.
He was probably carrying hisson up there.
His son was probably saying,What are you doing?

(22:32):
But Abraham knew the intimacyof God.
He had been with God.
He knew, maybe he knew, well,if he dies, God can raise him
from the dead.
I don't know.
But he knew that he knew thatGod was with him.
That's what I want you all toknow tonight that Jehovah Jar is

(22:55):
your provider.
Anything you need, he's got it.
He's got it.
And he will not leave you.
Sometimes it looks like thatGod's not moving.
I love this though.
When God is silent, thatdoesn't mean he's not moving.
I'm sure when Abraham wascarrying Isaac, it was very

(23:16):
quiet.
But some we're deep in hisspirit.
I think Abraham recalled thetimes that he has spent with
God.
In those intimacy times withhim.
I have I've never known Godlike I've known him now when I
became a widow.
And if widows are in here, theyunderstand.

(23:37):
But when I became a widow, Godtook away the orphan's heart.
He said, I'm going to give youa new heart and put a new spirit
in you.
I'm going to provide and I'mgoing to let you see who I've
created you to be.
That is awesome news.
Do y'all agree with that?
That is awesome news.
I mean, God is our provider.

(24:00):
He provides everything we need.
When it looks like we're notgoing to make it, he gives us
brand new mercy every singlemorning.
Get up, amazing grace waitingon us, brand new mercy waiting
on us.
He's waiting on you.
I was driving the other dayjust to let you know that God

(24:20):
wants to provide through you tobe somebody else's provider.
It's so important that we give.
And we are a giving church.
But I just want to touch onthat for a minute.
It's so blessed.
It's more blessed to give thanreceive.
And I have to honestly say thatI live totally by faith.

(24:42):
I live by faith.
But I have some amazing peoplethat are God's human beings on
this earth that help me.
Why?
Because they believe in whatI'm doing.
I'm nothing without Jesus.
But with him, I am something.
So God will provide you theidentity in him so that you can

(25:05):
go provide for other people.
That's what it's all about.
We are his hands and we are hisfeet.
Sometimes I hear the HolySpirit just asking me if it's
somebody that I really don'tclick with.
Just go give them a hug.
I don't want to, God.
Well, too bad.
Do it anyway.
Too bad.

(25:26):
That is tough.
Just do it.
Or maybe somebody's offendedme.
One time somebody came up inchurch right before church and
they said, Something must bewrong with you, Miss Patty,
because you never got married.
I was like, what?
You know?
And the next Sunday, the Lordsaid, now you're gonna have to
go over and give them a hug.

(25:47):
I wanted to smack them, kindof.
I mean, I'm just being honest.
I just wanted to like, youknow.
So we have to be, we have tolet the Holy Spirit help us.
We cannot do none of thiswithout the help of the Holy
Spirit.
But one thing I want to touchon for just a minute is the
Bible says it's more blessed togive than receive.

(26:09):
That's what Abraham was doingwhen he was giving up Isaac.
I've lost a son.
I can't imagine.
He was a young, a little baby, but that broke me when I lost
him.
I can't imagine.
I don't know how old Isaac was.
I think he was up in his years, maybe.
But Abraham knew that if hegave to God, God would give

(26:33):
back.
So I want you to know thatJehovah Jirah is our provider.
And he loves it when we giveour finances, our love, our
kindness, just a pat on theshoulder.
Just maybe just saying, youknow, I love you.
You know, I send out a lot oftexts every day.

(26:55):
So I test some people sometimesjust to see what, if they miss
me, if I don't text them.
So I'm not gonna text them fora few days and see if they miss
me.
And sure enough, after twodays, they're like, where are
you, Miss Patty?
You know, so it's funny.
But anyway, I do like to exhortbecause God exhorts me, and

(27:18):
what he gives to me, I want togive back out.
But I want you to realizetonight that Jehovah Jire is the
provider.
And I've seen it.
Every one of you all in herehave seen God provide for you.
Y'all seen another story I wantto tell, because I love telling
stories because when you tellstories, people know it's real.
Um, we were in a tornado.

(27:40):
I know y'all think, wow, she'sbeen through a lot.
Well, everybody has.
But anyway, we're in a tornado.
The only reason I knew it was atornado, because Wade was
taking a shower and he took, came out, came out of there and
said, that's a tornado sound.
I said, Hell, we don't havetornadoes in Clinton.
We're not, no, it's not.
He said, it's a tornado.

(28:01):
I said, no, it's not.
He said, and then a big uhalarm went off that a tornado
was hitting Clinton, Tennessee.
And within probably 30 minutes,a tornado was hitting our uh
beautiful, beautiful log house.
I was screaming, I was cryingand screaming, and Wade just got

(28:21):
on top of me and he said, we'regonna be fine.
I was screaming, God, if I'mgonna die, don't let it hurt.
Please, just don't let it hurt.
Just don't let it hurt, God.
Because I know, I know I'mdying.
I am dying.
And I'm asking because we hadglass all down the uh uh down
the wall.

(28:41):
And I was like, God, don't letthat glass cut me all to pieces.
I was just imagining all thisstuff.
And then Dummy said, Where's mycell phone?
I gotta call somebody.
Well, the neighbors had alreadycalled 911, and I had just done
a women's conference, and I hada little pink suitcase, and I

(29:03):
had just got home, waited, stayed at somebody's house, and
the fireman came, and some of mychurch people there, Miss
Charlotte.
She was right there, of course.
They called, she she came whenshe found out, and uh Red Cross
was there.
So the fireman came and hesaid, Ma'am, we heard you

(29:24):
screaming all the way down thestreet.
So I knew I had some favor withthe fireman.
God was gonna provide again, because I said, sir, do you mind
if I go back in the house?
I gotta get something.
He said, Well, is it important?
I said, Yes, to me it's veryimportant.

(29:45):
He said, Well, put this little,I had to put on a helmet or
something because the house wascrooked, kinda.
And he said, Is it medication?
I said, well, kinda, yeah.
So I went in and I got myLittle pink suitcase because it
had my hairspray curling armsand makeup stuff in it.
And I came out carrying it.

(30:08):
And he was like, Is theremedication in that?
And I said, No, sir, there'snot.
I'm sorry.
But that was another time Godeven provides the little things.
Now, to me, that was a bigthing.
But those are some of the waysGod has provided for me that's
been traumatic.
Those were traumatic things forme when we lost that.
But God provided because me andWade walked out once again.

(30:31):
Not one scratch on our body.
The house was destroyed.
It was gone.
But we didn't have one scratchon our body.
Nothing.
God provided again.
Jehovah Jar, air provider.
He provided for us again.
So we all have stories to tell, but the greatest story is God

(30:54):
wants us to provide.
This is where I want to justtalk for a minute.
God wants us to provide thegood news to hurting people
right now.
There are people that arehurting.
They are craving somebody tolove them.
And you know when God touchesyou, nothing can touch you the
same again.

(31:14):
So let God use you in thisseason because people are
hurting.
I was driving down the road theother day.
I usually go to this one dollarstore and I felt like I should
go into another dollar store.
And I went in.
A girl was at the cashresearch, she was pitiful
looking.
And I just said, Are you allright?
She said, No, ma'am.

(31:34):
She just broke down, startedcrying.
And I asked her, I said, Can Ipray for you?
Yes, ma'am, yes.
And we had church in the dollarstore.
She started calling peopleover.
We had church right there inthe dollar store.
That's how hungry people arefor God right now.
Jehovah Jar will providethrough you.
He will provide through you.

(31:56):
I'm telling you, people arehungry.
And I love the story, Psalms23, which we all know it.
But let me just say somethingabout this part.
I love this because thishappens to me a lot.
He says he will prepare a tablefor you in the presence of your
enemies.

(32:17):
Jehovah Jar would do that.
Your enemy could be anythingtonight.
And God's already made a tablefor you.
He's prepared a table, andeverything you need is prepared
on that table.
Everything you need.
He will give it to you.
Whatever you need is on thattable.

(32:38):
We're living in a time now asthe body of Christ, not just
this chart.
I'm talking about as the bodyof Christ.
That we need Jehovah Jarreh toprovide for us.
But he needs to provide for ushimself.
Did y'all hear what I said?
Now come on.
That's what he wants toprovide.

(33:01):
Because if we get him, everything else will be in the
package.
Because it says, seek first thekingdom of God, and all things
will be added unto you.
That's what we need to beseeking.
We need to run after him.
We need to say, God, whateverit takes, whatever it takes,
God, I want to walk in youranointing.

(33:21):
All the anointing means is hispresence.
That's all it means.
His presence.
In his presence is fullness ofjoy.
Wow, joy is so amazing.
Joy is contagious.
Joy is so, you know, we went toa restaurant one time and they

(33:42):
were asking me and Charlotte andour group, or have y'all been
drinking wine?
Judah Brought may have beenwith us.
And one of them, one of themjust spoke up and said, No,
we're not drunk as you suppose.
We're just drunk on the HolySpirit.
Because the Holy Spirit givesus joy.
Come on, he is the provider ofjoy.

(34:03):
The devil did not create joy.
And joy is not based on yourcircumstance.
It's based on what?
Who's in control?
Come on, he's in control, man.
And the joy of the Lord's ourstrength.
Jehovah, our provider.
I just love saying his name.
The name of Jesus is aboveevery name.

(34:26):
Sometimes when you're down, thewalls are caving in.
All you gotta do is say, Jesushelp.
Jesus help me.
In Morgan County prison, we'reseeing a move of God.
I just want to go down thatroad for a minute.
We're seeing a move of God likeI've never seen.

(34:46):
Jehovah Jar is providing forthose prisoners.
Did y'all hear what I said?
Those prisoners are meetingJesus.
Because Jehovah Jar is ourprovider.
And this is kind of what Ireally want to say on my heart
that I felt like the Holy Spiritgave me.
That we're living in a time nowwhere it's going to take

(35:12):
humility, laying ourselves down.
Just laying ourselves down.
Loving each other, forgivingeach other, letting go of
offense.
Be angry.
Do not be angry.
Do not be angry, people.
Let it go.
Choose your battles.

(35:33):
Jehovah Jireh will help you.
Choose your battles.
Sometimes it's not even worthit.
You know, sometimes it's like, nah, that's not even worth it.
Just let it go.
But we're living in a time nowwhere the harvest is right.
Are you gonna let Jehovah Jirehprovide through you what

(35:53):
somebody else needs?
Because people are crying outfor God.
Young people crying out, olderpeople, nursing homes, prisons,
and all Jesus has asked him.
We can put our name in front ofAbraham's name.
Where you lay your Isaac down.

(36:14):
Isaac means laughter.
Now I borrowed this fromsomebody.
I think Ebon said it.
I'm probably gonna take creditfor it.
But laughter, what do you dowhen God takes away your joy?
Huh?
Keep on worshiping.
Because you know what Jesussaid?
Those who sow in tears willreap in joy.
Come on.

(36:35):
Those who sow in tears willreaping joy.
So I'm asking, well, the HolySpirit's asking you tonight.
Will you let Jehovah Jarrehprovide through you?
Will you let Him providethrough you?
And I've said yes to Him.
I don't know what that's gonnamean, people.
We need to surrender.

(36:56):
We could turn this whole cityupside down.
If we let Jehovah Jarrehprovide through us.
That's gonna start with us oneby one.
So my challenge to you tonightis this Will you say yes to God?
Will you say, Lord, not mywill, but your will be done?

(37:17):
Will you say, Lord, if I'veoffended anyone, I lay it at
your feet.
I do what Abraham done, I'd layit on the altar.
Wow, that's a big one.
Or maybe you can ask yourselfthis question: Am I so selfish,
God, that I can't even givesomeone something when they need
it?
That's a big one.

(37:38):
I had this purse in my trunkfor a year.
And I was in the dollar storeand I thought, I want, I'm
keeping that purse in my trunkbecause I'm going to carry that
purse.
Well, I was in the dollarstore, and that girl said, Oh,
my purse has falling apart.
And I thought, no, I'm notdoing it.
I was like, I'm not doing it.

(38:00):
I'm not doing it.
And then I said, if shementions it again, I'll do it,
God.
And she said, I really don'twant a big purse, just a medium
purse.
And I was like, if she says thecolor, I'm gonna die right
here.
So I said, Brittany, I'll beback in a minute.

(38:24):
So I popped my truck and Ilooked at it and I was like,
wow.
So I took it back into youwould have thought I gave her a
thousand dollars.
And the Lord said, I had thatpurse for her all the time.
Jehovah Jireh provided for ayoung girl at the Dollar Tree.
Now, I'm not saying none ofthat boasting in me, I'm just
giving you examples, okay?

(38:45):
So always know this whateverGod tells you to surrender, you
will get something better.
Is it easy?
No, it's not easy.
And I still want to say thisagain because I love to say it.
Abraham named the place theLord will provide.
Why?

(39:05):
He had been through it.
God provided the lamb.
The Lord is our shepherd, weshall not want.
Think about that for a minute.
The Lord is our shepherd, weshall not want.
He maketh us lie down in greenpastures.
That means we can have peace.

(39:26):
Oh my gosh, peace like thisworld cannot have.
That's what they're lookingfor.
We can go to bed at nightknowing that when we wake up in
the morning, new mercy's rightthere waiting.
New mercy.
Whatever we face, God gives usthe grace to carry on, right?

(39:49):
He gives us that grace, amazinggrace.
He gives it to us.
Jehovah Jirah carries usthrough our darkest valleys.
Every one of us has beenthrough a valley in here
tonight.
If you have it, I promise youyou'll go through a valley.
I'm not here to give you adowner, but I just I'm gonna

(40:10):
tell you the truth, okay?
Used to, I thought, oh, I'm aChristian, nothing will ever
happen to me.
That's not true, that's a lie.
Because we're not any betterthan Jesus or his disciples.
But Jehovah Jireh is the mostprecious thing to me because
I've actually walked it and I'velived it, and I'm still walking

(40:34):
it.
So I'm asking you this.
Have you grown weary in prayingfor your loved ones?
Don't quit praying.
Have you grown weary and maybefinding a great job?
Don't grow weary, Jehovah Godwill provide for you.
Are you depressed tonight?
David said, My soul, my soul, why are you so cast down?

(40:57):
And then David recalledeverything God had done for him.
If God done it once, he can doit again.
Jehovah Jar will provideeverything you need.
God's timing is not our timing.
But now let's put ourselves onthe altar.

(41:18):
Let's put ourselves on thealtar.
If you can lead one person toJesus, it's worth it.
That's where I am in my life.
I'm not perfect.
But I know this.
Nothing means more to me thanhis presence.
Nothing.
I couldn't say that two yearsago.
There's no way I could saythat.

(41:39):
So I want to challenge youtonight as a body of Christ, not
just our church.
I'm talking about the full bodyof Christ.
Can you lay your Isaacs downtonight?
Maybe it's sin, maybe it'spride, maybe it's jealousy,
envy, strife, selfishness.
If we lay those things down onthe altar, I promise you we will

(42:02):
look more like Jesus.
We will look more like him.
I was telling uh Noah and Susiea minute ago, I have a podcast,
and I love podcasts because itdon't show your face.
And the editor, the address, Inever had to listen to it.
I've never listened to oneapple.
And one of them said, Well,Miss Patty, you look fine.

(42:26):
But you know, sometimes theenemy tells us different.
But you know what I'm learning?
Jesus loves me just the way Iam.
He thinks I'm amazing.
And he loves the way I talk.
He loves my accent.
He loves me.
He thinks I'm amazing.
And man, when you get thatinside your spirit, no devil in

(42:49):
hell can make you feeldifferent.
Because he thinks you're prettyamazing.
But I do think as a body thatGod is calling us to a higher
place.
He's called us to a higherplace.
I want us to be a church thatsays yes to him.
We've paid a price.
Trinity, chapel, Trinitycommunity, we've paid a big

(43:12):
price.
But I do believe that we areentering into some of the best
days of our life as far as thekingdom of God.
But it will require us layingour Isaacs down.
It's going to require somethingof us.
I'm willing to say yes.
I'm saying yes every day.
So I'm asking you tonight, as abody, can you say to God, like

(43:36):
Abraham did?
A friend.
He was a friend of God.
Can you do what Abraham did andsay, God, you search my heart
and see if I have an Isaac, something that I love more than
you.
That's a hard one right there.
That's a hard one.

(43:57):
So I want to challenge y'allwith that.
I think he's challenged thewhole body of Christ.
And remember what Abraham Godprovided the lamb.
The shepherd, the lamb thatdied for us.
So as I was praying today, Ifelt like this is what the Holy

(44:20):
Spirit was just saying.
That this is an hour and thisis a time.
That great trouble is brewing.
But a great move in my spiritis coming.
Did y'all hear what I said?
A great move.
The harvest is right.

(44:41):
The labors are few, but now mylabors are saying yes to me.
I had a dream.
I wasn't going to share thedream unless the Holy Spirit
prompted me.
I had prophetic dreams.
Sometimes I never share.
But in this dream, there was ahuge crowd of people.

(45:01):
I mean, hundreds of people.
And it seemed to be an angel.
I'm not sure.
I'm not into all that stuff.
But I think it was.
And it was young people.
And they were screaming out, help me, help me.
It seemed like to me they wereprodigals.
And this person, whoever itwas, was going up to each one of

(45:27):
them, putting a ring on theirfinger.
And I was like, Lord, what wasthat?
He said it was the signet ring.
And I was putting my ring ontheir finger, bringing them out
of the place of darkness.
And these kids were screamingin joy.
So that's where we're coming,people.
We're getting ready to see thegreatest move of God we've ever

(45:50):
seen.
But this is what the HolySpirit showed me.
If you're willing to lay yourIsaac down, then I'll be willing
to flow through you as a holyvessel.
Come on, people, that's what wewant.
That's what we want.
We just want Jesus to bemagnified in us.
We want him to be glorified inour lives.

(46:14):
It took many years for mefinally to say to God, you're
all that matters to me, Lord.
You're all that matters to me.
God, can we all say that?
Second thing, can we say, God,here I am.
Use me.

(46:34):
Be careful about saying that.
Or how about here I am, sendme?
That's another one.
Be careful.
Here I am, you know.
So we're living in that time.
But the Holy Spirit is in us.
And He will move through you.

(46:55):
He will move through yourhands, your feet, your mouth.
He will move through you if youjust say yes to Him.
If a room, if this room justsaid yes to Him, we could turn
this whole city upside down.
It's coming.
God, I know it's coming.
I feel it.
It's coming.
So I just want you to know thatJehovah Jar is your provider

(47:20):
tonight.
He sees everything you're goingthrough.
He knows you by name.
He knows every hair upon yourhead.
His loving kindness is betterthan anything.
You know what wins people.
This is what won my family toJesus when I quit being

(47:40):
offended.
Did y'all hear what I justsaid?

Tyler Lynde (47:43):
Yes.
Amen.

Patty Clemons (47:46):
The Lord spoke to me.
Somebody said something to methis morning.
Anytime you're going to speak, get ready, because here came the
dart.
And I went, Oh, I got you,Satan.
I'm not taking your bait.
I'm not taking it.
Because the enemy will bait youlike a mouse trap.
He'll just bait you.
Don't take it.

(48:06):
Don't take it.
And they even said, Are youupset?
I was.
And then all of a sudden Iwent, wait a minute.
That's a trap.
It's a trap.
Because it was a family member.
I said, no, I'm not upset.
On the other end, I wanted to,you know.
But I said, I'm not upset.
I'm fine.

(48:26):
And I am fine now.
So I'm saying, let that stuffgo.
It's not worth it.
It's not.
Here's how you need to think.
David said, do not withholdyour Holy Spirit.
Do not take your Holy Spiritfrom me.
That is strong.
Do not take your presence fromme, Lord.

(48:49):
Don't take it.
And it all says, do not grievethe Holy Spirit.
The way that we grieve him isthrough offense, bitterness,
resentment, selfishness, allthese things that grieve him.
But I promise you this the moretime you spend with him, the

(49:14):
more you start looking like him.
Now I can't promise you'regoing to look in the mirror and
go, wow, I'm beautiful.
I can't promise you that.
I mean, you might.
Some of you women might be ableto do that.
But I'm just saying, the moreyou spend time with him, the
more you're going to act likehim.
So I want to challenge youtonight to remember the greatest

(49:38):
days are ahead for the body ofChrist.
But it is going to get darker.
But arise and shine our light.
You know, we sing in thenursing home.
Those little people, they'llstill sing that song, this
little light of mine.
I'm going to let it shine.
I mean, those little people,Miss Daughty and BJ, these
people, I mean, their littlespirits know Jesus.

(50:00):
And they'll just sing thosesongs like nothing.
So it's a time that we canrejoice.
But it's a sign, it is also, this is what the Lord showed.
It's a time to be intimate withHim.
Religion is over.
It's about relationship now.
It's about being intimate withHim.

(50:22):
I promise you this.
That's what the Lord showed me.
Somebody's watching your life.
You may never know it.
Somebody's watching how youhandle your life.
Maybe your kids, grandkids,maybe a neighbor, I don't know.
But somebody's watching yourlife.
So let Jehovah Jarr provide.
More than anything, let himprovide his presence.

(50:43):
Nothing like his presence.
Nothing like waking up, knowingthat God's got you.
One time I was really stressedout, and I said, God, when,
when, when, why, why?
And he said, let me give you alittle story.
Because he speaks to me instories because I'm
simple-minded.
And uh he said, I'll give you astory.

(51:05):
When you were, when you were inyour mother's belly, you were
not even born yet.
And Wade was graduating CarsonNewman.
I was 20 years ahead of you,Miss Patty.
And I'm still ahead of you now.
So God's always ahead of us.
Okay, so we can take comfort inthat.

(51:26):
So I just want to leave youwith this thought tonight.
We've been through some toughtimes since COVID.
The president's not going tosave our nation.
Politics is not going to saveour nation.
Jehovah Jireh, if my peoplerepent and turn from their

(51:51):
wicked ways and humblethemselves, I will heal their
land.
That's what it's going to take.
And did you know the HolySpirit's on the inside of you?
He can help you do that.
He can help you do that.
He can help you surrender.
So I'm just asking you tonight, where the Lord's asking, not

(52:13):
me.
Can we be like Abraham?
A friend of God.
And one who will lay our Isaacson the altar.
Can we?
I can't answer that for you.
God is dealing with me, hasbeen, and I've said yes, maybe
something else will come up.
And I felt like the Lord saidto me in prayer, if we can do

(52:39):
this, and we can say, Lord, Itrust you to have your way.
We're just accountable for thisbody.
That's all.
And if we can just say, Lord, here I am.
I'll walk with you, God.
If we can do that, I promiseyou, God will show up.

(53:00):
And he says in Ephesians, Iwill do more for you than you
could ask, think, or imagine.
That's awesome to me.
So I'm pretty done.
So, Father, we just thank youfor tonight.
We thank you, God.
We bless you tonight.
We love you, God.
I bless every person heretonight, God.

(53:21):
I thank you for our pastors, our elders, God.
And Lord, we're asking you,Holy Spirit, to help us to
surrender our lives to you, God.
And God, would you bind ustogether like never before as a
body?
When one hurts, we all hurt.
When one's happy, we're allhappy, God.

(53:43):
I'm asking you, make us lookmore like you, Jesus.
And we're just asking you to dothis, God.
And we can't do this withoutyour Holy Spirit, Lord.
So we say yes to you, God.
And only you know our hearts.
But God, we're asking you to goon this journey with us as we

(54:04):
go on this journey with you,God, and as we search our own
hearts like David did.
If there's any wicked way inus, oh God, please help us in
Jesus' name.
Amen.
Amen.
Thank you, Patty.
