Ever wondered how loyalty and voting intersect, or perhaps clash, in today's society? Join me, Bobby Frost, as I unravel the tumultuous election landscape, urging you to prioritize informed voting over the seductive pull of partisan conflict. Too often, people get swept up in heated social media debates about figures like Trump and Kamala Harris without having their facts right. Let's explore why integrity and thorough research should be our guiding stars when navigating political discourse and casting our votes.

Loyalty isn't just a buzzword; it's a complex dynamic, often manipulated in personal relationships. Why do we so easily open our wallets for big brands yet hesitate to support people we know? We'll break down the paradox of loyalty, examining how some individuals exploit it to their advantage, expecting unwavering support without giving anything in return. It's time to recognize and cut the cord on these one-sided relationships, fostering genuine connections that deserve our loyalty.

My own journey through the podcasting world has been a learning curve, marked by struggles and successes alike. From grappling with subpar visuals to investing in professional quality, I've learned the importance of commitment. As I plan for future episodes, featuring both solo segments and guest appearances, I'm excited to share my reflections on Freddie Gibbs' impressive discography. Join me as we explore his standout projects and connect over music, politics, and the art of podcasting.

Speaker 1 (00:00):
Yo yo yo, it's your boy, bobby Frost, and Bobby
Frost Media presents Tri-ParencySolo Dolo again today.
How y'all people doing outthere?
I want to start off.
We've been on a little break, ahiatus, getting stuff together.
I appreciate all the support, all the listeners, all the
subscribers, everybody that gavean ear and a click to support

(00:21):
Tri-Parency.
I appreciate it all.
I'm showing y'all.
I keep doing it.
I wanted to know, man, dideverybody get out and vote?
It's election day.
I want to know if everybody gotout and voted.
Did you do it early?
All that I wanted to touch onthat real quick.
It's a very touchy time of theyear, especially if you're going
on any social medias.
You got friends that and thisis something I never got how

(00:45):
people get?
They get up to try to rilepeople up.
Like, if you know your friendsupports Trump, you go on your
Facebook and you got to be knownas you voting for Kamala and
you acting like you part of thecampaign team, you posting
videos of dogging out the othercandidate and stuff like that.

(01:09):
Like it's crazy, like I get it.
Like that's the wildest thingin the world to me is people get
off by doing that.
You want the controversy.
You want to piss somebody offbecause you feel so strongly
about who you voting for insteadof just supporting, go support.

(01:30):
I watch people support thesepresidents that they don't know
from a can of paint more thanthey support people that they
say they care about and theyrock with or they love.
It's wild to me, and Iunderstand.
Again, the president has morepower than probably this person
that you know personally.
But this person you knowpersonally is going to affect

(01:52):
you way more than what thepresidency for four years is
going to do in the future.
You know it's crazy, like it'swild, how I see people get riled
up for this and a lot of peopleare confrontational, like they
like to argue for the sake ofargument.
There's nothing behind it.
Like if I was voting for Kamala,if I was voting for Trump,

(02:15):
either one, I don't have to goon my Facebook page and announce
it to the world who I'm votingfor.
That's why it's a right for youto not have to do that.
This ain't the scarlet letter.
You don't have to sit back andlet people know who you voting
for.
You know the only thing I everposted this whole time about

(02:35):
politics while we got closer tothe election for like the last
three months is I voted justlike do your fax checks, you
know, don't sit back and justvote, just to vote like some.
That's crazy to me and I'm notpro kamala, I'm not pro trump

(02:56):
either one it's.
I've seen so many people somisinformed about what's going
on, like I've been hearingpeople for the longest.
They get Trump back in officebecause we have money flowing,
like Trump was the reason whythe money was flowing.
And in my mind I'm like that iscrazy.
Like do your research Dogdidn't even want the stimulus

(03:18):
checks coming out like that.
You know what I'm saying.
Or let's go with Kamala.
Now I was just talking tosomebody and they got very fired
up right before I got on.
Got very fired up about thisand this is the truth.
I'm not being funny.
I look at Kamala.
Right, we've been knowing, every time Joe Biden didn't have

(03:42):
to go do any public speaking, that he looked like he was going
through Alzheimer's or you knowsome of that nature To be part
of his cabinet, to be part ofthe Democratic Party, and seeing
this man day in and day out,you been knew that he was not in

(04:03):
a sound mind to be able to runa free world.
Why did Kamala not come out andbe like, hey, the Democrat
Party won't let me do it, so I'mstepping out on my own.
Hey, we need to get somebodyhere to help get Joe Biden up
out of here If she cares so muchabout United States?

(04:25):
I know the reason why shewouldn't do that.
Anybody with any aspiration tokeep their political career
wouldn't do it, because that'spolitical suicide coming out
doing that.
But she could have went onOprah or any of these talk shows
, did a press run and, you know, got some some redicrit and got
the conversation the ball movingabout getting biting up out of

(04:46):
there.
I look at Trump.
It's people who so quoteunquote conservative that they
have audio about this mantalking about grab her by the
pussy.
You look past that and well, Ilike this policy or this song
voting for.
And then when I tell peoplelike the American public as a

(05:06):
whole is gullible and reallydon't give a fucking hypocrite,
people look at me like I'm crazy.
Because if I stood up here andtold somebody and had audio of
me saying I'm going to grabsomebody right by the pussy, I
get burned at the stake.
But because you like whatTrump's talking about.
Whatever your agenda is withTrump, you're going to look past
that.
You're going to look at him.

(05:28):
Pass him stroking up racialflames to get a certain
demographic behind him.
Like this is crazy.
And you know I say everybodygot a choice.
But don't be a hypocrite anddon't be on no bullshit.
You know what I'm saying.
Keep it 100.
And if you ain't doing noresearch, don't get on your

(05:50):
social media page or whatever,or even a conversation to get to
spewing just dumb shit, informing other people that
might not be informed.
They might be misinformed too.
They might not even have theresources to get informed and
you're going to spread thisbullshit.
And to me it showed thecharacter of the person that's
doing it too.
Like you ain't did no faxchecks and you're going to just

(06:10):
throw some stuff out there.
Like that was the craziestthing about the stimulus package
.
Like it's not going to be inthe stimulus package.
Trump wasn't the reason why wegot the stimulus package.
Like it's so crazy how ignorantthe American public is.
Like it's so crazy how thatworks.
You know what I'm saying.

(06:31):
But that, right there, leadsinto my topic about loyalty.
But hey, again, I hopeeverybody went out there and
vote.
You know people did die, peoplemarched, people did a lot of
things to vote.
So I hope people went out thereand vote.
You know, get out there, asthey say, let your voice be
heard.
You know I would say that I'mnot going to go into my view

(06:53):
about government at all.
I would just say this and wrapthat up is I don't trust the
government, I don't like thegovernment and I think the
government should be overthrown.
Like George Washington saidevery 20 years this should be a
revolution.
For some reason they neverbring that up, but the founding
forefather of the United Statessaid every 20 years this should

(07:14):
be a revolution.
So take that with whatever youwant to take it with.
But that leads me into loyalty.
So this is going to be a quickepisode, just getting the wheels
back running and stuff.
Um, I'm bringing the audio in.
I'm gonna try to get the audioset up.
I got my cameras and all thatstuff getting set up and my
switches and stuff.
Uh, for the next episode Got aspecial guest coming on.
But, um, yeah, I wanted to talkabout loyalty.

(07:48):
I went on a little TikTok rantthe other day about it and it's
the truth.
Like I don't understand thegaslighting of people when it
comes to what's law.
Like people really gaslightpeople into thinking that, hey,
if I'm your brother or I'm yoursister, I'm your cousin, I'm
your auntie, I'm your homeboy,I'm your classmate, I'm your
lover, I'm your side chick, I'myour side man, side piece, I'm
your pastor, whatever People userelationships with you, knowing

(08:17):
that if you're a stand-upindividual, they use that word
loyalty to gaslight you and tolet you put up with their
bullshit and let them misuse you, mistreat you.
You know they misuse you, mistreat you.
You know.
And it's crazy because, likeyou know, I look at that type of
stuff.
You know what I said on myTikTok rant was this like little
stuff you can look at.
If I got a T-shirt company rightand say I'm selling my T-shirts
for $20 and you know you can goget the T-shirts and wear them

(08:37):
for $15.
By all means, you have thechoice to go.
Do that.
That's true, you have thechoice to go make.
But let's flip it that sameperson you're going to buy the
t-shirt from for $15, you don'tknow, probably never going to
know.
They got all these investors sothey probably can get the
t-shirts from the distributorway cheaper than what I could

(09:02):
get the t-shirt from.
But this is where true loyaltycomes.
True loyalty comes in I'll paythe extra $5.
Loyalty comes.
True loyalty comes is I'll paythe extra $5.
I'm knowing I'm not paying $5extra because, let's say, the
material or the fabric is goingto be better.
It might be the same level, butyou're paying it because you're
supporting somebody that yousay you're loyal to.
Like that company, you go overthere and you spend $5 cheaper.

(09:27):
You can't go ask them for a ride.
You can't go ask them for aride.
You can't go ask them for aloan.
You can't ask them to comeshort on a shirt.
Like, I always said that.
Like doing business for a longtime, all type of different
business, you know what I'msaying.
I always didn't get that Likeyou'll come to me and say you're
my homeboy or relative.
You'll come to me and ask me toloan you something, borrow you

(09:51):
something, and I'll be like butwhen it come to Walmart, you
don't borrow nothing.
When it come to your water bill, you don't borrow nothing.
When it come to going to thatboutique or the Gucci store or
the Louis store, you're notborrowing anything.
That's the thing that throws meoff and burns me up, like

(10:13):
where's the real loyalty at you, don't you know?
It's just crazy and it's howpeople gaslight you into doing
things.
Like if you're doing somethingwith somebody and say you ask
them to put some money into it,they'll give you a hundred
reasons why they can't get itdone, but then you'll see them
go support something that reallywasn't a necessity but they

(10:37):
find money for that or they findtime for that, but they never
find the time and the money tosupport you on what you're doing
.
So where's the real loyalty atyou?
Know what I'm saying?
And I've been hearing people saystand on business.
This is my suggestion toeverybody.
That's the thing you shouldstand your business on.
When you got people around youthat can't make time to support

(10:58):
you, they can't drop a couple ofdollars to support you.
You're the only people you needto cut off.
They're not loyal to you andyou're being loyal to a fault
fart you being loyal as a fool.
Cut them off.
No, that's the real, becausepeople have loyalty to bullshit
shit that they shouldn't haveloyalty to.
But I tell you that when theydown and out or they need some

(11:21):
help, you should be loyal tothem, but they're not loyal to
you.
Things you got to you know I'vebeen looking at for the longest
right now and it's like crazy.
Like I have people still tothis day that will ask to borrow
money from me, ask for a ride, ask me to help them with
something, even ask me tosupport, and again you never

(11:43):
there.
I can't ask you for that sameshit and you will go brown nose
somebody who don't care aboutyou or somebody you'll never
know.
You know which is wild andcrazy.
You know what I'm saying.
My bad y'all.
I hit the mic.
I'm going to edit that up out.
But yeah, like that's crazy, somebody you have no knowing

(12:04):
with.
You know you will shortcut theperson you know for their goods
or their services, but you won'tshortcut the multi-billionaire
company or the multi-millionairecompany.
You're not shortcutting them.
You're not about to go shortcutApple.
You're going to make sure yougo get that new iPhone or

(12:26):
AirPods.
You ain't going to shortcut MJand Nike and Phil Knight.
You know you're going to makesure them M's get the Breverton
what you call it or the Nikeheadquarters.
You're going to make sure themfunds get that to them
stockholders and investors.
But you're a short change.
Your man is that you know, yoursister, that you know that's
trying to sell a clothing line.
They're trying to sell beautyproducts.

(12:47):
They're trying to sell hair.
They're trying to sell aclothing line.
They're trying to sell beautyproducts.
They're trying to sell hair.
They're trying to sell whatever.
You will shortchange them and Iused to be mad about them type
of people not supporting.
But, like I talked to my dog theother day about it, you have to
figure it out.
This is my other growth andlearning.
With the loyalty and situationand how to play it, I used to be

(13:07):
like, yeah, I don't want noexcuse my French.
With the loyalty and situationand how to play it, I used to be
like, yeah, I don't want noexcuse my French, I don't want
no dick riders around me.
I don't want no dick riderssupporting.
But that's ignorant to say theyhave a place.
No, they not your loyal fanbase.
They not a supporter.
Like I spoke about that in thepast podcast episode, they not a
supporter.
You know what I'm saying.

(13:28):
Supporters are a law.
That's not a supporter.
But you need them to have themcome around and dick ride.
You know, let them do that.
You need that.
You need them to.
You need them, dick riders.
You need there for the momentpeople.
You know you need them.
Fair I call them fair weatherpeople.
You need them and they play arole too.

(13:48):
They're going to get you.
How can I say mainstream?
You know the dick riders.
You know people don't get downLike I said this before talking
to my homeboy like the hardestthing is building a team,
because when you build a team, you need loyalty and when you
build a team, nobody see thevision.
When you first start off, as youget there, they see the vision.
You feel me and I used to getmad like I don't want nobody

(14:11):
with me.
I'm down with the team when Iget the roll.
Now, hell yeah, I want it, butI just know where you at.
I know you're not a supporter, you're just down for the moment,
so I'm gonna move as such.
I hate to say like that, but alot of people in life now,
because this, how they do,people who's really stand up,
people, they play you like that.
So you have to start playingthe game like chess.
Use people in your life whereyou need to put them at, because

(14:32):
nine times out of ten, you'vebeen getting used by people from
the jump.
Right now you're probablygetting used by somebody, and
when I say use, everybody usessomebody.
But it's the difference betweenusing somebody and misusing
somebody.
Using is easy, you know.
Using could be something simpleas, hey, you need your grass

(14:53):
cut.
You're going to use mylawnmower and my service to cut
the grass and I'm going to useyou for your money.
Fair change, if it ain't nohigher robbery.
Misusing is going over thereasking your friend to use his
lawnmower or asking your man'sor family member to use his
lawnmower and then you fuck hislawnmower up and you give it
back to him and you don't payhim to get it fixed or give him

(15:16):
no money to get it fixed.
That's misusing.
So everybody uses people inlife, but then it's such things
being misused and I nevercondone nobody misusing nobody.
But I will go back that you haveto use people.
You just use people correctly, because if you misuse a piece on
chess, you're going to lose.
You misuse a piece in checkers, you're going to lose.

(15:38):
So that's what you figure out,you know.
So that's why I started thisshow off with everybody that
ever been a real supporter andreally rocked with me from ever
been a real supporter and reallyrocked with me, from donations
to a simple like or share.
I really appreciate it becauseyou didn't have to go do it.
There's nobody walking thisearth have to support Bobby

(15:59):
Frost, bobby Frost, media, bigRob Nobody have to support that.
But when somebody do do it, Iappreciate it from the bottom of
my heart.
And them people I get in theback, the clothes off my back.
You know what I'm saying.
Them people I get the clothesoff my back for them.
People Like you know what I'msaying and I ain't got to get no
shots or nothing like that.
They know who they are, youknow what I'm saying.

(16:20):
People rock with me.
They call at me at the middleof I got you.
But one of the things I havebeen doing and noticing to get
my stuff is like, yeah, youreally got to stand on business
when it comes to people misusingyou and learning how to use
people the correct way.
So now I'm at the point like Iused to feel because I used to

(16:43):
get gaslighted a lot of timesand stuff that I didn't want to
do.
You know helping people, peoplecoming in my pockets or seeing
my position in some aspect oflife and thinking that because I
sacrificed to get here, that Ishould be able to show willing,
open arms, open hands to helpyou and that's not the case.
It really showed me, man, likeyou know, y'all know, last time

(17:06):
we talked a couple months ago, acouple episodes back, I told
y'all I had torn my Achillestendon.
And when I tore my Achillestendon you know we go back to
loyalty, where loyalty at, Iseen the people who really was
loyal to me and the peoplewasn't.
It was people still asking meto do stuff for them and I got a
torn Achilles, like largesttendon in your body, can't walk,

(17:31):
can't move.
And I still got people likeacting like I'm not off work,
acting like I can't both jobs,off both jobs, I can't move
around, I can't do stuff Inormally do, but they still
acting like that didn't happen.
But then I was like they're notacting, they don't give up,
that didn't happen.
But then I was like they're notacting, they don't give up,
they don't care.

(17:51):
Truly they don't care becausethey're here to misuse you and I
can't get mad at nobody forletting anybody misuse them.
I can't get mad at the peoplethat I allow to misuse me.
But once you realize that'swhat you got to stand on.
I said that before like thepower of the word no, being able
to say it, being able to standon it and be able to hearing it.

(18:14):
And that's where loyalty at.
So, like I said, like I thinkit's, I do the math.
Let me look at my phone realquick and tell you, so I can be
exactly on point with this, onesecond, yo, I'm going to put it
on there.
How many days left in the year?
How many days left in the year?

(18:36):
Okay, my bat is moving, slow, slow.
57 days, 1,368 hours remainingin a day.

(18:59):
I mean a year.
My bad.
57 days, 1,368 hours left.
So get on the ball.
You know what I'm saying.
Get your circle tight.
That's my advice, free advice.
Get your circle with loyaltysupporters and you don't never

(19:22):
misuse them, people.
But for the ones that's not,and the ones like the
gaslighting one, I don't carewhat their relationship is until
you cut them completely offunless you can use them.
You know, if you can use themfor something and I ain't say
misuse Again, I say if you canuse them for something, it's
cool.

(19:43):
An example like I said, say youget to pop in with one of your
business ventures, your ideas, and they wasn't around while I
was on the build-up point, butit's now.
I got momentum and they want tocome around.
Let them come around.
You keep them at earneddistance, but you use them.
Use them to make that ball rolla little bit quicker.
You know, use them for thatextra little momentum, a little

(20:05):
oomph.
Know that ain't there for you,but use them for that little
oomph.
You feel me, that's how you doit.
You know you don't get mad atthem for coming around all of a
sudden.
Nope, use them for that.
But you know I'm saying youknow they ain't loyal, so that's
how you rock with it.
So I was going to make theseepisodes short from now on until

(20:27):
I get situated with recurringguests when I'm working on and,
like I said, I've been workingon the visual.
So that really been tough.
Been had the cameras.
It's just.
I don't have a cameraman and Iwas trying to find somebody that
wanted to be down with the teamand rock and grow together
organically.
But now I just went to asituation where I'm just going
to pay a guy.
I know a guy I got.
Now I'm just going to pay himand do the camera work.

(20:49):
You know what I'm sayingBecause visuals is what I've
been saying over and over thateverybody want.
So I done tried it and then likeit.
I done recorded severalepisodes on my own.
I just didn't like how itlooked, so that's why I didn't
put it up.
I have several episodes filmedwith cameras.
I just don't like how it look.

(21:10):
So I'm going to go ahead and paysomebody and go from there and
like one thing I always said youknow what I'm saying.
I was told this you're not init until you're money in it.
So when you put your own moneyinto it, you work a little bit
harder with it.
You know what I'm saying.
That's just the truth of thematter, of the fact.
You know, fact of the matter, whether you know, once you put

(21:32):
your money in it, you in it.
So that was it.
Just want to touch on loyalty.
So just for future references, when I don't have a guest with
me, I'm going to do shorterepisodes, but when I got the
guest with me, or guests, that'swhen you're going to see the
more where I usually be at 50minutes to an hour.

(21:52):
So y'all bear with me gettingguests in A lot of the guests
now I'm seeing I'm going to haveto do like VI.
They're going to have to comeon through phone or Zoom, but
I'm going to figure out how towork that out with the camera
and the Zoom where you can seeit both on the episode.
I can flick to it and get it.
So I'm going to figure that out.
So I appreciate I'm back.
We're going to be droppingagain every Wednesday.

(22:15):
You can expect to get thisepisode Wednesday, which is
tomorrow, november 6th, and werocking out every week.
Now we got off schedule but I'mback on schedule so it's back
on.
So I appreciate it.
So we're at the end of it.
I hope everybody vote.
You know we get to what Cass isrocking to.

(22:36):
So you know what I've been on.
You know what we vibing to.
You know that's the end of it,what we're vibing to.
That new Freddie Gives man.
It's tough.
I know a lot of people mightnot know who Freddie Gibbs is
and some people don't rock withhim because he got the beefing
with Benny, which I rock withBenny too.
But his new project you OnlyDie Once man fire Real talk.

(22:59):
I think Freddie Gibbs is thebest overall rapper in the game.
When I say overall, I meanoverall, I'm talking about flow,
lyrics, delivery bars, alltogether.
Like man.
He's nice man.
He hasn't dropped a projectbelow a B grade in my opinion.

(23:22):
I'm trying to go through hisdiscography Ah man, hmm.
Dysography, ah man, hmm.
I have to go all the way backto maybe Eboo Seeds Grow
Naturally, that's the lastproject I seen he had.

(23:44):
That wasn't a beer better, hegot a couple classics he done.
You know what I'm saying.
But man, he's been droppingnothing but great projects for
like the last about five years.
A little bit mortified, takethat back.
A little bit mortified I wantto say when was the?
When was Pinata?
Let me go look it up right now.
When was Pinata?
I gotta go look it up because, yeah, he been on fire.

(24:08):
Man Check gives out.
When was that?
Looking it up?
Because, yeah, he been on fire.
Man Check Gibbs out.
When was that?
Looking it up?
Yeah, that's like 2016,.
I want to say yeah, I want tosay that's 2016.
Yeah, I want to say that's 2016.

(24:35):
Let me ask Google can you giveme Freddie Gibbs' discography?
Let me see what they say?
I'm pretty sure that's how thatgo.
But yeah, check Freddie Gibbsout when you get a chance.
Man.
I wish they had better internetwhere I'm at, but the internet
is so slow Like super duper slowman.

(24:55):
Check him out.
That new project he just droppedis A1.
When I say A1, it's A1, man, a1.
I just pulled up.
So Alfredo in 2020, classicyeah, that's definitely a
classic.
If you go look, fetty to mewasn't a classic, but it was

(25:19):
like a B plus one.
Pinata definitely was a classic.
Yeah, that wasn't even aquestion of mine.
That was a classic for sure.
That joint was cold.
So Shadow Without.
I give it like C pluses.

(25:39):
I got about a C plus.
You Only Live Twice.
I gave that a B.

Join me on this podcast as I navigate the murky waters of human behavior, current events, and personal anecdotes through in-depth interviews with incredible people—all served with a generous helping of sarcasm and satire. After years as a forensic and clinical psychologist, I offer a unique interview style and a low tolerance for bullshit, quickly steering conversations toward depth and darkness. I honor the seriousness while also appreciating wit. I’m your guide through the twisted labyrinth of the human psyche, armed with dark humor and biting wit.
