With last week being the official release of my first prompt journal, I felt it was the right time for us to have a conversation about the importance of doing the work daily to combat our mental health and negative thought patterns. There are so many things that can make loving, taking care of, honouring ourselves feel impossible. Things such as changes with our body/health, tragedy striking, serious health issues, mental health struggles, are just a few examples.

No matter what you're going through or experiencing in life, it's important to do what you feel capable of each day to take care of your mental health and mindset because as much as brains can be brilliant, our own brains can be our biggest bully sometimes. I hope you enjoy today's honest conversation about how important and worthy the daily work to combat and protect your mental health is, friends!

If you resonate with this episode, feel free to message me on Instagram (@thisiskaitey is my handle) so we can connect more! If you know someone who needs to hear this, share it with them or post it on social media and tag me so I can personally thank you for sharing the word about Triumph After Trauma! I'm so dang grateful to be connected to you all <3
