Moriah "Mo" Wilson, a rising star cycling star, was tragically murdered on May 11, 2022, in Austin, Texas. The 25-year-old was shot multiple times at a friend's home, by Kaitlin Armstrong, a woman involved in a love triangle with Moriah and Kaitlin’s boyfriend, Colin Strickland, a fellow cycling star.
Moriah had been spending time with Strickland earlier that day, which reportedly fueled Kaitlin's jealous outburst. After the murder Kaitlin changed her appearance and fled the country to the digital nomad paradise of Santa Teresa, Costa Rica.
