In 2001, 49-year-old Leslie Preer was found murdered in her Chevy Chase, Maryland home. For 23 years, her case remained unsolved. Through DNA genealogy, police identified Eugene Gligor as her killer. In 2025, he was sentenced, finally bringing justice to Leslie’s family.
