(00:00):
I am before Abraham.
I am, I am this, it's the key toaligning with God's energy, with
your true self, with the quantumenergy, with our source energy,
with the universe.
I am this, by the way, my name'sTom Miller, and I love having

(00:22):
conversations with like-mindedpeople who know.
That they are capable of a fullpotential.
They're capable of doingsomething on this planet that
they actually feel really goodabout.
That makes the world a betterplace.
And maybe you feel like you'rejust not quite doing it yet, but
you know it's in there and youknow you won't feel at ease

(00:46):
until it starts expressing.
Welcome to being human.
The human soul wants to expand, and the more our consciousness
expands, our awareness rises.
The more we desire to expand, the universe will cooperate,
follow the process.
So for those of you who don'tknow my story, in my thirties, I

(01:09):
tried drugs for the first time, got very, very, very hooked on
them.
People called me an addict.
And through my thirties andforties I went through a lot of
trials and tribulations.
We're talking rehabs, detoxes,incarceration.
That's a fancy word for gettinglocked up in jail, in prison.

(01:30):
Actually, that sucked.
I'm not gonna lie.
There's no way to sugarcoat it.
That was not fun.
Don't recommend it.
Avoid jail and prison at allcosts.
Let's just say it took me a longtime to get off drugs and
alcohol.

(01:51):
I have been in every 12 stepprogram, I think.
Na, Al-Anon, cocaine'sAnonymous.
Alcoholic's Anonymous.
Of course.
My favorite one was a CANarcotics Anonymous.
That one's intense.
I belong to all of'em.
I'm a card holding member toevery single one of them.

(02:12):
About three to four years ago, Imade the decision not to ever,
ever identify myself, labelmyself as an alcoholic or an
addict.
True.
In my paradigm of personality, Ihave addictive traits for sure.
And when those traits getactivated, life does not work

(02:35):
out well and the 12 steps areright, it becomes unmanageable,
and the only solution is turningit over and aligning with a
power greater than myself.
Well, that applies to everythingin life.
But I decided I'm gonna go backto a 12 step program.
I'm gonna go back to a meetingand see how it feels, but I'm

(02:56):
not gonna raise my hand and say,hi, my name's Tom, and I'm an
alcoholic ever, ever again.
So that means if I raise myhand, I needed to say something
different.
The meeting was coming.
I was thinking for a millionreasons not to go, but I made a
deal and made a commitment tomyself for myself.

(03:18):
So I went.
And I survived and it was fine.
But during the meeting, becausethis is my first AA meeting in
about 10 years, I haven't drankalcohol in over 10 years.
Alcohol is not my thing.
So aa, it's like it applies tome right now, it applies to

(03:43):
everyone.
But going to the meeting.
I felt, I felt like I was aroundpeople that are going on a
spiritual journey themselves andjust like going to church,
there's people there that theywill quote the book, the big

(04:04):
book.
That's what they call, I think Ihave one right here.
Oh, it's than the otherbookshelf.
I'm a man with many bookshelves.
Any case.
The 12 Steps of AlcoholicsAnonymous, they call it the Blue
Book, and it's a blue book fullof stuff, stories and the 12
steps.
And there's people to meetingsthat will quote the blue, the
blue book.
Just like some people at churchwill quote the Bible and they

(04:27):
know every word by heart andthey can tell you the right word
and the right verse and theright phrase that lets you know
that they know.
But it's embodiment.
That's the thing.
Understanding, memorizing,reciting, preaching words,
that's not embodiment.

(04:48):
I'm not judging them.
Good for them and good for them.
Anyone that's decided to get offof a chemical dependency and
decided to stop, whether it'scigarettes, alcohol, drugs,
food.
A lot of people use food whichhas chemicals.
They eat it because it releasesdopamine and they feel better

(05:09):
and they get really overweightand have lots of health issues.
I mean, there's so manydifferent addictive traits.
We do it because we don't wannafeel the way we were feeling
right before we went down thataddictive trait path.
What is the answer?
If there's one thing to know, understand and embody.

(05:31):
It's this, I am this.
Everything.
In a nutshell, the Bible saysthat before there was Abraham, I
am.
There's no start, no beginningto God, to the universal truth,
to source energy, and to theessence of every person.
We are all a hundred percentequal.

(05:53):
We look different.
We have different skills, different challenges, different
backgrounds, different families, but we all have a hundred
points.
Just visualize it like that.
A hundred points means maybe alot of your points go towards
physical aesthetics and greatbody.
Maybe lots of your points go tothe ability to communicate or

(06:17):
creativity to make art, to fixthings, to cook, to sing, to
dance, whatever your points are, they're meant to be used to
improve.
The art of others and art arethe emotions we express, and all
of us have the same.
I amness, I amness.

(06:41):
I was sitting in the themeeting.
I'm thinking, wow, here I amcompletely sober.
Been sober for years.
No urge to use drugs, alcohol,or any other substance to numb
my feelings.
But here I am in a meeting.
I'm here because I want to bearound other people.
That I believe are authentic andI like it more than church.

(07:02):
And I have nothing againstchurch.
Just for me.
When anyone tells me this is theonly answer, I feel like, uh,
well, I don't think anyreligion's wrong.
I think they're all right.
What I do like about the 12 stepprograms is they say, God, of
your own understanding, for me,God is GOD.
Get over to finance.

(07:23):
'cause this brain doesn't know.
It just knows.
There's a higher source ofenergy and information than me,
and I am more than happy towelcome it into my life.
And it is.
That's the I amness.
So I think of myself in meetings10 years ago, 20 years ago in
rehabs, in jail.

(07:45):
And it was much differentexperience than when I was
sitting in the 12 step meetingthis weekend.
It was the same, I amness.
The same I amness 20 years agoin a meeting yesterday.
The same I amness you are rightnow while you're watching this

(08:05):
video is the same.
I am.
I amness.
You were yesterday, five hoursago, 10 hours ago.
It is the essence, it is the Iamness that all of us have and
it is the energy, the life, the.
Love light and life energy thatconnects all of us.

(08:28):
This is Universal Laws one andtwo.
The law of interconnectedness, divine oneness, and the law of
energy vibration.
Energy cannot be created nordestroyed.
The energy we have is our directconnection to the highest power,
and you can call whatever youwant.
Call it Jesus, call God.

(08:48):
Call it all.
Call Muhammad.
Call it the big tree outside, but it's energy.
I amness.
Whenever we become aware of ourI amness and realize that it's
beyond and above, below andwithin our thinking mind.

(09:09):
And I know that I am.
I am.
And that's the only true truth Iam.
Peace ensues.
We remove the resistance fromthis preventing the love, light,
and life from the highest sourcethat's coming in.

(09:29):
The intelligence, that's theshortcut to peace.
I am this and if you think aboutthe I am that you were before
you watched this video, it's thesame I am that you are now.
Perhaps this video elevates yourconsciousness a bit.

(09:50):
That's your thinking.
Mind trying to catch up withyour I Amness.
Your I Amness is already there.
It's our thinking mind, ourparadigms, our processes, our
programs that prevent the IAmness from Shining, but when
the I Amness inside of us isrunning the show, life is good

(10:14):
to go.
So ask yourself, where is my I Iamness.
Because you have it.
You have just as much as me,just as much as Jesus, just as
much as anybody out there.
It's how much do we align ourmind, our actions, our emotions,
our beliefs with the I Amness.

(10:39):
This is not judgemental, this isnot discriminatory.
It is all inclusive.
Expansive and applies to everysingle living creature on the
planet, especially humansbecause we have free will and a
thinking mind and imaginationwhere we can shape things.
But the I amness in us, that'swhat gives us the juice, the

(11:00):
light, the love, the light, theshare.
I This here's the beautifulpart.
You'll get distracted.
I will get distracted.
We'll get distracted by.
Having sex with someone we gethaving, wanting to have sex with
someone.
We'll get distracted by tv, bysocial media, by loud sounds

(11:21):
outside by worry, financialfear.
But the moment we realize ourmind is distracting us from my
the I Amness and we direct ourattention back to, I amness that
awareness.
That's powerful.

(11:42):
That's how we conditionourselves and gravitate our own
energy and magnetize ourselvesin a state of I amness.
Do mundane chores, mundanetasks, your everyday brushing
your teeth, washing the dishes, going to work, driving in a

(12:02):
state of I amness now being Iamness, but there's no thought
to I amness.
It's just an awareness of theenergy you are in the space that
you are right here, right now.
At any given time.
I am.
This only exists right now, butit always exists again, it's not

(12:26):
meant to be understood with athinking mind.
It's meant to be.
Wow.
It's meant to be just being, being I am this.
It has helped me so muchregulating my fight or flight
nervous system.

(12:48):
By the way, it's what I usedrugs to numb for many, many
years.
It's helped me realize that thethings I try to worry about
aren't so, they don't deservethe attention I was giving them.
Trying to predict the future andhow I want it to be.
Instead, let my aspirations ofthe future be known.

(13:11):
And right now my aspiration isthat this video reaches one
person, maybe 20 people thatneed to hear it, and then they
share it, and then they spreadtheir own message of I Amness.
I'm on a mission to expand myown consciousness in a way that
feels good and helps others feelgood.

(13:35):
And I hope more than anything toattract others to this community
that also wanna expand theirawareness, their consciousness
to feel good.
I mean, we're talking, feelinggood, living the rest of our
lives, feeling good and helpingothers to feel good.
And I am this, I am is a greatplace to start, a great place to

(13:58):
finish, and truly all there is.
That's true freedom.
The true freedom of I Amness.
I would love to hear what youthink about it.
I would love to hear if you'regoing for it and giving it a
try.
Comment below.
Tell friends about it, like, subscribe, do whatever it takes
to grow this community.
It won't grow on its own.

(14:19):
I don't have any money right nowto run ads or pump it out to
people.
I don't know how to write thefastie titles or make the
thumbnails so people click onit.
It's just gonna have to be themessage that carries this out.
I am this.
Is the message I'm sharing withyou today.
I love these conversations.
Can't wait till the next one,and until then, thank you.

(14:40):
I love you.
