Certifications are excellent for gaining more tools in your toolbox, but they are not your primary value. I see a lot of entrepreneurs hide behind their certifications. They talk more about their credentials than they do the benefit of someone working with them. In order to grow your business, you need to be sure you're explaining the change and impact you have more than the credentials that got you here.
It's fairly safe to say that we all want to make a change, always. Sometimes it's a small change, like ordering something other than our usual at our favorite restaurant. Other times, it's significant, our career, our relationship with someone, our life goals. Which comes first? Making the change or believing in the change?

It can be hard in entrepreneurship to overcome the all-or-nothing attitude. We want things to be all ironed out, perfectally lined up to meet 100% of our vision, our interest, or growth. The reality is that 50% of something is better than 100% of nothing.
