On this week's podcast we are chatting with D3 Athlete and triathlon age-grouper Mike Reed. Mike is a former surfer, turned triathlete, who has qualified for Ironman Triathlon Hawaii multiple times. Mike is fresh off winning his age group at Ironman Triathlon Maryland and then coming back to run the NYC marathon a few weeks later.
