True Manhood and Masculinity: How Boys Become Men

It is hard to become a man and to be a man in this American society. It can be hard for some to even know what a man is anymore when we have so many voices shouting at us telling us what is and what is not a man. This society also makes it hard because it tells boys and men to ditch masculinity because masculinity is toxic, mean, and tyrannical.

This podcast specifically targets boys and young men because it can be confusing, and we want to cut through that confusion with the Truth about Manhood and Masculinity! Sean and I talk about Who should get to define manhood and masculinity: God. Then we talk about what God calls boys and men to and how we can transform from boys into men.

This society doesn't want men, and it certainly doesn't want masculinity. The only time masculinity is really praised is when a woman acts in a masculine manner. Feminism has made it harder to be a man and it has made it harder to be masculine. But we, as boys, young men, and older men cannot let that stop us from becoming more like the True Man, Himself, namely, Jesus Christ!

He was as Man as it gets! And He wasn't some weak, cowardly loser either. He was the Ultimate Masculine Man! He shows us exactly what a healthy Masculinity looks like in a Man. Let's all develop and transform by becoming True Men, who are Truly Masculine, and all to the glory of our Wonderful, and Powerful God and King in Heaven!
