People, businesses, organizations and churches talk quite a bit about our values - but what difference do they really make? Are they well-written statements that get framed nicely but don't actually make a difference in our day-to-day lives? Or do they really impact the decisions we make? What about our value of Mission... nice idea... looks good on paper... but why do we have it and what difference does it make for each of us?
