In the fifth episode of Season Three of Star Trek: Strange New Worlds, a discovery on a planet finds ancient beings capable of so much destruction. When Ensign Dana Gamble (Chris Myers) encounters one, he becomes a part of this alien species that appear to be ancient enemies of the Gorn as evidenced by a triggering of an instinct inside Captain Marie Batel (Melanie Scorfano).
