We're back this week with a classic topic, and one we've covered before. Sadlly, there are so many cases under this topic that we decided to cover it again - and we'll likely do it again sometime! These are cases of people murdered (or, as you'll see, murdered?) On a first date. These tales are mostly of sucky dudes behaving as such, and the horrific things that happen as a result. One case will leave you scratching your head wondering if the courts got it right (a common question) while the other are sadly a bit more cut and dry.

Cases Covered:
1. Sade Robinson
2. Jennifer St Clair

Hate Twisted Listeners. I'm Cindy,Okay, I'm dead, and this is
Twisted Listeners, a podcast about murderand less and this is a new one.

(00:35):
We're a little bit late this week. Guys are doing the best we
can. Life is crazy, lifeis busy. We're high power women and
high power. I can't even saythat we both worked too much. Bos
Boss bitch or what is it likegirl boss gate? Keep something. I
don't want any of that energy.I want lay in bed energy, enjoy

(00:58):
the days in my yard with myducks energy. Anyway, this is a
new topic. This is well,it's a repeat, but it's it's we're
going to repeat topics, y'all becauselike some of them are real good and
some of them have like one hundredcases all of which are inesting. This
is people who are murdered on theirfirst date. And I'm telling you right

(01:22):
now, I'm already playing fast andloose with that definition with my first story.
But it's interesting and I want totalk about, like, you know,
kind of the situation. So I'mexcited to discuss what's new anything we
want to talk about anything new orexciting or different. I don't know,

(01:42):
started a job, I'm excited aboutthat. Yeah. Do you even have
a new job, new house?Yeah, I'm still tired, still caffeinating.
Yeah, I don't know. Andwe're boring. I guess we're just
working on both of us. Yeah, I got nothing, just work in

(02:04):
baseball. If anybody wants to knowthe intricate details of eight U baseball,
I'm your person. Otherwise I gotnothing. We're just working living. I
don't know. Yeah, baby kid, And my kid just turned nine,
which is fucking insane, like crazy, almost almost double digits, almost double

(02:24):
digits, and he's like become areally cool kid now. Like I feel
like between seven and eight was likerough, like really rough. Pain is
this person? Yeah, he'd neverthrown a tantrum in his life, and
then he started to and I waslike, this isn't this isn't like this
is going pain. Sometimes they literallyI think their brains are developing and they're

(02:44):
like, what's happening to me?No for sure, for sure. Yeah.
Yeah, but now he's back tobeing like sassy but cool, and
I love that you have a premiereyears of that before like adolescents strikes.
You know, there are days whenI wish he would like leave me alone.
So part of me is like, yes, can't wait for the broody
teenagers. And then part of meis like, I know I'm going to

(03:04):
be sad when he's like, fuckoff, mom, I don't want to
touch you, you know, like, no, hopes that is sad anyway,
not that bad, yeah, hopefullyanyway, So should we just should
we get into it, Let's getinto our cases, all right, let's
do it. Mine is tremendously upsetting. So I think I'm going first.
You are going for I was gonnasay you're going first, right, yeah,
yeah, okay, yeah, Mine'svery upsetting and it's very current news.

(03:29):
I did. I did one ofthese current news topic last week because
I'm continuing with that with that trend, and I did. Yeah, Lake
and Riley was my current news.So this is the case of sad Robinson.
Have you seen this like in thenews at all? I have not.
I haven't been. I don't newsvery much. The true crime news.
Well, send me a true crimenews story once that's true. I

(03:51):
do. I just don't do itas much as I used to because you
brows yeah yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, you scroll once in there?
Yeah, So said is a nineteenyear old girl originally from Mississippi who
lived in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Sheworked at a pizza restaurant named Pizza Shuttle.

(04:13):
But she was just I love that, but she was just working there.
That was not her you know, career goal. Surprisingly, that was
just where she worked while she wasalso going to school. She went to
the Milwaukee Area Technical College where shewas just about to graduate with her associates
degree in criminal justice, which isawesome. Yeah, so she was a
true crime person, probably too likeus, and she wanted to graduate or

(04:38):
she wanted to after graduation pursue acareer in that field with so who knows
what she would have become or furtherstudies she would have done. Spoiler alert.
So her coworkers at Pizza Shuttle allloved her and have come out and
described how outgoing and delightful person shewas. This is what everyone says about

(04:59):
her, So it's not out ofthe Everyone says she's the best. They
said she would lighten them. Theysaid she would lighten the mood whenever she
was there. You know. It'slike, so you're really lucky if you
got your shift with Sade a pizzashovel, because she would be like a
good time and she goes by Sade. It's not shot a sad. Well,
I'm saying Sade. Well, Shadais like the singer. Do you

(05:21):
think it's always pronounced sha da whenit's ad. I don't know. That's
the only time I've ever seen itis like Shadah instead of saved. I
feel like I always felt like wasa like a one off thing, like
there's no other Shadas out there inthe universe. One I don't I don't
know. That's a good question.Okay, Well, I'm sorry if it

(05:43):
is Shade, but I'm just gonnasay Sade. I think yeah it is.
Sorry, just listened to a video. It's Shoda really Okay. Thought
my dad was a fan or Iwould have never caught that. Okay,
well, never mind, I'll sayit correct. Apologies, thank you for
your shadowy fandom. Yes, you'revery welcome. Okay, Well sorry,

(06:10):
where was this? This was inMilwaukee? Milwaukee? Okay, sorry,
sorry, go on, go on. Yes, so her coworkers, Sha
Day's coworkers loved her, and likeI said, okay, so on this
particular night, this is April first, so not that long ago. Yeah,

(06:31):
she was set to go on adate, and I believe it was
through some kind of dating app.So we are quickly able to figure out
whom that date was waste and itwas, Yeah, it was with thirty
three year old Maxwell Anderson, andthey were set to go to a seafood
restaurant that she liked. So wehave their kind of chat conversation arranging the

(06:54):
date and preserved in the cybersphere. But they did not come to work the
next day at Pizza Shuttle on Aprilsecond, and her coworkers are suspicious right
away because she would never not showup for work. I know that's a
true crime cliche, but obviously whenit's true, it's true, like she
would not through that. So theycall the police actually pretty quickly, and

(07:15):
they go to her apartment for awellness check to see and they cannot find
her. And because of the aforementionedyou know, dating app trail, they
pretty quickly find Maxwell Anderson as theguy who was going to be her date,
and they Okay, well, Iwrote this a little bit of out

(07:36):
of order, So let me talkabout the evidence that comes to light and
then I'll talk about Max. Sothe day after her disappearance, like or
the morning after, right, becauseshe disappears at this night, after this
night date. The morning of thesecond, her twenty twenty civic was found
engulfed in flames. Okay, nota good sign, very much not a

(08:00):
good sign. The damage to thecar is very extreme, obviously, but
it's not like, you know,a little bit was doused and flames.
The whole thing was like charred, right and amidst the car. Degree though,
they did actually discern the and findthe outfit that Shade was wearing out
the date on that date, thatnight that she was seen wearing. They

(08:22):
also find part of her phone,so they know her personal belongings were in
the car. And then later thatday, on the second, a human
leg is discovered in the Warnamont carbeach in the suburb of Kudah. I'm

(08:43):
sure I'm not saying that, right, Okay, California anyway, Okay.
Police could tell that the leg hadbeen quote unquote sawed from like a fifth
point down. Yeah, and itapparently matched Shade's description because it belonged to
a black woman who was approximately fivefeet tall. She's how about how tall
she was? So and it's laterofficially confirmed genetically or forensically rather to belong

(09:11):
to her. So okay, theyfind her. They find her leg A
few days later, on April sixth, more remains were found as police searched
the area around where her car wasfound burning, and they specifically find a
foot. Oh my god, justa random foot. Yeah, horrific.
It's so gruesome. And they alsofind appeared, quote unquote what appeared to

(09:35):
be human flesh, So just apile of flesh. I guess, yeah,
it's so gross. Let's see.Okay, where am I going?
I lost my page? Okay,it also comes out, so yeah,

(09:56):
I guess all right, Okay, basically I did. What I'm missing here
is like the exact point in thetimeline when Maxwell Anderson is arrested. But
I know it's pretty quick. Iwas trying to like fast google and be
like what day was this? Youknow, right, but he's charged by
April twelfth, I have, soit's like that week they arrest him.

(10:18):
It's like yeah again because of thedate they have, like you know,
this is she was with you,and then you know, this is what
we find. So there's a officialcriminal complaint against him that details what he
was charged with, and that's wherewe get a lot of our information because
this case is so new. Sothe he's charged with tons of stuff,

(10:41):
including first degree homicide, mutilation ofa corpse, and arson obviously referring to
the car right. And I'm notsure if this is from the official complaint.
I think it might be because again, it's got lots of information in
there that Chuday had been using alocation sharing app that actually had left a
record sharing the location of her phonein real time with her mom and with

(11:01):
friends who also used the app.So like smart even Yeah, it's interesting,
like I don't have any that activatedon my phone, but now I'm
kind of like it is smart,Like it's a little invasive, but it's
also like can be very handy.Right. Well, T Mobile has a
do you have T Mobile? No, I don't want okay, I don't
want to give them like free advertising, but they have like a family location

(11:24):
thing that you can pay for herand it's like smart, yeah, and
then you and your family members canall see where the other one is.
So that's cool. That's cool.Yeah. So anyway, so she had
been sharing her location and so theyhave the record of everywhere her phone anyway
went and it shows the phone, going to the seafood restaurant to that date,

(11:46):
then to a sports bar, thento Maxwell Anderson's home. Uh,
then to that park where the remainsin the car were found. Okay,
and obviously the phone bits were inthe car. Yeah, probably she was
murdered at his house. Yeah, yeah, yeah, okay, yeah,

(12:07):
uh So the complaint against Max herealso describes additional evidence that the police have
against him, in addition to thephone records and they're chatting records, that
includes surveillance video which shows his carbasically going through the trail. You would
need to get to that park rightthat, you know, to dump the

(12:33):
remains there in the early morning hoursthat morning. So the show we have
footage of him going there. Wealso also have footage of Shade's car being
driven away, So I believe he'sgoing in. Yeah, so driving her
car away, driving his car, drop off remains. Everywhere he goes in
the vehicles, he's being followed bycameras. Basically, right, obvious idiot,

(12:56):
like yeah the fuck okay, Yeah, And he left by the way
the first time from the house threehours after they both came back to the
house together. So whatever happened happenedin the span of three hours. Okay,
I mean that's exactly quick if it'slike ne perfect murder, but it
feels kind of quick in a way. Fully dismembered her there then yeah,

(13:18):
fuck yeah, that's quick, isyeah, and that's presumably did happen.
Yeah yeah. At his house theyfind a lot of blood, which I
will circle back to the blood. They also find several kids of gasoline,
which yeah, duh h. Soin the criminal complaints is not like a

(13:41):
riveting quote, but I'll just readit. The criminal complaint says, quote,
the facts mentioned this complaint blah blahblah lead us to conclude that the
defend intentionally killed then dismember Robinson ofthe intent to conceal the house side,
which like, duh uh, Andit occurred between the arrival at the defendant's
residence and his departure from the WarnamontePark area. So they're kind of saying

(14:03):
there's a possibility she was alive andhe killed her. But I'm like,
no, because there was dismemberment. So yeah, like I'm thinking of that
in his car at the park.He didn't dismember her at the park,
you know, no, so heyeah, he killed dismembered her within three
hours, right, Yeah, sohe's pled not guilty. Max has and

(14:26):
his attorney has given very minimal statementsbasically saying that he's quote presumed innocent.
We will fight this matter vigorously incourt, just generic stuff like that they
haven't seen any like specific points thatthey have And I'm like, oh,
yeah, very guilty, my friend. Yeah that's not okay. I mean,

(14:48):
I guess we don't know what's goingto happen, but like I think
we all have like a pretty goodidea. Yeah. So if you're wondering
what the fuck up is up withthis Max guy here is like a crazy
dude. I found his Facebook.Ah, I'm doing that too, so
yep, it's the one with thedog pictures and it's speled Anderson so o

(15:13):
n So if you want to lookat his Facebook, you can find a
little more about Max, which isreally interesting actually Anderson, Yeah, he
goes by Maxwell Anderson Maxwell. Heworked as a bartender at a concert ven
in Milwaukee called the Rave Eagles Club. He used to be an aviation electronics
tech in the Navy, and someof his recent posts include showing off sort

(15:39):
of home renovations, home projects hedid, like a painting a wall in
his house. Interestingly, one ofhis more recent posts before the murderer was
asking his friends if they know agood sleep aid sleep medication. So that's
interesting. Most interesting, I thinkis his passion for volunteering it Feeding America.

(16:00):
Yeah, I'm looking right now.Mm hmmm, it's easy. He
which is like a food bank Iimagine kind of thing in November, and
unbelievably on April fucking fourth, Sothink of the timeline he would have had
to kill her. The night ofApril first, right on April fourth,

(16:22):
his posts on Facebook that he's goingto go volunteer at Feeding America and anyone
want to join me with information aboutFeeding America volunteer event. Why didn't it
take so long for them to catchhim? Like why is he still posting
on it? Was like, yeah, it wasn't that long. Like I
said, he was fully charged bythe twelfth, so he was arrested fairly

(16:45):
shortly thereafter that that week. Basicallyweird, Yeah, but like that's just
a really wild contradiction to me oflike your murder, but like let's do
charity, Let's go to a foodbank, it's almost like, I don't
know, it is almost like thissort of like reputation washing, you know,

(17:07):
like public image thing of like, look what a good guy I am.
But I mean he's been posting ifyou look, he posts this type
of stuff. Yeah often. Imean it's not I don't know if if
he did this like preemptively, likeor if it's just maybe he had some

(17:27):
weird like break. I don't know, it's it's really weird. The Yeah.
But the comments, by the way, on a lot of these posts
are public, so you can gocheck them out. I love to look
at comments on things. It's reallyhorrible with me. But on his post
there's a lot of lively conversation andpeople making very inappropriate jokes about legs and

(17:51):
dismembered body parts which I will notrepeat. That's not good. Yeah,
and there's a lot of other peoplesaying, oh wait, all to the
info, to all the info comesout, like, don't like condemn him
as guilty right away. Interestingly, there's there's also people on there who say
that they knew him or he's theirfriend and that they didn't know anything.

(18:14):
Nick would never have suspected anything fromhim. But there's also other people who
did who claim that they knew himand they always thought something was off,
which I think is typical of likeany who anyone arrested for something like this,
there's always be somebody who like,I fucking knew it, And it's
like people would say that me,you know. Yeah, I mean compared
to some other people's facebooks that I'vecome across, So like the Inceel sword

(18:37):
Boys, this guy doesn't strike me. It's like, oh, you peg
him for a fucking serial killer, like right right right away, Like it's
pretty mundane stuff. So yeah, looking at it him like it's he's just
like a dude, He's a guy. Yeah. The comments on the April
fourth volunteering post or like really somethingthough, So if you want, if

(18:57):
you want a little comment experience,I would read those. It's three people
are going off and it's but likeI said, it is wild. The
contradiction of him like murdering and volunteering. Mm hmm, Like it's weird to
think about. Bizarre. Is itlike a penance thing? Is it a
split person now thing? Is itlike maybe it is as I think as

(19:19):
I'm thinking of, like it's eitherpenance or it's like a calculated, like
way to make himself look good.Yeah either way. Yeah, so there's
also been whiffs no solid evidence yet, but there's been like whiffs of like
maybe there's other victims, because thisis like a pretty wild first murder record

(19:41):
it dismemberment and everything. Yeah, and like yeah, but the on the
other hand, he was not careful. It was very that's to him.
But i mean, on the otherhand of that, look at Israel Keys
he went from. But he hadany fucking clue he existed to being caught

(20:02):
because he fucking wanted to be caughtessentially, you know. So yeah,
it's it's interesting. The other thingthat I found, uh interesting, and
I haven't found any maybe there hasthis case is like new stories not every
day. But the thing I foundinteresting I haven't seen a ton of follow
up to is that there's like acouple of stories out there reporting that that

(20:26):
blood evidence found in his home doesnot match shad Day's DNA. And I'm
like, okay, follow up questionwho yeh blood? Who is it?
Who the fuck's is it? Becausewhat the fuck? Yeah, So I'm
interested in that if that's ever goingto be brought up again. Yeah,

(20:48):
good question. Yeah. So there'sstill an open go fund me a couple
of things related to the family.Here. To wrap up, there's still
an open go fundme called Justice HerSat Shah Day Our fall an Angel.
They raised sixty four thousand dollars wow, for very expenses for the family,
and so go check that out forsure. And May twenty first, So

(21:11):
just a couple of weeks ago, here Shade's mother. She is Scarbrew Scarborough,
Scarborough, Scarborough. Well, it'smissing the anyway. She Let's let's
say Scarborough because that sounds good.Shea Scarborough came out and basically talked about

(21:33):
two things. Firstly, the factthat they're filing the families filing a series
of treedom of information after quests andpetitions and protests and various official things.
After the Wow, I can't saythis either. It's like wow, Keegan
way Kagan or something like that.Weakegan, Weal Keegan there you go?

(21:55):
Okay, Well, don't you whatto put the right emphasis on? Okay?
Yeah, Okegan, It's like emphasison the key Wakegan Alderman. Keith
Turner actually posted a picture of SHA'sleg to Facebook. What the fuck?
Or no? Sorry? An armwell, an arm that had washed up

(22:17):
on a beach. I'm not evensure if it's her arm. Actually,
it's implied that it was part ofher remains that were found, because yeah,
because some of them were on thebeach, right, And the post
is obviously long since deleted, thankfullyit's not on floating around. But it's
kind of like, it's kind oflike, you know, when the fucking
cops like posted pictures of the helicopterWRECT that killed Kobe Bryant and his daughter.

(22:41):
Yeah, remember that? Yeah, and then the family sued the fuck
out of the police department for doingthat. So it's like that. Basically,
like she know her mom is tryingto officially she said, at least
this guy should be fired. Basicallyis her goal, not a fucking minimum,
at the bare minimum. Yeah, how she says that we want to

(23:04):
know how this information got leaked, who leaked it, and then we want
them to be held accountable. Sobasically like fire the guy who posted the
picture of her fucking arm, Sothat's like one of her things. And
then she also came out and basicallypublicly pled this is really interesting, publicly
pled with Maxwell Anderson's parents to usto help find her daughter. She said

(23:30):
quote, his family should have theability to influence him if they are in
any way, shape or form decenthuman beings, they should take steps to
convince him to tell the truth, which, like it's heart wrenching, But
I don't necessarily know that they havethat power. Yeah, I don't know
that they are able to. Yeah, I mean, I get what she's
asking, but I don't necessarily knowthat that's you know, I don't know

(23:57):
that that's going to be effective becauseI don't think that they necessarily have any
fucking clue, you know. No, I mean, they definitely don't have
a clue, but I think they, Yeah, Twitter, and they actually
can influence him, I don't know. Yeah, And they could just be
the kind of parents who were like, no, he's innocent, we can't
believe he would do this, becauselike that's also kind of fair, I

(24:17):
think to fill that position. Itdoesn't sound like this is like the type
of thing that they would be expectingto have happen. I don't know,
it just seems I mean, Iget it, like I would fucking lead
with anybody, you know, likeit wouldn't really matter to me if it
was logical, but it is.I don't know that that's gonna do anything.
No, it's just yeah, it'sjust heart wrenching and she just wants

(24:38):
to find the rest of her daughter'sbody parts, like you know what I
mean, totally fair Jesus Christ. It's horrible. Yeah, yeah, that's
that's the story so far. Thesearch is actually continuing as we speak by
boat and stuff, because they havenot found all of her. But yeah,
it's that's really fucking horrible, andit's got like so thankfully he's been

(25:03):
charged and seems like he's going tobe totally prosecuted for this. But yeah,
it does also have whiffs of Laurencesmith Field a little bit, I
guess, just because there's like anextremely beautiful young black woman and like,
you know, an older white guy, you know, and so I guess
that that dynamic also kind of makesme feel it reminds me of that,
and it's concerning for sure, butI feel like this is more of a
slam dunk and this is like there'sdismemberment, Like this is a little bit

(25:27):
more of a like, yeah,he's not going to get away with it.
Yeah. Yeah, speaking of gettingaway with things, let's talk about
my case. I'm interested to seehow you feel about this one, because
I still don't know how I feelabout it, and I've researched it,
so oh my gosh, all right, here we go, Here we go.

(25:49):
All right, I'm going to talkabout Jennifer Saint Clair. This is
a woman. She was thirty threeyears old in twenty eighteen. She was
living in Florida, in Fort Lauderdale. She actually lived at home with her
parents and was working at as aserver in a restaurant. Now. I

(26:10):
don't have a lot of backstory abouther. I don't know if she was,
like you know, had lived awayfrom the home, had a relationship,
came home, if she'd always livedthere. I have no no backstors,
really hard to find anything about it. But at this time in twenty
eighteen, she is single, shehas no kids again that I could find,

(26:33):
and she's living at home with herparents in Fort Lauderdale. Now,
Jennifer likes to party, and allI have to say about that is fucking
get it, Like do your thing. You know, that's great if you
like to party and you don't haveanything else going on and responsibilities and whatnot,
Like live your fucking life, youknow, like have a great time

(26:56):
but in any case, so youknow, she's working, living, and
dating. It's twenty eighteen, likeI said, and Tinder is at the
height of its popularity. Do peoplestill be used Tinder? Do we know?
Oh yeah, oh yeah, that'sstill a thing. Okay, I
wasn't sure. It's good to know, so circuit, yeah, I've never

(27:18):
used online dating. It sounds likea nightmare. But in any case,
she's using in having a great time. And this is late December or early
December, twenty eighteen, by theway, and uh, you know,
she's on Tinder and she meets aman online. And this man is thirty
four year old Miles McChesney. NowI knew a Matt McChesney, and I

(27:41):
can just tell you this guy sucked. He was so fucking scummy. So
when I heard the last name McChesney, I was immediately nope, nope,
bad bad. But I'm sorry ifthere's any listeners with that last name,
or if you have family with thatlast name, but like, tell me
they're not scumbags. Okay, Idon't know that. I'll far This last
name is bat in a thousand onlike the scumbagh whatever. Anyway, so

(28:06):
they meet online. They set upa date to go out together, and
this is obviously their first date. Now, Weirdly, Miles doesn't even live
in Florida. He's visiting from Schenectady, New York. It's weird to do,
Yeah, dating on your on vacation. Yeah, I might have said
that wrong. Might be Schenectady,I think it's I think it's Schenectady,
Connectady. I knew that, andI just said it wrong. I actually

(28:27):
know how to say Sconnectady, NewYork. Weirdly, I'm really into like
like small towns in New York, like upstate and like to the West.
I don't know why. I'm reallyinto like all of those, like and
they all have weird fun names theydo. I live in Ithaca, which
is not a weird name. Butno, that's a cool name, but

(28:47):
it's it's a weird it's weird upthere. It's very cold, it is
in any case, so you knowhe's visiting. But I guess Tinder isn't
the app that you're trying to youknow, get wiped up on or whatever.
You know, it's it's more forhookups. So this is all kind
of tracks, right. So anyway, he's in town visiting his cousin,
and his cousin is really into motorcycles. Miles is really into motorcycles and like

(29:10):
Harley's specifically, and the night theythink about, Miles picks Jennifer up on
a Harley. And not only that, but he arrives with his cousin and
his cousin's date and one other coupleand they're all on motorcycles. The men
are driving the motorcycles, the womenare on the back. So these three
couples then take off on their bikeswith Jennifer, you know, on the
back of Miles's bike, and theygo to three local bars. He doesn't

(29:33):
even pick her up till ten pm, which like just sounds terrible to me,
Like that is I'm asleep, fuckingnightmare. Yeah, absolutely not.
But they go out, and that'sthat's kind of it. You know,
her parents say bye to her, they see her leave, and they didn't
see her the following morning, whichI think isn't like a big deal.

(29:55):
She's thirty three, you know, they're not like, oh, or baby
didn't come home. Like so it'snot a lot of the cases where it's
like a fifteen fifty girl in thefamily's like freaking out. But that being
said, they didn't really have timeto freak out because they received a call
from the police pretty early in themorning. And this call, the cops
call, and they basically just tellthem like, Hi, your daughter is
dead, like just straight up.And the family is like, you know,

(30:18):
what happened? Obviously they want answers, and what the police tell them
is basically that she was found onthe highway, like on it, not
on the side of the road, but like in the road, and she's
been hit by what we later findout is nine different cars, yes,
and not only that at the timeof the accident, only one car pulled

(30:44):
over after running her over. Ohwow, that's horrible. Yeah, and
just people are horrible. Yeah.So her parents are like what they actual
fuck? And it takes about aweek, but slowly by, you know,
looking at her Tinder, talking tofriends, talking to the parents,
they pieced together that she was ona date with a man named Miles McChesney,

(31:04):
and they learned through witness statements thatbasically Miles and Jennifer and their other
friends had gone to these three differentbars and had left just before two am.
They were all going down the highwaypresumably to like wherever Miles was staying,
and Jennifer, who was drunk, fell off the back of Miles's bike.

(31:25):
Okay, Miles was also pretty drunk, according to witnesses, but this
comes up later. And anyway,so witnesses say, you know they saw
a man on the on the night. I think it's like I ninety five
on a motorcycle and he's pulled overand he's watching as Jennifer's unconscious body is
repeatedly hit by cars while in theroad. I mean, that's how so

(31:49):
to jump into a highway to likesave someone, that's kind of hard.
Well, I totally get that.Witnesses say that the man didn't even try.
He was just didn't even make dismsout from his motorcycle. He was
just stopped on it. And whenone car is the only car who hit
her pulled over, the man onthe bike told him quote, she's dead,
and then rode off on his motorcycle. Oh, rode away. Miles's

(32:14):
cousin actually pulled over and called nineone one, but apparently he did so
because he thought Miles had been hurt, because Miles had stopped when she fell
off, and when he realized thatMiles was okay, because Miles came riding
up on the motorcycle. He toldthe dispatcher he's here, never mind and
hung up the phone. Oh mygod, this like group of people,
this does not give a fuck abouther. No, So it took until

(32:35):
three am for police to arrive onthe scene, at which point Jennifer had
had been hit by those nine carsand was very much not alive. So
this guy, yes, she felloff the motorcycle, not necessarily his fault.
He is almost assuredly driving way drunk, which is yeah, and negligent

(32:55):
homicideer manslaughter right, because her deathis his fault in that regard, Yeah,
at least. Also Miles here wasconvicted of burglary in two thousand and
seven. He was sentence two ayear in prison. Five years later,
he was in a residential re entrycenter because he was convicted of a legal
possession of a firearm. He failedto return to the halfway house and was

(33:16):
arrested and pleaded guilty to an escapecharge. So this guy, like,
you know, he had actually justbeen released from prison for violating parole nine
days before this, So he gotout of prison, got on tinder,
met a woman and this happened lessthan two within less than two weeks,

(33:38):
So this guy's just like in andout of prison and whatever, right,
And so as soon as this happened, he fucking bones out. So cops
tried to talk to him, andI think they did interview him initially,
and then he quote, like asthey put it, like just disappeared and
they don't know where the fuck heis. Later it's you know, he

(33:59):
shows up in f Schonenectady, right, but he's got a lawyer and he's
like, i'll cooperate fully in return, I need immunity, right, So
it's like, you know, he'sasking this, they don't grant it because
they're like, we're not even surewe want to talk to you yet.
We don't know if we're going togive you immunity, like maybe you fucking
kicked her off the motorcycle, Likewe don't fucking know. We're gonna investigate

(34:21):
on our own a little bit,and then we're gonna decide if we evenna
want to like offer that to you, you know. Yeah. So yeah,
like around ten am the next day, he's already gone, he's got
his attorney. He's declining to fuckingtalk unless he's given full immunity. She
was dead for like eight hours atthis point. And this is already what

(34:43):
this guy is doing. And Iwant to tell you talking about Facebook,
I went and found this guy's Facebook. This guy was Facebook. So this
happened in November or sorry, Decembertwenty eighteen. February, Uh, what's
the date here? Where's this disgustingpicture? March twelfth. He's posting like

(35:07):
half naked pictures of chicks with tattoosin like underwear, like showing the thoughts.
Wow. He's posting like thirst trapphotos showing his proud Irish heritage with
him like covered in fucking tattoos. And he has another Facebook, so he
has two facebooks. The other Facebook. On February first, twenty nineteen,

(35:30):
so less than two months after thishappens, he's posting of a selfie of
himself in a hoodie with his likegiving the camera the middle finger, and
he's like covered in like shitty prisontattoos. He's smiling. This guy doesn't
give a fuck that this woman tatoocould not be less bothered, like unfucking

(35:58):
believable, like true, just nuts. This guy is such a fucking piece
of shit. So anyway, abouta week after the incident, they know
who he is. The family actuallysues him for wrongful death. I cannot
find what happened there. I cannotfind what happened there. But what I
can tell you is that it tookuntil twenty twenty for police to decide not

(36:22):
to charge him with anything. Nothing. He's off scot free for this.
And some of the reasoning is thatnobody witnessed what happened when she fell off
the motorcycle. Because he left thescene of the crime, they couldn't test
his blood alcohol to prove that hewas drunk. And I actually had an
incident where we were in Beverly Hillsand this drunk rich lady and her Raine

(36:45):
Robeer backed into our car, stumbledout of our car and was like,
this is so messed up, andthen drove off down Sunset like swerving.
We got her license plate, Wefollowed her home. We called the cops,
and they're like, we can't doanything because she went in side her
house. She might have gone insideand chugged a bottle of wine. So
even if we like test her now, there's no proof that she was driving

(37:07):
drunk. They refused to do eventhough we had like damaged to our car.
Cops also loved to do nothing,so fuck them. But the point
of what I'm saying is that becausethey didn't test him for you know,
if he was drunk that night, there's no proof that he did literally anything
wrong. The only thing they couldhave charged him with was like leaving the
scene. But even that I thinkthey just found was kind of like,

(37:30):
I don't know, not worth it. I guess I don't know. So
all of this is to say thatthis poor woman fucking fell off the back
of a bike, got run overrepeatedly, and was left dead in the
road for an entire hour before shewas you know, picked up by police,

(37:50):
and the man who essentially, inmy mind was pretty fucking responsible for
this just got to go home andpost shitting pictures of his white track to
us online. Wow that's crazy, and like, yeah, it's very clear
how this should be charged with negligenthomicide at least leaving the scene. You're

(38:13):
driving drunk, and your actions ofdriving drunk basically resulting in your passengers or
anyone else dying, you get charged. Why are getting charged with rising get
in charge for fucking anything? Anything? I think there's a couple of things
about this. I think. Thefirst thing, like I said, they
can't prove he as drunk, theydidn't see what happened, and they can

(38:35):
prove that she was drunk, Soit would be very easy for his lawyers
to be like, she was wasted, she fell, like it's not his
fault, you know. I mean, I feel like they've decided that it's
not worth the cost of the trialfor what they could honestly get him for.
And I don't, as much asI hate it, I feel like
that's probably true. But to me, what that means is that our system

(38:58):
is fucked up. Also, youknow, if he wasn't a fucking white
dude, I think they would theywould take the risk, you know,
right for sure. So yeah, that's the fucking case. Isn't that nuts?
That is horrible And it reminds mealso of one of the original first
dates I did that. I alsodid a bunch of tiktoks about Jesslin's Amiga

(39:19):
where she was like remember she wasthrown out of the car on her first
date experience as well, and likeshound kind of like off the road and
stuff. Yeah, I don't thinkanything ever came of that of like charges
with with the driver the date. But it's also like you can't just have

(39:39):
someone in your car like flung outof the car and then you just like
okay, like and you just goon with your day, Like you have
to like stop and give a shipand try to like try to show that
you're trying to care about this person, right right. It's really interesting how
they're just like, well, Ithey left the scene of the clime,
but we're just not gonna We're justgonna pretend they didn't and like do nothing.

(40:00):
It's a hit and runs the sameas a hit and run, Yeah,
exactly. It's so fucking weird tome. But anyway, all right,
there's the first half. Hmm,fucked up. Thanks guys, let
us know how you feel about thatone. I'm interested because I feel like
the guy should be charged, likeobviously, and this guy is just such
a piece of shit, Like allyou have to do is look at him

(40:22):
his like social online profiles and likeyeah, holy shit, and his fucking
arrest record, like come on.Yeah. Also, speaking of pieces of
shit, I want to make anaddendum to my first case of a small
addendum because when I was googling it. Right at the end there, I
was like, because I was tryingto find the date he was arrested for

(40:43):
Max Henderson, it came I foundone fucking link that I hadn't seen that
was like, oh, actually,he's been arrested like a bunch of times
for domestic abuse and violence and batteryand fights. So I don't want to
be accused of, like, youknow, being like that person who's like
this upstanding white gentleman we could Ican't imagine him doing anything wrong. I'm
like, okay, no, no, no, no, no, this
this actually shouldn't be surprising because hewas arrested for violent crimes. So he's

(41:07):
one of those fucking guys that likegoes to women's marches and then like beats
women. But he's likely trying tolike gain brownie points. Fucking those are
the worst kind of people. Fuckthat guy. No, I think he's
well, I think I clocked hisvolunteering shit correctly. I think he's just
like a like a reputation washing likething. Yeah, he's like trying to
look good. Yeah, I thinkyou're right. I hate how easily fooled

(41:28):
people are with shit like that.So I'm glad you called that out.
All right anyway, guys, we'llbe back with part two soon. Thanks
for listening. Please like, rate, review, tell your friends and family,
and until part two of this horrificuh topic, day off are about
