The one where Kristin talks about staying strong (and why it’s ridiculous).

Here are a few links to get you started on the way to learning about crying and what is good about it, as well as what is bad. The two scientific studies are long, but I think they’re worth the read. Not all the science is in agreement with each other and there are huge gaps of knowledge missing, but I stand by my opinion of crying being more beneficial than harmful and that the stigma associated with it is outdated and more harmful than ever.
