Welcome to season 3 of the Two Cat Kitchen and we start things off with a bang! In lieu of a recipe this month we feature culinary excerpts from an interview that was part of the Gathering the Stories of Appalachian Foodways oral history project. Katie Bills, a senior at Berea College, interviewed Mrs. Mildred McFadden about her experiences in the kitchen. The project was supported by the Appalachian College Association Colonel Lee B.
