(00:53):
All right, welcome back, twoCops One Donut.
I am your host, Sergeant EricLevine.
And I officially got my desktopcomputer back after it being
broken for so very, very long.
Uh looking over at the chat'sdeadlight goes, someone got
their computer back.
Yep, I did.
I did get my computer back.
Uh and I just noticed that if Ido landscape mode with my going
(01:20):
live, so like it's in landscapein Britain right now.
But I'm on Instagram.
I've decided like I'm gonna trydoing just regular landscape
mode over on Instagram, eventhough Instagram is set up
vertically for portrait mode.
And looking over at it, itdoesn't look terrible.
It doesn't look bad.
Um, we'll see when I startsharing videos how it looks, but
(01:41):
um, banning's over on Instagram.
I'm your co-host.
Um take a sip here.
Uh yeah, so the computer isworking, but not working in full
strength.
So let me give you the rundownof what happened.
(02:02):
I upgraded my computer.
I got a new hard drive.
I actually got two new harddrives because I thought the
original hard drive that Ibought was messed up.
Um, and I got new RAM.
So I went from 32 gigs RAM to 64of this uh Patriot Viper 3600 um
(02:24):
RAM.
Well, it's not true 3600 unlessyou enable some feature in the
BIOS that it's basically somesort of what they consider safe
overclocking.
I didn't know that.
This is for computer nerds.
If you're not a computer nerd, you might want to keep moving on
because this ain't gonnainterest you.
But I got two solid statedrives, uh, the M.2s that are
(02:50):
the Samsung 990s.
Um, got those put in, added theRAM in there, used Chat GPT to
walk me through it all, workedlike a champ, and then it went
fine for like a day and a half, almost two days.
I was like, holy cow, everythingworked on the first time
through.
It was pretty cool.
(03:11):
And I've it's not definitely notmy first rodeo building a
computer or adding parts ordoing any of that, but it was my
first time in a long time.
Like M.2 hard drives weren't athing the last time I built a
computer.
So I put it all together, clonedmy original drive.
Everything seemed to go fine.
(03:31):
All the tests said that it wasgood.
And uh information sniper saidmine was one gig of RAM.
So I did it.
I put it all together.
64 gigs of RAM, uh, 3600 uhPatriot Viper RAM, and then the
two 990 SDs.
So one's a four terabyte, one'sa two terabyte.
(03:53):
Put them in running smooth.
All of a sudden, come back intothe computer room the next day,
computer hit crashed.
Look at the crash report.
All indicators are saying on thecrash report that it may be hard
drive related.
So I'm like, oh shit, my harddrive screwed up.
So I'm like, uh I'm a little inover my head now because I'm not
sure how to repair it.
Uh so let me send it to acomputer shop.
Take it up to a computer shopand uh tell them what I did.
(04:16):
And my assumption was it was abad clone.
And that was his assumption aswell.
Bad clone.
So we discuss, he's like, Yeah,it shouldn't be long.
I'll I'll take a look, get it,get it back to you in a day or
two.
Over a week later, um, and thisis where I'll give the computer
guys credit.
Like, the dude could not solvethe mystery and he did not want
(04:37):
to give up.
And he's like, I'm not gonnacharge you, but I want to figure
this out.
So the best he could figure out, because he was trying to
recreate the crash, and thecrash would recreate with the
RAM being factory overclocked towhat it says it is.
It says it's 3600.
So when you go into the BIOS andyou enable this thing, I can't
(04:59):
remember what it's called, XPSor something like that.
I have a Republic of Gamingdesktop.
So when you go into the BIOS andyou update that and in or enable
that, that's supposed to make itgo to its 3600, what it's
supposed to do.
For whatever reason, after solong, it can happen in two
minutes, it can happen in twodays.
(05:21):
Something triggers in that RAMand it causes a blue screen of
death, and it has to reboot.
So I think I have bad sticks, bad RAM sticks, XMP, yeah,
thanks, Deadlick.
That's what it was.
I think I have bad RAM sticks.
Uh so I am they're in right now,but it's running at its factory
setting, which is like 266, 260,266, something like that.
(05:44):
Um and uh yeah.
So I'm going to I saved the box.
I'm gonna put it back in thebox.
I actually bought it fromWalmart, believe it or not.
So um yes, and they are uhlooking at the comments to dead
leg, yes.
It was a dual, it was a dualset.
It was not a individual of eachone.
(06:06):
I know what you're referring to.
Sometimes with RAM, you guys, they if you some are designed
for a single stick, some aredesigned for working together.
Um, so I put the the it's aworking set.
I'll I'll just leave it at that.
Um black screen of death is evenworse.
Yeah, that is worse.
Information sniper over on NG orIG.
(06:28):
Um bad clones are bad.
Yeah, bad clones are bad.
If uh Star Wars in thebackground here has taught us
anything, it's like most clonesare bad.
But Tasker said, I bet it's acombination for processor to
RAM.
The problem isn't the RAM, butthe ability of the processor.
I'm running an i7.
(06:48):
I don't, I don't know.
Um computer guy didn't didn'tsay much about the the processor
itself, but he was quiteperplexed.
Um Dead Lake says, I've got fourslots, 16 gigs, all 3600.
Yeah, I've got two sticks, 3600,but they're not running at 3600,
(07:09):
so we'll see.
I'm I'm gonna probably send themback and try to get a hold of
maybe something different.
Different brand, maybe.
I don't know.
Did Ward, did you try restartingit?
Yep.
I tried restarting it.
I tried doing a whole bunch ofshit to it.
Is what it is.
First world problems, right?
First world problems trying tokeep this shit running.
(07:31):
Uh is what it is.
It's a learning process.
But we back, baby.
We are back.
So um, let me see.
What other news we got?
Uh trying to think of what else.
Uh I went to the Axon CEOSummit.
Got to see a lot of cool stuff.
(07:51):
Um basically under anon-disclosure, so I can't
really talk about all the coolshit I saw.
Just know I saw a bunch of coolstuff.
Um, so very cool.
Uh Mike Wanla said, checked biosettings.
Yeah, checked them.
Check the bios.
Uh, I mean, overly, I mean, yougotta remember, I checked,
computer guy checked, othercomputer guy checked.
(08:12):
Um, and actually, one wascomputer girl.
So between the two of them, theysaid it's one of the oddest
things that they've ever seenbecause all of the stress
testing was working.
Like it could not reduplicatethe problem, and then all of a
sudden it would duplicate, andthey're like, what the fuck?
So it is what it is.
(08:33):
Dead like Axon Summit, the otherstudio.
Uh too funny.
Doesn't matter if you tell mewhat processor you exact on, I
can look it up frequency CPU.
Um, yeah, I could tell you that.
Let me see here.
(08:54):
I can tell you that.
I'm trying to remember where Igotta look for that.
SPEAKER_04 (08:59):
I think it's in the
computer.
SPEAKER_08 (09:07):
Let's see here.
SPEAKER_04 (09:09):
System.
Give me one second, y'all tryingto actually see what my trying
to remember.
(09:53):
System information.
There we go.
The screen is way too big.
Um, let me see here.
I am going to control C.
SPEAKER_03 (10:09):
Pop that in the
chat.
There you go.
That's the one I got.
It's in the chat now.
Beautiful.
Uh, need help logging into yourAOL account.
The AI set it up wrong.
You should have just had somekid do it for you.
I know, right?
(10:30):
Uh Just Dog72 said, Why do copslet some tickets slide and some
not?
Even if super respectful, theyreally do profile, right?
No, man.
Um, now I'm not gonna say thatyou because there's always that
statistical odd person that, yeah, maybe they do profile,
maybe they are a shitty cop.
Maybe they shouldn't have been acop.
(10:52):
Um, but for the general way thatit's done, for me anyway, and
this is the beauty of being acop, you have discretion.
So it's going to vary fromperson to person, cop to cop.
Um, first you look at theirrecord.
So you're gonna get theirlicense, go back, run it.
If you just got pulled over aweek ago, and and it's for
(11:14):
speeding, you're getting pulledover for speeding again.
Well, that's one way.
Um the other is you know, uhtrying to think of other ways.
Like for me, it's biggerpicture.
Okay, cool.
You were speeding, you're doing20 over on the freeway in the
(11:35):
fast lane.
Not a big deal.
Um probab, I'm gonna give you awarning on that.
Hey, dude, just slow it down.
There's gonna be more cops downthe road that are doing radar
too, and they may give you aticket.
So uh, but me personally, I justtry not to be a hypocrite cop.
Like, if you're doing somethingthat I wouldn't do, like that's
(11:56):
probably I'm probably gonna pullyou over.
Odds of you getting a ticket arevery low, unless it's just so
grossly negligent that you'reendangering people.
I'm probably gonna write you aticket.
Like, I try to keep it prettysimple.
I don't dig too far into it.
Was he man?
Did he have good manners?
No.
Who cares?
I don't emotionally, I don'tcare.
(12:17):
Um if I'm pulling you over, it'sbased on safety issues.
Like you're being a danger toother people.
And I really I don't know ifthis is the right way to say it.
I don't care about how you whatyou do for your own safety.
If you want to endanger justyourself, that's that's cool.
You want to go do stunts in aparking lot where there's nobody
(12:39):
around?
Can a cop stop you for doingsomething like that if it's
dangerous?
I guess they could, uh, even ifit's a private lot.
Depending on if the ownerscomplain.
But it takes me to 15 othercontacts.
(12:59):
Cornelius, what's up?
See hello in the in the chats.
It's a pay-to-play situation.
The left lane is for people withticket money.
Get out of the way.
That's hilarious.
Um Tasker said the max Ram DDR3200.
(13:21):
Yeah, I've got DDR4.
DDR5 is 4800.
SPEAKER_08 (13:27):
Sally Francis Ford
from New Jersey.
What's up?
Exceed the frequency could bethe problem.
SPEAKER_03 (13:41):
Possibly.
Just Dog said sounds fair.
I don't have many I don't havemany, but I've never been given
a break.
Just minor infractions.
I guess you speak for yourself.
Yeah, it's that's the thing.
That's the fun part of policing,in my opinion, is the discretion
side.
Is being able to make big boydecisions on big boy things and
(14:02):
you know, kind of I I just likeI said, I try to be try to keep
it very simple, try to keep itas fair as I possibly can.
There's no single person in thisworld that can do everything
exactly fair.
You know, everything's based oneach situation.
Courtney said, nothing, just gotback from work.
(14:23):
Well, your weekend has begun,hopefully.
Wade said they just don't wantto exceed the quota because it
might get raised.
No, fuck that.
Quotas are illegal, but thereare ways that specialized units
get around that.
You get evaluated.
And let's say you're on aspecialized unit like the
(14:44):
traffic unit, and the trafficunit gets, you know, the cool
fast cars and the motorcycles.
Well, if you are not um, ifyou're not performing the way
they want you to perform, ifyour job literally is to go
write tickets and you're notwriting tickets, they can kick
you out of the unit.
Now, is that a quota?
No, it's not a quota.
(15:06):
But it sure is an incentivizerto stay in that unit.
SPEAKER_08 (15:13):
Something to
consider.
Something to consider.
SPEAKER_03 (15:20):
It's not, it's not
that like I said, that's not a
quota officially, but I think itcould be argued that it kinda
is.
I went for a two-mile run today.
I'm hurting.
I'm so thirsty.
What would you consideroffensive or legal
(15:40):
representation?
I don't know what you're meaningthere, information sniper.
Could you could you this is thewhole point, guys, is the
questions and answers.
So please ask questions and I'lltry to give answers.
Um, but what do you mean?
What do you consider offensiveor legal representation?
I don't I don't understand whatyou're asking there.
(16:01):
Uh no, because I got to do anight shift tonight for a
coworker.
Uh favors are the great giver ofwork.
I love that.
Hooking up your buddy.
Have you seen the video Walmartwith a suspect with a pew-pew?
I am so glad you asked thatquestion.
Because guess what?
I got loaded up.
My reaction to that.
So we're gonna share that.
(16:22):
Share screen, two cops, onedonut.
Here we go.
I wonder how this is gonna lookon Instagram.
SPEAKER_04 (16:34):
Okay, let me let me
uh figure out how I'm gonna get
in the frame here.
SPEAKER_03 (16:42):
I guess I didn't
plan this out too well.
All right, so backstory.
You've got a theft thatoccurred, I believe, at a
Walmart in Canton, Ohio.
And this kid got taken to theloss prevention office.
I have no idea who this girl is.
I don't know if she's anotherloss prevention officer.
Um I say officer with airquotes.
(17:04):
Uh, if that's somebody that waswith this kid.
Um I I keep saying kid.
I don't know if he's a juvenileor if he's a just very young
adult, but brought to the lossprevention office.
So I'm I'm gonna make my pointson this after we well, excuse
me, after we watch it.
(17:24):
So uh Sally said, I must haveread your mind.
Uh yeah, I it took everything inme to save this video for today
because I saw it for the firsttime last night at like 8 30 at
night.
And I knew if I went and did areaction video and posted it
last night, it would have gotvery limited views.
No one would have seen it, itwould have got lost in the sauce
with everybody else's stuff.
(17:45):
So I was like, you know what?
I'm gonna wait and then I'mgonna show it.
So I posted it and then I jumpedon the live.
So uh let's see here.
Okay, so I'm gonna keep playing.
So you can see he's diggingright now.
He's in the loss preventionoffice, he has him in
handcuffed.
And let's go.
(18:17):
All right.
Let me stop sharing.
Crazy, right?
Crazy.
So let me um information sniper.
He said it's a simple question.
It's not, I don't understandwhat you're asking me.
What do you consider offensiveor legal representation?
(18:38):
Those are two separate things.
What do I consider offensive?
I don't know.
What are we talking about?
Give me a scenario.
I'll tell you what I findoffensive about it.
If I find anything offensiveabout it, speeding, I don't find
offensive.
If we're talking about speeding, things that I find offensive is
speeding and weaving in and outof traffic.
That's bad.
(18:58):
That that's it, and I don't seethat as offensive as like being
offensive towards me or somebodyelse.
I consider that a danger toother people.
Legal representation, that's alawyer.
I don't know what you mean bylegal representation.
Your question is not clear.
So that's what I said.
Yeah, you asked a simplequestion.
It's so fucking simple that Idon't understand it.
(19:19):
It's too simple, it's not aclear question.
I'm just asking you to clarify, homeboy.
Um, so uh looking at thecomments over here, uh, Cynthia
Rea said, I saw the girl wasalso charged with attempted
murder.
Supposedly, in the longer video, she was also reaching behind his
(19:40):
back before he grabbed the gun.
That would that be why she wasalso charged with attempted
murder?
Um, that could be.
It could be that she, you know, admitted later that she was
aware of the firearm and didn'tsay anything, uh, which allowed
the whole situation to happen.
It's possible.
Do I think that's gonna stick?
I don't think it's gonna stick.
(20:01):
I think they're gonna ask forher to testify against him for a
deal.
That's probably what willhappen.
That's just my guess, based onexperience.
So let me get into it.
Here's what I know aboutproperty crimes.
Um I did three years of propertycrimes as a detective and really
specialize in property crimes.
(20:22):
So Walmart thefts happen daily, especially in your mid to major
cities.
I don't know how big Canton isat all.
Could be 10,000 people.
You know what?
I'm on a computer.
Let's just look.
This will help us.
Population of Canton.
Ohio.
(20:43):
Um 70,000 people.
Okay.
So they probably have prettyregular theft going on at their
Walmart and their Home Depot andtheir lows.
These are the ones that alwaystargets.
They get they get hit almostevery day.
And uh so the common practice isloss prevention is going to see
the person, they're going tostart focusing in on them, and
they're going to wait until theysee their smoking guns on their
(21:05):
um either in person or on video.
So once they have that, they'vealready started calling police.
Like, yeah, we got somebodythat's that you know we believe
is stealing.
So cops will roll up.
And typically loss preventionwill confront them and tell them
they got to come over to thelost prevention office.
Sometimes that works, sometimesit doesn't.
(21:26):
For this, it worked.
This guy went to the lostprevention office.
Now, what that tells me is thisguy either went with police or
without police.
Either way, he got escorted tothe lost prevention office and
complied the whole time.
That can cause complacency toofficers that show up and
(21:47):
realize that this person went tothe loss prevention office
without a fight.
I think the fix, how do weprevent this?
The problem that we have is anofficer safety issue, is they
didn't do a pat down.
I tell cops if you're dealingwith theft and you have a
credible third-party witnesswhich loss prevention is about
(22:09):
as credible as it gets.
It's all they do.
It's a bread and butter.
They always figure out who'sstealing.
And honestly, I don't think I'veever been called, and I work in
a major city, I don't think I'veever been called to a loss
prevention theft call, and theperson didn't steal anything.
Like they were falsely confusedor falsely accused.
(22:30):
I that's never happened to meever.
Doesn't mean it doesn't happen, but in that, that can cause a
complacency with the officers.
For me, when I show up andarrive on scene, I get I walk
into that loss preventionoffice.
The first thing I do is say, hey, I need you to stand up,
turn around.
So I have them stand up, turnaround, I start doing a pat
down.
I just check the high riskareas.
(22:51):
I am only doing a terrifrisk, making sure that there is no
weapons.
That's it.
It's really simple, it's reallyfast.
Um, it gives me a chance togauge this person.
It's his level of compliance,uh, everything.
Reading people very quickly iswhat we have to do in these
situations.
Let me do a pat down.
Cool.
All right.
Totality of circumstances.
(23:11):
You you got caught, you walkedto the loss prevention office,
you didn't put up a fight.
I don't have a need to put youin cuffs right now.
You're you're being cool, you'rein the office, you're not
getting by me.
Um, let me do a pat down, makesure you know I got a weapon.
Cool.
All right, no weapon, all right, you're good.
Sit back now.
All right, then we start gettingbasic information.
I figure out from loss ofprevention first.
Well, okay, show me whathappened.
(23:32):
All right, here's the video.
This is him, this is what wesaw.
Cool.
All right, we've already got awritten up statement.
Loss prevention always writes upuh a statement.
Um, and then I take that, I getall the information from those
guys, and then I start workingon my suspect.
Hey, what's your name?
Which this and get all that infofrom them.
If loss of prevention hasn'talready gotten it, um, you start
running them for warrants, seeif there's any other history.
(23:53):
Uh, because history on theftfrom a store can enhance the
charges if they've beenconvicted more than one time,
stuff like that.
So anyway, um, yeah, I'm goingback to the comments.
Uh Ward said, wouldn't have toweave if they got out of the
left lane.
Oh, uh Oregon just passed a lawabout driving in the left lane.
Oh, everybody's still talkingabout the driving in the left
(24:15):
lane.
Um, seems like he was trying toget the police to shoot him.
Yes.
Okay, so I now going into thethis dude's actions, yes, you
can see he was digging, he wassitting on the couch and he was
waiting for his opportunity whennobody was looking or had their
backs turned slightly.
And he reaches for that firearm,he pulls it out, pulls the
trigger, and it goes click.
(24:37):
So I am guessing he didn't havehis magazine seated properly, he
didn't have his magazine uhloaded properly.
Um the gun itself, I I couldn'ttell, but it looked like a legit
gun.
Like it looked like it had a reddot on there.
It looked like a decent weapon.
Um, not like your, you know, little ghetto blasters that you
(24:58):
find out there that are taped upand barely hanging on.
So it didn't look like a badgun.
It just looked like uh impropermaintenance of the weapon.
And then he immediately tried totry to do some remedial action
on the firearm.
You can see he pulled a triggerand like panics, dumps down.
Looks like he went for a taprack or something like that, and
(25:21):
then realized he he wasn't gonnabe able to do it.
Um, he did try to look like getanother attempt on a shot.
And remarkably, our officers didnot shoot this kid.
I cannot believe the restraintthat they had to not shoot this
guy.
So, yeah, um, Sally said, whywasn't he searched?
Well, he wasn't searched becausehe wasn't under arrest yet.
(25:44):
Doesn't look like the cops hadeverything they needed for the
arrest process yet, or theyhadn't gotten to that far yet.
So, like I said, they would havebeen justified in doing a pat
down.
Absolutely.
Could have done a pat down.
Um, and they didn't.
Uh Ward said, knew it was goingto be a good video when it said
(26:04):
Ohio and Walmart.
Were they supposed to detain andsearch the suspect when they
first made contact?
They can detain.
They could have put them incuffs if they wanted to.
Like I said, for me, I'm kind ofa totality of the circumstances.
They, this kid listened to LostPrevention.
He went to the Lost Preventionoffice without putting up a
(26:27):
fight.
He was being cool.
I get there, I would have beenlike, all right, here, stand up.
Let me pat you down real quick.
And after I pat him down, youknow, I wouldn't let him have
access to a bag if he had a bagwith him.
I wouldn't have searched the bagyet, but I would have pulled it
away.
Um, I'm not gonna let you haveaccess to a bag.
And then uh then go into theinvestigation.
(26:50):
He had two people there.
So literally, I could havestayed with the suspect, started
getting his information while mypartner got all the information
from Lost Prevention.
As soon as Lost Prevention showshim, the officer, that they had
the proof they need of a, of theoffense with enough to arrest, I
would have looked over at mypartner and just, you know, do
the little I do this littlenumber here, 1015.
(27:13):
And so he knows, yeah, put himin cuffs.
Because once I know I've gotenough to put him in cuffs, then
I'm gonna do that.
And you can put him in cuffs ona detention.
But like I said, I'm all aboutcooperation.
If he's being cooperative, cool.
I'm gonna continue to becooperative with them.
Um, you know, and and just tryto try to make it as dignifying
(27:34):
for the person as I can.
But that's me.
I didn't start out that way.
When I first started, I probablywould have gone in there, stand
up, put your hands behind yourback.
I'll probably put them in cuffsand then did my pat down.
I I'm justified in doing that.
Um Craig Holcomb said firearmsafety, no round in the pipe.
(27:56):
Yeah, that could have been ittoo.
Um, I'm not sure if there was noround in the pipe.
Because it went click, it makesme think that either maybe it
could have been no round on thepipe, or it could have been
maybe that um he had a badseated uh round, like the mag
wasn't loaded properly.
(28:16):
Um dog uh deadleg said thatCanton is kind of outside of
Cleveland, but it's still alittle bit of a drive.
Ward said, I mean, if they werestealing food and toiletries,
that's one thing, but if theyare taking luxuries, that's
other.
That's another that's another.
And if you're going for someonewho has a gun, grab the gun, the
(28:38):
slightest movement of the slidewill take it out of battery.
Stop grabbing hands and arms.
Yeah, yeah.
I I give the cops a lot ofcredit because you could see the
the mental process.
You could see it happen.
They they see what they see, andthey probably have that, you
(28:59):
know, tenth of a second, oh fuckmoment.
And it wasn't go for my gun, itwas go after the gun that's
being presented.
They lunged at it, and thatsaved their lives for sure.
They attacked that gun becauseit was such close quarters.
And for officers out there, likeif you're that close, a lot of
times officers end up gettingkilled because they're you're
(29:22):
already behind the curve.
You're already behind the curve, and you're going for your gun
rather than going after thethreat.
So attacking that gun whenyou're really close like that,
really smart move.
So, Chaplin Campbell in thehouse.
He said, Hello, everyone.
I pray that you are all well andfor protection of all of our
officers today.
Thank you, brother.
(29:42):
Uh, twitchy sketch, I also needto rebuild my PC.
Ugh, typing on a phone sucks.
Um yeah, Wade Wade was the onethat was talking about the arms.
I'm just going over toInstagram, make sure I didn't
miss any questions or anything.
Doesn't look like I did.
(30:02):
Um Go Buckeye, shut your mouth.
Craig, you almost made me vomit.
Yeah.
SPEAKER_08 (30:11):
So yeah, I'm gonna
I'm gonna play it one more time
just because I want to see itagain.
Uh let me get this out of theway.
Share screen.
SPEAKER_04 (33:21):
Let me do this way.
That might work better.
SPEAKER_08 (33:25):
Maybe this way.
Yeah, there we go.
SPEAKER_03 (33:28):
That'll do, pig.
Alright.
So this is what I can't tell.
I can't tell if he's retrievingthis weapon from his person or
from a bag.
So I'm kind of pausing andplaying.
That looks like he's grabbing itfrom a bag or something, doesn't
(33:49):
it?
It doesn't look like he'sdigging out a pocket.
I could be wrong.
So here he is.
This is a is not a face ofsomebody that knew what what the
hell was gonna happen.
Uh she had no fucking clue.
(34:12):
So there he's going.
He's trying to rack it.
He did rack that.
That's a full he did remedialthat gun right there.
He's trying to fix the problem.
This is what makes me think thatthere's an issue with the the
mag load.
Because he still tries to shootand nothing went off.
(34:35):
So I'm not sure if that's due tothe officer's actions here or if
that is uh if that is due tojust uh the the gun
malfunctioning.
So and the other thing I don'tknow is is this a detective or
is this a if this is one of thelost prevention guys, they need
(34:56):
to they need to give this kid anaward.
Um, because that's uh that's avery brave act he just did right
there.
And that was enough where Ibelieve he drops the firearm
here because he didn't want nomore, he knew he didn't want
none of that smoke, and he wasabout to get shot.
Guaranteed, that was what thethought process was.
Like, oh shit, I had my elementof surprise, it failed, I got an
(35:17):
abandoned ship.
Credit to this officer.
Great knee strike, by the way,to keep him away from that
weapon.
Looks like this officer's goingafter the gun on the ground and
trying to get the fuck out ofthe way.
Because you don't know what yourpartner knows.
You don't know if your partnerknows that that gun is on the
ground.
He could come in there and stillbe shooting and be completely
(35:38):
100% justified because hedoesn't know.
That's why I said it was greatrestraint, great recognition
that that officer in the flow ofbattle there was able to see
that gun, went to the ground, and holstered his weapon while
he went after this kid.
Dropped some devastatingfreaking distraction strikes
(36:00):
there.
And uh Sally said, So what wouldhis charges be?
For me, it'd be attemptedmurder.
Uh that's that's how I believethat would go down.
See, I don't see a bag overhere.
So now that they've wrestled, there's no bag here.
So yeah, he had to have drawnthat from his person.
Now that I now I'm seeing thewhole view.
(36:23):
Um I'm just looking over at thecharge or the uh chat here.
Um that's the lost preventionguy.
That's what Ward's saying.
Okay, well, if that's the lossprevention guy, he needs to get
some sort of accommodation fromthe department and from the
city, and from Walmart.
(36:45):
Oh my god, please don't letWalmart fire him.
Now that I'm thinking about it,that's what these stores like to
do, don't they?
They like to fire them forgetting involved.
And he didn't have a choice.
That was pure survival of hisown.
It makes sense now that that wasloss prevention because he
targeted the officer when hewent to shoot both times.
He was going for the cop.
(37:07):
So that does make sense.
Um, the video I saw was sayingthe kid was loss prevention, but
based on his reaction and how headjusted his gig line, he might
be military.
I also love the knee drive.
Yeah, yeah, I agree.
I do um based on the lossprevention guy's movements and
actions, like he's been trained.
(37:28):
There's training there.
I don't know where he got itfrom, but he's got training of
some sort.
He did great.
Yep, kudos to him.
I'd like to get his name.
Maybe we can get him on here andinterview him.
But yeah, he was uh, as Deadlicksaying, he was completely
unarmed in a gunfight at pointblank range.
(37:48):
Life-saving award regardless.
Yeah, yep, I agree.
That was amazing.
That was good shit.
And Deadleg said he had a bighoodie on, too.
I can hide a lot.
Yeah.
Yep.
Yeah, ward saying attemptattempted capital murder.
Yep, I would agree.
(38:09):
Um, looks like the electricalcontrol panel door is open.
The right person could turn offall of the power to the store.
Sounds like some nerd talk,Harrison.
Freaking engineer.
Tim, calm down, peeps.
I'm here.
Don't know how long, but betterlate than never.
(38:31):
The loss prevention guy failedthe police test.
That's where they normally comefrom.
Uh I don't know.
A lot of times the lossprevention guys are kids that
are building up to get to be apolice officer.
So they're stuck in between that18 to 21.
They're not quite old enough.
Some of them are military.
They're transitioning out.
(38:52):
They took the first job theycould get while they were trying
to work on becoming a cop.
So uh all those types of things.
Catherine Richard in the house.
What's up, Kathleen?
Or Catherine.
I'm sorry, I said Kathleen.
Chaplin Campbell said he has tosign off.
Um, going to the VFW for apotluck dinner.
You all please be blessed.
(39:12):
Have fun.
Chaplin.
Tell the boys we said hello.
Um, twitchy skitch saying hi toTim.
Looking over.
Michael, uh, Michael DL0725 overon Instagram said the loss
prevention officer definitelysaved that officer's life.
Yeah, 100%.
100% because he re-racked thatgun.
(39:35):
We don't know if a round gotchambered or not, but it again,
he you can see he tries to shoota second time.
So that's why I keep leaningtowards that something was up
with the rounds in that mag.
That'd be funny if we find outlater.
You didn't even have a magazinein it.
(39:57):
Sally Francis Ford said I was uhloss prevention before I got
into law enforcement.
Yeah.
Loss prevention teaches you howto write reports.
It's kind of neat.
There's some really good uhtraining that you get through
loss prevention because you haveto articulate what you saw, how
you saw it, um, times, descriptions, all sorts of cool
things.
So if you're not old enough tobecome a cop and you're looking
(40:19):
into trying to go down that pathwith some practical application,
loss prevention's not bad.
You gotta learn how to starttalking to people and confront
them when they're doing badthings.
And you want to be good atde-escalation.
Um Craig Holcomb said, or had 22rounds in the nine in the nine
(40:43):
millimeter.
Yeah.
Always possible.
Um Bearded Tim said, What I whatthe hell just happened?
I don't know why my computerdoes that.
Uh what I hate is the LP guysand the renta cops out there
that think they are LEOs.
Those types need a physicaladjustment sometimes.
(41:07):
I mean, yeah, I that goes withany sort of authority.
I don't think that that's just aloss prevention.
I don't think it's just policingin general.
I mean, anybody that's out therethat's not in a law enforcement
capacity, I'm sure you've gotsome supervisors that think that
they're Billy Badass for thedepartment or for your work and
that they run everything.
(41:31):
Uh to heck with Walmart afterthat full-paid ad Christy Walton
took out on the New York Times.
I don't know anything aboutthat.
You're if you're talking newsward, I definitely don't know
about it.
So, all right, let me uh I'mgonna go back to my videos.
Um we're gonna talk aboutLakey360.
(41:53):
We've talked about this beforeon a live stream.
We didn't know who this guy wasat the time, um, but his videos
are making another go.
Let me uh go back here.
SPEAKER_04 (42:05):
Let me share the
screen.
SPEAKER_03 (42:09):
So if you are over
on Instagram, how are you guys
digging the uh landscape modeversus the portrait mode?
I'm just curious.
I just want some feedback if itif it looks okay.
Um all right, let me so thebasic premise, you're gonna hear
the call here is that this thiskid is he's out doing chalk art
(42:30):
on the sidewalks.
So and cops get called.
SPEAKER_02 (42:37):
Yes, I wanted to let
you know that someone is uh uh
using chalk to to uh graffiti,if you will, the the sidewalk.
Um and uh it's really marks up alarge area underneath.
SPEAKER_03 (42:55):
Now you can see the
in the fast motion play there,
the cops did show up.
They looked and they left.
They left him alone.
He kept doing his thing.
So those cops did the rightthing.
SPEAKER_02 (43:06):
They're working on
it.
Um I I told him he's not allowedto, but he's still drawing.
SPEAKER_03 (43:16):
I told him he's not
allowed to, but he's still
drawing.
Okay.
So the discussion that I want tohave on this is a little more
sensitive because I'm callingout citizens rather than calling
out police.
Now, this kid has been arrestedfor this before, but he didn't
get arrested on these twooccasions that we're seeing
(43:36):
here.
Um, at least not that I know of.
Uh, but credit to Lakey360 onInstagram.
I want to make sure you guysknow who that was I was
watching, and that is his video.
So giving credit to him.
He actually collaborated with meon Instagram, so I wanted to
make sure he got credit forthat.
And that's why I put his labelon the video itself.
Um, so very cool.
(43:57):
Thank you very much, Lakey360.
Make sure you guys go followlike his stuff.
And basically, what he does iskind of an activist that does
chalk art.
And here's my two cents uh fromtwo cops, one donut, uh, and
numbers.
Did you hear all those numbersin it?
It was clever.
You may have a city ordinancethat says that you can't use
chalk art.
(44:17):
Okay.
unknown (44:18):
Cool.
SPEAKER_03 (44:19):
Go make contact.
Tell the dude.
Don't do that.
You can't do that.
Because we have a city ordinanceon it.
All right.
Fair enough.
If you don't, okay, no, let'slet's stick with if you do.
If you do and he decides tocontinue, what are you gonna do?
Are you gonna arrest him?
(44:39):
I'm not.
I'm gonna tell him not to, andI'm gonna leave.
If I get a repeat call, I'mgonna go back out and say, hey
dude, they keep calling on you.
Could you stop?
SPEAKER_08 (44:50):
Maybe a ticket.
I'm not gonna arrest him.
That's for sure.
So dumb.
SPEAKER_03 (44:58):
So dumb.
It washes away.
Now, if he's drawing wieners andballs and stuff and lewd stuff
that, you know, little kids andstuff shouldn't be seeing,
that's different.
I get that, but that ain't whathe's doing.
He's drawing like um clever.
I think what he does is he doeslike clever political things.
(45:18):
Like that said, melt ice.
Like you could take that amillion different ways.
I'm pretty sure he's talkingabout ice, the law enforcement
agency, but it is what it is.
Um dumb.
It's so dumb.
It's a waste of time.
So I implore officers out there, please just look at the bigger
picture on things.
That officer did the one thatyou saw come out.
(45:38):
He looked, he's like, oh, it'son the sidewalk, it'll wash
away.
Uh it was not the juice was notworth the squeeze.
And I agree.
Um Tim said, yo, it's tiny onIG.
Okay, so it doesn't look thatgreat on IG.
Okay.
See, that's the this is thebalance we have to play, y'all.
When I when I do landscape mode,y'all don't like it.
(46:01):
Or when I do portrait mode, youdon't like it on YouTube.
But when I do it on Instagram, they love it.
But they don't like it the otherway around.
And you can't do both, which isa pain in the or can you?
SPEAKER_08 (46:15):
No, you can't.
SPEAKER_03 (46:18):
Maybe you can.
Dead leg, you're in theaudience.
What if I now I'm gonnabrainstorm with you guys.
What if I opened up twoinstances of restream?
I streamed just one to myvertical platform, Instagram,
but then I streamed the otherwindow to everything else in
(46:39):
landscape.
SPEAKER_08 (46:42):
Is that possible?
That might be a thing.
SPEAKER_03 (46:48):
Oh, Ward with the
fucking dad joke.
I like it.
Chalk that one up to a badarrest.
But he got him.
I like it.
I give you credit.
That was a good one, brother.
Uh did you see the one with thelicense plate in Florida?
Officers arresting people forframes covering parts of the
(47:10):
plate that are part of theidentifying items described by
law.
I didn't see that, but I I'veseen that occur many times.
Um, like the law states that youcan't have anything obstructing
your plate.
In Texas, especially, peoplewill put these frames around
(47:34):
their plate and you can't readthe state.
You can read the actual platenumber, but you can't read what
state it is.
I don't know if that's the casefor the Florida one that you're
talking about.
Um, but that is something toconsider.
But I mean, it's one of thosethings.
If the law says you can'tobstruct it, I mean, you got to
(47:55):
be very clear on what it'sobstructing.
If it's not obstructinganything, I can clearly read
that it's a Texas plate.
I can clearly lead, read theplate number.
SPEAKER_08 (48:05):
I don't think you
have an offense.
That's kind of a chintzy,chintzy thing.
SPEAKER_03 (48:13):
That might work uh
if you have a separate virtual
desktop.
SPEAKER_08 (48:18):
I don't know.
SPEAKER_03 (48:18):
I don't know.
I'm not sure.
Things to figure out.
It may be how I have to do maybehow I have to do um a vertical
and a portrait at the same time.
If that is the case, dead leg,if you're listening, that will
be cool because that's what Iwant to do.
(48:40):
I may try that out.
You know what?
I oh, I I will have to wait.
I'll wait till after the liveand then I'm gonna try it
because I have to set up anothercamera.
I only have one camera set upright now.
Um, it covered the first letterof the state.
They dropped the charges.
Yeah.
Totality, man.
(49:01):
Totality.
If a reasonable person canfigure out what the plate is,
you don't have it.
You're digging, you're digging.
It's not that hard.
Have it, make sure you got it,or let it go.
Free, free McKees in the house.
What's up, free?
One of our regulars.
Um let me see here.
(49:23):
Uh oh, oh, oh, I forgot.
Holy shit.
Shout out to Smokewagon.
I'm not drinking right now, butSmoke Wagon.
You guys know that's my favoritebourbon, right?
Uh I am going to I'm gonna pullup my Instagram actually.
Because I don't think I have iton YouTube.
(49:44):
Actually, I can just pull it upon Facebook since I'm already on
Facebook.
No, I'm not on Facebook rightnow.
This is the other thing.
When they did my computer, damnit.
When they did my computer, umstop it.
(50:05):
All my passwords were not likeyou know how you go into your
social media stuff and just letyou automatically log in.
I gotta manually like verifymyself again for whatever tests
that they did.
Uh let me go to my page.
SPEAKER_08 (50:21):
You guys can't see
this.
And okay, here we go.
SPEAKER_04 (50:29):
Let me share the
screen.
Instagram, share.
SPEAKER_03 (50:35):
This guy right here.
I want to share this guy.
Okay.
So I was I I always go to SmokeWagon's social media page.
They have a bit fun social mediapage.
Please go like, subscribe, follow those guys.
Because the owner, the one thatmakes all the whiskey, he's
always talking about what he'sdoing.
I just find the the processinteresting, the way he figures
(50:57):
out flavors and just all thestuff that they do making
whiskey out in Vegas.
It's kind of neat.
And uh so they sent me thisbottle um for commenting.
Uh, and I'll tell you what Icommented.
I was like, oh man, that'sgreat.
You guys got another awesomewhiskey bottle coming out uh
because they make really coolbottles.
And I said, um, I was like, thistriple seven, because I saw that
(51:18):
it was a limited batch.
I saw that it was like only 42bottles were made or something
like that.
And as you can see, I got 17 outof 42 here.
So I said, I was like, that'sreally cool.
Congrats, guys.
Best bourbon in the world.
Um, I was like, I know I won'tget a chance to get my hands on
this one.
I was like, but I'm gonna run,I'm going to the store now to
(51:40):
get a private stock or somethinglike that.
I can't remember exactly what Isaid, but they hit me up on the
DMs, and they have sharedseveral two cops one donut
things in the past.
So we're kind of like whoeverruns their social media, we're
going back and forth.
And uh he's like, hey, what'syour address?
We want to send you an earlyChristmas present.
Now I didn't know what they weregonna send, but I had an idea it
(52:01):
was probably gonna be this.
So they sent me this tripleseven.
I get the bottle.
Um instantly, you mean you thatthat's literally that was the
pour.
I uh sat down, started havingit, and then shared the picture.
Well, as I start to drink it,I'm like, oh my God, this is
really good.
This is probably now my newfavorite smoke wagon.
(52:21):
And I was like, and it sucksbecause it's limited, you know?
And somebody goes, that's apricey uh, or that's a spendy
bottle.
It actually is El Diablo.
You can see it right there.
He goes, That's a spendy bottle.
So I had to look it up.
I was like, what the hell do youmean it's a spendy bottle?
And uh so I looked it up, andit's like an$1,100 bottle,
(52:42):
depending on where you look.
Um goes anywhere from like$699to$1,100.
And I imagine it can go for evenmore.
Um, the if you if you keep itand don't open it.
But I can tell you that I likeit.
I liked it before I knew howmuch it cost, and it ain't going
(53:03):
to make it to January.
So I don't care how much itcosts.
If it's good, I'm gonna drinkit.
So thank you to Smoke Wagon.
Big shout out to those guys.
Twitchy skits.
Did Smoke Wagon sponsor you?
I know you mentioned uh theother day that you'd love if
they did.
They have not.
Um, we haven't gotten to thatpoint yet, but I promise if you
(53:27):
guys flood their social mediasaying that you found out about
them through two cops, onedonut, it might help me.
Might help my cause.
I would appreciate that.
I'll do a sponsorship that'sjust for alcohol.
And we don't even have to payme.
Just do it for alcohol.
Let me get bottles to me and mycrew.
(53:48):
And then, you know, maybe I cangive out a bottle, you know,
once a week or something likethat.
And uh, that'd be a that'd bekind of fun.
But yeah.
Bearded Tim.
Holy shit.
Yeah, you said it, brother.
Wade, that's a healthy double.
I I just go off the ice cube.
I like to cut the ice cube inhalf.
(54:08):
Doesn't matter what the glassis.
Uh but yeah, homie don't play.
I like my bourbon.
But that that'll last me.
I'll drink that one.
Every once in a while, I'll gofor a second glass.
Now, if I do a live with y'all,I usually end up drinking two or
three of those right there.
(54:29):
Um Harrison said, I sent you aphoto of the plate they arrested
the guy over there.
Leo lacks the ability to think.
Um, what did you send it on?
SPEAKER_08 (54:39):
Did you send it on
uh let me see?
SPEAKER_03 (54:49):
I'm guessing you
probably went with uh okay, so
I'm gonna pull this picture up.
Let me see if I can share.
I've never shared anything likethis.
Let me stop sharing this.
SPEAKER_04 (55:07):
I'm going to share
the picture.
SPEAKER_08 (55:11):
Trying to find it.
Here we go.
Share.
Let's see how this looks.
Can I make that bigger?
SPEAKER_04 (55:22):
That's about as big
as that picture.
Oh, here we go.
Let's zoom.
SPEAKER_03 (55:26):
Okay.
So I can clearly read the plate.
Um it looks like this that'sprobably the state up there,
which it's completely blocked, but it goes based on
reasonableness.
I I know that's a Florida plate.
I'm a Florida cop.
(55:47):
So I know it's a Florida plate.
So the argument that I can'tread it's gonna go out the
window.
Now you could make an argument.
I thought it was it couldpossibly not be a real plate,
but then you just run it.
So I would type in uh Baker Tom4.
I'm guessing they have zerosover there.
It doesn't look like an O.
Uh Zero Paul Edwards.
(56:10):
So um, or for my militaryphonetic people, uh what would
that be?
Uh Bravo Tango 4, Oscar PapaEcho.
So, or actually, that's notOscar, that's zero.
Zero Papa Echo.
And uh yeah, as long as thatplate comes back to something,
(56:31):
you you know what you got.
Now, what I will say, um, oldpolice tactic, is let's say
you're set up on a dope house.
Let me stop sharing the screen.
You're set up on a dope houseand you're you see uh
transaction, you know, you seethem bring a few guns.
Like this happens at dope housesall the time.
You see guns getting transportedback and forth, you see um bags
(56:54):
of stuff getting transportedback and forth.
So you're like, all right, Iwant to make a stop on that car,
and you're looking for anoffense.
Well, that may be an offense youuse to make that stop so you can
start doing an investigation.
Just a tactic that police use.
I've used it.
If it's a if it's a legitoffense, I like to get two or
three personally.
I'll get, you know, no turnsignal, uh, failure to stop at,
(57:17):
you know, the stoplight or stopsign completely, and then, you
know, get them for whatever elselittle thing I can find.
So I've got three things that Ican talk to them about and make
sure that it's on the up and up.
If it's an offense, it's anoffense.
(57:37):
Good thing they sent it to youbecause that bottle is a monthly
house payment.
It is literally the mostexpensive bottle of booze I've
ever had in my home.
I don't spend over a hundred ona bottle.
Typically, mine is anywhere fromfifty to eighty.
(57:58):
Fifty to eighty dollars.
Depends on how much I want tospoil myself.
But I refuse to spend over ahundred dollars.
No way.
SPEAKER_08 (58:09):
But the price is
kind of dictated by the the
stores, not so much the whiskeycompany.
They get away with a lot onthat.
SPEAKER_03 (58:22):
Um Sea Child said,
oh, they 100% dropped the
charges because this made news.
Yeah.
Yeah, that makes sense.
I mean, again, it goes into thetotality of it.
If it's a traffic offense andall you pulled them over for
traffic, you weren't you didn'tarticulate, you watched them
leave a dope house, you didn'tdo, you didn't see any of that
(58:43):
stuff.
Yeah, I agree.
Fucking bro.
Like, you don't have it.
It's reasonableness, it's thebigger picture.
SPEAKER_08 (58:51):
I'm with him.
They should have dropped thosecharges.
SPEAKER_03 (58:57):
Now, as far as
anything that has anything to do
with that officer, do I think heneeds to get in trouble for it?
No, because uh technically hewas right.
Part of the plate was blocked.
Don't like it.
You guys got to change the damnlaw and articulate it better.
That's where we need to fix it.
So if we're gonna talk aboutfixing the problem and where it
(59:17):
where it's messed up, I'd saywhere we start to fix that
problem is in the law itself.
Um that that's a good place tostart.
Because you can't fault theofficer for using the law the
way that it's written, but youcan't you can fault him based on
the totality of thecircumstances and you know,
bigger picture stuff.
(59:39):
Um, two cops, one donut.
It was over the S at the bottom.
Let me look at what a Floridaplate looks like unencumbered
here.
Florida license plate.
Image.
Oh yeah, you're right.
So across the top, we sawmyflorida.com, so that was that
(01:00:03):
was right.
So that wasn't blocked, it wasthe stuff on the bottom.
Yeah, you're right.
Let's say Sunshine State, whichwho gives a fuck?
It means nothing.
I know that it's a Florida plateand I can see the numbers.
That's all I need to see.
So yeah, they should have beendropped.
SPEAKER_08 (01:00:19):
Should have been uh
a bullshit stop.
Agreed.
Agreed.
SPEAKER_03 (01:00:28):
They dropped it
because the law did not support
what he did.
SPEAKER_08 (01:00:31):
Yeah, I agree.
SPEAKER_03 (01:00:34):
Concur.
I used to live in North, uh,reading Craig Holcomb.
I used to live in NorthwestOhio, Michelle.
We used we could get multiplefeet in one night.
Yeah.
Yep.
Um Hobbsgood Shane in the house.
He said, What's that logo onyour hat?
Says L-E-O-S-F.
(01:00:55):
Um, it's a nonprofitorganization for law
enforcement.
And of course, you would ask mewhat it stands for because I
can't remember.
It was given to me.
Uh I'm a sucker for red, white, and blue.
As you can see with my lightsback here.
You you got me with red andblue.
Not because of police workeither.
(01:01:16):
It's because of Star Wars.
I I just I like the light andthe dark side.
It's fun.
Remember the first time thatblue lightsaber got lit up?
Man, goosebumps, right?
It was awesome.
Awesome stuff.
I learned to dress for it and Ilove seeing it.
(01:01:38):
Oh, yeah.
We're talking about the snow.
Yeah, it was crazy.
I remember it dumping feet in anight when I grew up in
Michigan.
Feet in Flint.
You'd get I I remember it beingthree to six feet.
It can happen.
And then it stopped.
I don't know when it stopped, but in my adulthood, anytime I
(01:02:00):
went back to Michigan orwhatever, like minimal snow.
Just the cold weather's stillthere, just not as much snow.
Now, the upper peninsula alwaysgets dumped on.
They I don't think they've everlost the uh amount of snow that
they got, but lower Michigan, atleast from Flint down, just
doesn't get the snow that itused to get.
(01:02:22):
So, all right, I'm gonna go backto about kind of kind of beat
that dead horse.
But here is a great one.
This knuckleheads here.
I'm gonna share this one.
And we're going to hit play.
SPEAKER_10 (01:02:41):
Cool.
SPEAKER_05 (01:02:46):
Um yeah, cool.
We don't respect whatever youdo.
We don't we don't believe you'renot getting new on a Wednesday.
(01:03:22):
Full face on the internet, andthat's embarrassing.
You're embarrassed of your job.
SPEAKER_03 (01:03:28):
Okay.
So I go on to talk about whyit's important to know what the
fuck you're talking about.
Now let me tell you what you'redoing when you don't know and
you're guessing.
One, you're burning thoseundercover vehicles.
These guys' job is literally toset up these internet predators
(01:03:51):
that are going after your kids.
And I could give you all thetips and tricks about how
they're actually going afteryour kids.
They will send your kid a freecell phone through Roblox and
all sorts of crazy shit.
That's how sick and fucked upsome of these child predators
are.
And these guys, they've only gotlimited undercover cars.
(01:04:13):
Um they're not covering theirface, they're not doing any of
that stuff.
And they're going out andthey're catching what I consider
the worst pieces of shit onearth.
And you're guessing.
You have no clue if they'reactually ICE, uh child, uh,
internet child, internet crimesagainst children officers or
(01:04:34):
whatever.
Now, we've verified they are.
They are Internet Crimes AgainstChildren unit.
And now that you've burned thatvehicle, you the guys that are
good at this stuff, the childpredators that are good, they
look for that stuff.
They will do a meetup and theywill be looking.
They won't go to the spot thatthey say they're gonna go to,
(01:04:55):
they're gonna be looking now forthose cars.
And if those cars get in the inin the area, they're gonna just
beat feet and leave and knowthat it was a cop that had set
them up because they know thevehicles to look for.
And that's gonna be directlybecause of you.
Directly because of you.
Because you went out there andran your mouth about shit that
(01:05:17):
you don't know.
Unbelievable.
That that particular stuff, thatone right there, I don't care.
You can hate all the cops in theworld.
That's the one you can't hate.
You cannot hate on them.
You gotta let them do theirshit.
Gotta let them do their shit, guys.
I I had a uh ICAC uh specialiston the show a few years back,
(01:05:44):
and they ran a one-month detailout of Phoenix, I believe it
was, and in one month they hadover 400,000 suspects.
So they could only focus on theworst of the worst.
So I just want you guys toimagine out of 400,000 hits and
(01:06:08):
you're focusing on the worst ofthe worst, imagine what the
worst of the worst is.
And that's your kid that they'retargeting.
So now I didn't I didn't conveyit in the video when I made my
reaction to it to get discussiongoing, but just know I was
pretty fucking pissed off when Imade that video.
(01:06:29):
Uh I just didn't show it.
I do get pretty upset.
I don't get emotionally investedin too much, but the crimes
against children.
If you are a parent, you knowexactly how I feel.
If you're not a parent, it'sgoing to be harder for you.
SPEAKER_08 (01:06:45):
Not impossible, but
harder.
SPEAKER_03 (01:06:49):
So Julie, they're
trying to protect the ones who
can't protect themselves.
Absolutely.
Um twitchy skitch.
To be fair, the officer didn'thave to disclose that info.
Shame on the idiots who causedthe situation, though.
Yeah.
And but honestly, I'm okay withyou identify I mean you kind of
(01:07:10):
identify yourself what you'redoing in and hope that that
person makes the right decision.
But they didn't.
And then they posted it,thinking that they were some
sort of white knight puttingputting ice to shame.
Really?
Like what what is your goal?
(01:07:32):
What's your goal ultimately?
Get somebody doxed?
Congratulations, you justscrewed up an investigation.
Bad guys are smarter than youthink.
Especially the ones that knowthey can't afford to get caught.
The ones that are doing crimesagainst children, they cannot
(01:07:52):
get caught.
If they get caught, they'regonna get killed in prison.
SPEAKER_08 (01:07:57):
Or they're gonna
live a life in prison that
nobody wants.
But is what it is.
SPEAKER_03 (01:08:09):
Alright, let's go to
the next video.
I knew it's the fun thing aboutknowing our community so well.
I sometimes I put something upthere, I'm like, they're not
gonna say anything on this onebecause they you can't really
argue that shit.
I mean, you can.
Some of you guys had a a littledecent well, they didn't have to
(01:08:29):
say where they worked.
Yeah, that's true, they didn't.
But nobody's really gonna pushharder than that.
That's just too stupid.
It's too stupid.
You earn you cannot let yourhate for police blind you to
logic and reason.
Cannot do it.
SPEAKER_04 (01:08:46):
Um, okay, let me go
back.
Uh let's see.
What video did not show?
SPEAKER_03 (01:08:57):
Okay.
So I had a little whiskey and Imade this video.
Okay, I'm going to this didn'tget a lot of views.
So I maybe, maybe I just thinkI'm funny.
I was laughing my ass off.
I was like, this is hilarious.
Uh, but maybe it's not.
I don't know.
This is how I get sometimes.
(01:09:18):
I'm like, that's pretty damnfunny.
Sometimes if you just makeyourself laugh, that's all that
matters.
I thought this shit was funny.
It's got a little wild hair upmy ass.
I was like, I'm gonna make alittle Christmas video since
we're on Christmas time.
SPEAKER_01 (01:09:31):
Weird.
They said that there was a callaround here of an inappropriate
Christmas ornament in the art.
I don't see it.
I'll check in the morning.
SPEAKER_00 (01:09:37):
Approximately 10
hours later.
SPEAKER_03 (01:09:40):
Yeah, batch 502.
I I think I think I got it overhere.
Just straight jerking it.
Yeah, I think that's it.
SPEAKER_06 (01:09:50):
You're watching DTV,
the donor.
SPEAKER_03 (01:09:52):
Oh shit.
That was funny.
I make myself laugh sometimes.
You don't make yourself laugh.
I mean, what are you doing?
Uh I thought it was funny.
SPEAKER_04 (01:10:03):
Anyway, yeah.
Merry Christmas, everybody.
Merry Christmas.
Um let me go back.
SPEAKER_08 (01:10:14):
Um I don't think we
showed this one.
SPEAKER_04 (01:10:20):
We'll share the
screen here.
SPEAKER_03 (01:10:24):
Florida woman.
Already starting out great.
If there's one thing Floridahas, it's both screwed-up cops
and screwed-up bad guys.
Uh all right, let's uh let'slet's play this here.
I don't, there was no storybehind this one.
Sorry, y'all.
I I did get a lot of people askme, well, what are we should
being detained for?
(01:10:45):
Or what are they trying to stopfor?
I don't know.
Uh where what I got is what Igot.
This is how the video startedout.
The only thing I did differentwas speed it up, slow it down.
That was it.
Um, I'm gonna stop right herefor now.
(01:11:25):
Um the people are like, oh, hetased her in the back.
That is the target area.
That is the most prime targetarea in training.
So when you're trained, theywould prefer for you to avoid
any frontal hits, but they it'sapproved.
They don't want you to to targetaround the heart or the face,
obviously.
(01:11:46):
Um so lower than the try try toget under the pecs if you can.
Um my computer's being weird.
SPEAKER_04 (01:11:57):
Give me one second.
My computer is doing weirdstuff.
SPEAKER_03 (01:12:03):
Anyway, so the um
the target area of the back is
is that is where you want to getthem.
It's the the safest placebecause more often than not,
when they go down, they'll havea little arm control and they
can kind of stop themselves uhwhen they go down.
(01:12:24):
Anyway, uh you would I have usedthe taser here?
Not necessarily.
So that's one of the things thatwe can discuss is should he have
used the taser?
I would say he could probablyhave caught up to her pretty
easy.
Uh I I can't see him, so I don'tknow.
Maybe he's a little out ofshape, possibly.
Maybe she's a doper and hedidn't want to go hands-on
(01:12:46):
because she had some open cutsand sores and stuff like that.
So I get that too.
Sometimes you fits a client thatyou've dealt with before and
they have glass pipes or needleson them.
You may know that stuff ahead oftime, and you're like, Yeah, I'm
definitely not going hands-onwith this person if they decide
to run.
And uh they they uh sorry, I wasreading some of the comments.
(01:13:07):
Um, I lost my train of thoughton that one.
But yeah, you don't want to gohands-on with people with uh
drug paraphernalia and whatnotas well.
And but for me, I probably wouldhave just caught up to her,
either gave her a littleshoulder check or kick a foot
out from underneath.
Um sometimes just putting a handon them, like you're not gonna
get away, they'll stop.
(01:13:29):
Um, you got to be ready for afight, though, just in case.
But this took all the fight outof her.
Now, what you do have toconsider is what you're tasering
over.
Now, we tasered over asphalt.
That's usually not a good spotto do it.
And that's gonna depend onpolicy at the departments if
they allow that.
Um so, but I'm gonna continuehere now that he's he's tased.
(01:13:53):
Uh, I he gave the warnings, hehe did everything right so far
as far as using the taser goes.
SPEAKER_06 (01:14:00):
Lay on the ground
right now, you're gonna get it
again.
Lay on the ground, or you'regonna get it again.
SPEAKER_03 (01:14:04):
You could see she
was pulling the leads, trying to
find them and get them off ofher.
So him using, you know, kind ofan authoritative voice, don't
stop, roll over, or you're gonnaget it again.
I don't disagree with that.
I think that's all fine anddandy.
SPEAKER_06 (01:14:19):
6214, 1031, taser
deploy.
You're gonna get it again, rollover on your stomach.
Roll over on your stomach now.
I got another cartridge if youdon't if you do that.
Put your hand behind your back.
SPEAKER_03 (01:14:28):
So he's telling her,
I got another cartridge if you
try to take that taser lead out, because it's what it looked like
she was doing.
She's trying to pull him out ofher so he couldn't taser.
And um finally she listened.
She rolled over to her stomach.
I want you to listen to thevoice change on our officer
because he's been prettyauthoritative up until now.
SPEAKER_06 (01:14:47):
All right, I'm gonna
roll you on your side, and then
we're gonna stand up, okay?
SPEAKER_03 (01:14:50):
So then he
de-escalates.
He used the taser, it worked.
He got her to comply withouthaving to use it again, without
having to strike her.
Uh, put her in cuffs, and giftsher up.
Got a little scrape on her face.
SPEAKER_06 (01:15:12):
Yep.
Really wish he would have doneall that.
SPEAKER_03 (01:15:16):
All right, I've said
this before.
So for me, my opinion on it wasit was fine.
It's not how I would havehandled it.
Department policies differeverywhere, so whether or not he
was allowed to use it or not, II would implore officers like,
if you don't have to, maybe, maybe not.
(01:15:38):
You know?
But then the alternative was ifhe didn't, and let's say he he
tackled her or you know, shoulder checked her or
whatever, now what looks worse?
A male officer hitting a femaleor a male officer just tasing a
female.
You're not gonna win either way.
(01:15:58):
People are going to they'regonna get mad either way.
It's gonna be those that areokay with it, those that aren't.
And then vice versa.
If you didn't use a taser and hewent hands-on, there's those
that are gonna get mad aboutthat, and those that aren't.
So things to consider.
Um you could have crawled on allfours and caught that oompa
loompa.
(01:16:19):
Freeman.
Oh shit.
Something in the water inFlorida, yeah, for sure.
Florida got the weird, the weirdstuff going on over there.
Uh, Julie, did you build thecomputer yourself?
I did not build the computermyself.
Um, it was an Azus uh Republicof Gaming Lab uh desktop that I
bought pre-built.
All I did was update the harddrives and the RAM, and
(01:16:42):
apparently the RAM is not veryhappy with what we have in it.
So I'm gonna have to figure thatout.
But according to everything thatI read, the 3600 RAM should have
been fine, but somebody else inthe chat said that the 3600 is
not good.
Freeman said, Eric, my concernis more that officers are being
hired that are not good physicalcondition, and the more uses of
(01:17:05):
force will be approved, like youdid in the video, seeing Izzo's
latest.
Uh I haven't seen Izzo's latest.
Um let me see if I can't findIzzo's.
SPEAKER_04 (01:17:21):
Um I'll go to his uh
YouTube channel Dominic Dominic
Izzo.
Let's see.
SPEAKER_03 (01:17:34):
I'm guessing it's on
his Cop Talk Live stuff.
SPEAKER_04 (01:17:37):
Let me see.
Is it a is it a short?
Let's see, his latest short.
What's it about?
If you could tell me what it'sabout.
SPEAKER_08 (01:17:56):
I'm looking at his
homepage.
SPEAKER_03 (01:17:58):
I'm that dude's got
a ton of videos.
I really need to organize myYouTube channel like Izzo's.
It's a pretty cool organization.
SPEAKER_04 (01:18:08):
I have not organized
any of my shit.
I might need to get that done bysomebody.
SPEAKER_03 (01:18:18):
I need to organize.
My concern.
Oh, I'm sorry.
There's a tiny female officerand warning.
He gets mad.
Tiny female officer.
SPEAKER_04 (01:18:30):
Oh, I see.
A tiny cop from Rhode Island.
Alright, Izzo.
Give me a second.
I'm going to pull it up as soonas it.
SPEAKER_03 (01:18:47):
Okay, I'm gonna
share the screen.
If you guys don't know DominicIzzo, he's a buddy of mine.
Um love his content.
Don't agree with everything hesays, but uh some things I do.
He is uh more of a shock valuethan I can be, because I still
do the job.
(01:19:07):
So just consider that when youguys hear him.
Uh again, I go back to ourwarning, the the views and
opinions of people that we haveon here, um, or not necessarily
that of two cops window.
So I don't know what he's aboutto say, so I'm giving my
warning.
Izo says a lot of crazy shitsometimes.
Uh, but he's a good dude.
Make sure you guys like andfollow his stuff.
SPEAKER_00 (01:19:29):
We're just gonna
start saving lives and vilifying
and demonizing policedepartments out there because
you guys can't get it throughyour fucking heads.
This is the Gloucester policedepartment in Rhode Island who
puts up a new hire on theirsocial media.
Let me explain why you doingthis just put more citizens in
your town in danger and cops onthe street, not to mention more
(01:19:52):
delusional females acrossAmerica.
This is your latest new hire,Paige Lebassier.
Hope I'm pronouncing that right.
I'm assuming it's French.
And listen, congratulations foryou going to the academy.
I don't know what the standardshave been lowered to lately or
whatnot.
I clearly have a bias towardsfemale police officers, but when
it makes it worse.
SPEAKER_03 (01:20:10):
This is where Islam
and I differ.
I I'm perfectly fine with femaleofficers.
I haven't had a lot of greatfemale officers in my uh career.
SPEAKER_00 (01:20:18):
Um, so is the the
the stature of a police officer
out there when she can't do thejob.
Now, command presence, everybodytalks about de-escalation and
how essential it is.
And there's certain levels ofde-escalation.
Sometimes people think that it'stalking.
Other times, believe it or not,if somebody's gonna reach for a
gun and I punch them in the faceand they don't reach for the
(01:20:39):
gun, I de-escalated thesituation.
But the number one, mostpowerful form of de-escalation
is officer presence.
Uh, officer page, I mean in theGloucester Police Department, I
legitimately have a question.
When this officer shows up onscene for drunk, stoned out of
his mind, jacked up, uh he Joeshipped the red man whose life
(01:21:01):
is at his fucking wits end, can't save his bitch wife, his
kids, he's got money problems, and this cop shows in order.
Do we think that she's a toddlerholding a balloon?
This is just getting uh uhofficer presence of a fucking
toddler holding a balloon.
This is it is what it is.
I don't know how we have to sitthere and and and keep
addressing this.
(01:21:21):
But here's the deal.
Congratulations for theGloucester Police Department.
You just put this little girl'slife in danger and civilians and
other cops.
So, number one, your crime rateisn't that high in this
department.
So let's kind of talk about theobvious.
What are you gonna do the daythat she's got that bug to bite
where now she's a cop and theadrenaline hit?
SPEAKER_03 (01:21:40):
All right, I'll stop
it there.
Um, if you're asking what myopinion is on that, I mean he
makes some points, uh, but mything on that is uh you signed
up for it.
You know what you're gettinginto.
So if that officer ends upgetting hurt, I mean, it's it's
(01:22:03):
no different than anybody else.
If I get hurt, you know, I'm 195pounds, 190, somewhere in
between there.
After the holidays, I'm probablyabout 195.
Um that's why I started runningtoday.
I'm starting to get thick.
Uh, so you know, you you knowthe risk when you sign up.
(01:22:24):
If you're willing to do it,that's on you.
Uh if the citizens are okay withit, it's on the citizens.
So hiring standards come down towhat the citizens will allow,
what you're willing allow foryourself, because I think
everybody has, I think everybodyhas the right to defend their
own nation.
I think everybody has the rightto defend their own community
through policing, if that's whatthey want to do, or be a
(01:22:45):
firefighter or whatever.
Uh as long as you can meet thestandards.
SPEAKER_08 (01:22:51):
If the standards
suck, well, it's on the
department.
It is what it is.
I don't know what else to say.
SPEAKER_04 (01:23:02):
I mean, is somebody
that small easier to overcome?
Yeah, sure.
SPEAKER_03 (01:23:09):
But I know I know
dudes that are too tiny and
can't defend themselves.
So that's why I don't reallycare if they're male or female.
I just care that you can live upto the standards that are there
and improvise, train, do whatyou gotta do.
I mean, you have the greatequalizers on your belt.
SPEAKER_08 (01:23:30):
So learn.
Learn.
SPEAKER_03 (01:23:34):
Um but yeah, he's uh
Harrison saying that some female
LEOs might go to the gun soonerthan a person in better shape
would.
Yeah, for sure.
I I agree with him.
And again, citizens, it's onyou.
This isn't this isn't adepartment thing.
(01:23:55):
If the department hires them,it's because of the push of
change that the citizens havemade.
Y'all gotta live with theconsequences of that.
If you think somebody smaller isgonna be more likely to go to a
gun rather than go hands-on orwhatever else, well, whose fault
(01:24:19):
is that?
SPEAKER_08 (01:24:24):
I I don't know.
SPEAKER_03 (01:24:26):
Uh Wade Lucero.
Eric, you're 195.
She could not pull you out ofthe line of fire if you were
down.
I know, bro, because that'sbecause I'm gangster, I wouldn't
go down.
Bulletproof, son.
I'm just kidding.
I'm not.
Um 20 pounds of gear.
No, more like 45 pounds of gear.
(01:24:46):
I'm a little extra.
I always had an extra mag, extraset of cuffs, uh better radio
system.
Um I'm heavier.
Ward should balloon up after hersecond divorce.
Oh shit.
(01:25:08):
Yeah.
So no, I again it is thestandards that are allowed.
If if you're meeting thestandards, I have zero argument.
If those, if if those standardsare leading to a higher use of
force, that's something that youneed to see.
And you need to adjust based onwhat the citizens of that area
(01:25:30):
want.
If they're okay with it, you gotnothing.
If they're not okay with it,it's time to start adjusting.
But making the argument andknowing some of the things that
cause it, um, really, I've neverhad a chance to choose who they
hire.
Citizens do not get a say.
(01:25:51):
That's hilarious.
Uh to make sure you're good.
Um, you maybe individually don'thave a say, but power to the
people.
If if citizens didn't have asay, let's go down that path.
We wouldn't have dash cameras,we wouldn't have body cameras,
we wouldn't have tasers, wewouldn't have batons, we'd still
(01:26:12):
be out there with just handcuffsand a gun, wouldn't have pepper
spray, we wouldn't have carsthat have lights all over them,
we wouldn't have cars that haveuh buddy bumpers, wouldn't have
there's so much shit that copswouldn't have, wouldn't have to
live up to.
They'd still be hiring cops whoare six foot four, uh 200 plus
pounds, because that used to bethe hiring standard.
(01:26:33):
Look at troopers, they stillkind of have that.
So thinking that you have nopower to figure out who can and
can't be hired is bullshit.
You guys have more powertogether than an entire
department that stands up andsays, we're not gonna do
(01:26:55):
something without this.
SPEAKER_08 (01:26:59):
They'll be like,
Well, I guess you're finding a
new job.
Get out there and do the job.
SPEAKER_03 (01:27:08):
So Freeman, not
trying to stir the pot, just
talking love, y'all.
Uh too funny.
But yeah.
Sorry, to make sure you're goodover there on YouTube, uh, you
definitely have a say.
You just have to have acollective say.
(01:27:29):
Doesn't take much.
Let your mayor, depending onwhere you're at, let your
sheriff know, let your mayorknow, let city council know.
It's pretty easy.
Pretty easy.
As long as you got a goodargument that makes sense, you
can you can back it up with somefactual, qualitative,
quantitative data.
Usually those type of argumentsgo pretty far.
(01:27:52):
Like I said, look at all thestuff that police have because
of your voice.
De-escalation training.
Uh, what else we need to do?
We have cultural diversitytraining, um, critical uh crisis
intervention training, um,learning languages, all sorts of
(01:28:14):
stuff.
All sorts of stuff.
Those aren't those weren't ideasthat cops were like, you know
what?
We really need more training oncultural diversity.
I lack culture.
Well, they noticed problems inthe policing and they showed the
data, and they're like, allright, we need training here.
That's how it works.
(01:28:34):
You got a larger voice than youthink.
Tell you who doesn't have verymuch of a voice is the officers
themselves.
Uh Salo 6634.
Hello, sir, from Brazil.
And I follow you because I loveyour content about police.
Hell yeah.
And he has a question.
Go ahead, Salo, ask yourquestion, brother.
(01:28:55):
Um, yeah, one of the things thatyou guys another person gave me
shit about my so you think copsdo it better in other countries
video.
Not understanding these videosare sent to me from people like
Salo.
He didn't send me this video, the videos, but I'm just saying,
people from these othercountries are sending them in
because they want the attentionbrought to their own places.
(01:29:19):
They have problems with theirpolicing and they want people to
see it.
They want people to be outragedto help them have a voice.
Um, Evan, Evan Dro, Toronto.
Hi from Toronto, Canada.
I have spent many a timepartying out in Toronto in my
youth.
Before you needed a passport togo over there and drink, we
(01:29:40):
would go to Canada, Windsorusually, but we've been to
Toronto a few times.
Hockey Hall of Fame's out there.
Uh, Toronto has the best poutinein the land.
If you guys don't know what thatis, look it up.
It's not what you think, yousick us.
What do you think about theBrazilian police?
I think Brazilian police are uh,I think they can be pretty
(01:30:03):
badass out there, Salo.
Um, but I do think they're alittle heavy-handed.
I think they've got some use offorce issues that would not fly
over here in the United States.
So, but I think I think you guysgot legit police training.
I think they have uh really goodjujitsu for sure.
(01:30:24):
But yeah, you know, and you guyshave different different
culture, different things areallowed.
It's not uh, I'm not saying it'sgood or it's bad.
I'm just saying that over here, some of the stuff wouldn't fly.
Um that's all.
And if everybody in the countryis cool with how it is, that's
what it is.
It's how it should be.
Not necessarily going to workover here, though.
(01:30:48):
Because some of the videos wesee in Brazil are crazy.
Um, what are your thoughts onthe 30 by 30 initiative?
30% women and LA.
It's stupid.
I don't think anytime youinterject anything into a hiring
standard is a good thing.
It should be the best qualifiedcandidate.
(01:31:10):
That's it.
Best qualified candidate.
Trying to force it to be awoman, trying to force it to be
uh a minority or whatever, whatever you want to put in
there.
If it has nothing to do withtheir character and their
abilities to perform the job thebest, I don't like it.
SPEAKER_08 (01:31:27):
I don't agree with
it.
That's it.
It's pretty simple.
SPEAKER_03 (01:31:34):
Again, I don't I
don't get into the politics of
the things, I just stay simple.
Like give me good characterpeople that can do the job and
give me the best one that can doit.
However you you determine that, that's what makes a difference.
How do you determine who's thebest?
Is it because they have acollege degree?
(01:31:56):
I in my experience, that doesn'tmake you a better cop.
Like I said before, give me theguy that was a barista for five
years or a bartender for fiveyears.
Somebody that worked in retail.
SPEAKER_08 (01:32:10):
Take those guys all
day long.
All day long.
SPEAKER_03 (01:32:17):
But where are we at?
Hour and a half.
Here in Brazil, we just love tosee body cams about the police
of the USA.
Awesome.
Where are all those men inperfect shape and size for being
an officer?
She's stepping up to protect hercommunity.
There is a shortage of peoplewho want to become an officer.
(01:32:39):
And yeah, that's a validargument.
Valid argument.
There is not a lot of peoplethat want to jump up and do this
job.
Not right now.
It ebbs and flows.
I think it'll I think it'll comeback.
SPEAKER_08 (01:32:55):
But yeah, that's a
great point.
And uh I agree.
SPEAKER_04 (01:33:05):
But looking at the
videos, I've pretty much shown
what I want to show today.
Um looking at my messages.
SPEAKER_08 (01:33:19):
Oh, I got people
that are trying to be my
friends.
SPEAKER_03 (01:33:28):
Delete.
All right.
Well, if uh we patriots ofBrazil, we just want the police
here to be more like I'm gonnaput this one up here.
So you guys look, you see what Iwas talking about.
We patriots of Brazil, we justwant the police here uh to be
more like U.S.
because the police here doesn'thave respect.
Thank you.
(01:33:49):
So now you guys know I'm notbullshitting you on why I share
these videos.
I've told you before.
I do these videos of you thinkthey do policing in other
countries better, not to makefun of them, not to do what you
like.
And for I'm not saying this tomy community that follow me
regularly.
You guys know that's not mystyle.
There's always, there's always adeep-seated uh behind the scenes
(01:34:12):
mission for the education side.
One is perspective sharing, one, seeing how they do police work
in other countries, what'sacceptable, what's not
acceptable.
But the big thing is, like Isaid, I've been reached out to
more times than I can count fromother countries saying, please
help us get awareness to ourcountry and and the way that
we're doing policing over here.
And so that's what I've beendoing.
(01:34:33):
And it, I don't know if it'shelping or not, but they love
it.
So I am not going to try toappeal to the masses.
I'm trying to appeal to the onesthat need help.
SPEAKER_08 (01:34:47):
Um yeah.
Thank you.
Salo.
Hope I'm saying that right.
Or solo.
SPEAKER_03 (01:34:56):
Two cops, one donut.
If we had a say, we would have atwo-party system that controls
everything.
If you cannot see that, I'msorry.
I just told you, I just gave youexample after example after
example that you have a say.
So, Harrison, sorry, but fuckoff with that.
Because if you if you didn'thave a say, we wouldn't have all
(01:35:17):
that shit, would we?
We wouldn't have all thosemandates.
We wouldn't have the pursuitpolicies in most places like we
have.
Now, what do we do?
We see the very few departmentsthat have that old school
pursuit policy.
I can nail example after exampleof how your voice makes a
difference.
And then you're gonna come uphere and try to say that you
(01:35:40):
need a two-party system forthat.
I'm sorry you don't see it.
Sorry it's not working in yourarea, but for overall, it is.
Agree to disagree, I guess.
Sorry you don't see that.
Uh Merry Christmas, everyone.
(01:36:02):
Have a safe holiday.
Thanks, Julie.
Appreciate you.
Take it easy.
T Ward, yes.
Merry Christmas to all.
Yes, Merry Christmas.
Merry Christmas.
Um, I didn't want to do that.
Oh, I just realized I can I canrespond back specifically to
(01:36:23):
channels.
Oh, that's pretty cool.
Look, if I do this, I can sayhello to YouTube.
And only YouTube people can seethat.
Oh, a new feature from Restream.
I didn't even know we had.
That's cool.
I love it.
All right, y'all.
Been on an hour and a half.
Uh, just want to see if mycomputer was gonna hang up or
(01:36:44):
hang on for this.
It looks like it hasn't crashedon me yet.
Uh, I think I'm gonna get off.
I'm gonna try to start up agame.
Uh, maybe dead leg if he's outthere.
Maybe that's something we can doand see if my computer's gonna
crash based on the game and seehow it performs.
So um, Freeman, I think I madeMichelle mad.
(01:37:05):
Sorry, mom.
She'll get over it.
Uh, laziness.
Don't want to stand forsomething.
Y'all fall for whatever.
Have to take action and not justwhine.
Yeah, exactly.
Exactly.
I'm happy for anybody that wantsto step up and try to do their
part.
I think that's part of theproblem that we have.
(01:37:25):
Not enough people step up.
So, but all right, y'all.
Um, before I get off here, ifyou want to help support the
page, um, I always I save thisfor one time.
I try not to do this too muchbecause it's annoying.
And I don't want to ask for yourhard-earned money.
Uh, if you would like to, hereis the link for the Buy Me a
(01:37:49):
Coffee.
Um, this goes directly to thechannel, helps us uh get our
premium uh YouTube account soyou guys don't have to watch any
ads or anything like that.
Uh helps support the channelitself uh for the software that
we use, restream.
This is you know a monthlypayment, the the all the editing
(01:38:09):
and whatnot.
So we're just trying to supportthe page.
It isn't going into our pocketsor anything like that.
So if you guys want to supportthe page, the buy me a coffee
link will help, or you can justget a membership, buy the super
chats, do whatever you want todo over on YouTube.
Um so all of those things.
If not, if you don't want tospend your hard-earned money,
and I don't blame you becauseI'm just some dude on the
(01:38:31):
internet, uh, please like,subscribe, follow.
Just get somebody else to do it.
If you're already doing it, justget somebody else.
That helps us a lot.
And it doesn't cost anything, and it takes you 10 seconds.
So um uh Gina Marie, are youhaving a stream Monday night?
Yes.
I should, I don't see anythinggetting in the way of that.
My kiddo's been having a lot oforchestra Christmas concerts, so
(01:38:53):
sorry I got to do dad duties.
Um, so that's why I have notbeen available for some of the
streams.
Um, and be advised, I do plan, Ithink the 27th, to do a live
stream with uh a guy fromStaccato training.
Um, that should be I I want todo that one live.
I just uh I think he's reallygreat.
(01:39:15):
We're going to go through theinterview.
Okay, so this is how I'm gonnado this live, just so you guys
can have a prep for it.
We're gonna go through theinterview.
We're just gonna talk.
I'm gonna let him go.
We're gonna do our discussion.
I'm not going to pay attentionto y'all.
You guys will be there.
You'll be able to chat amongsteach other while we're doing the
live stream, but I'm not goingto be paying attention to y'all
(01:39:35):
until we're done.
Then we'll switch over.
Then we'll open up for questionsand stuff like that.
We want to get the informationout there because he's going to
have a ton.
He's going to be flying off thehandle about police training and
firearms.
So we're going to be talkingabout that a lot.
It'll all be live.
And then at the end of it, we'llopen it up for questions and all
that stuff.
Because the last time we did itwith the attorney, I feel like
we didn't get to enoughmaterial.
(01:39:57):
We could have got to more.
So I'm going to do that.
Um, thank you for spending yourtime with TCOD today.
Yes, thank you very much.
Appreciate y'all.
Um, I'm gonna throw this outthere.
I'm looking to organize myYouTube channel like you see
Izzo's just to clean it up.
I have never organized myYouTube channel.
(01:40:20):
So it is a sloppy mess.
So if somebody wants to take onthat project or team up and take
on that project with somebodyelse, um, let me know.
If not, I'm gonna have to justdeal with it.
It isn't a big deal, but butyeah.
Uh Freeman, yeah, that makes fora better podcast.
(01:40:40):
Good call.
Yeah, yeah, we're gonna do that.
I want to get to all of thestuff and uh Marine Bloods in
the house.
He said, Do you want toencourage Eric to stream more
and let his mods know when he'sstreaming first?
Pester him in Discord.
I just wanted to see if thecomputer will work, and it's
it's working.
That's all.
I appreciate you guys.
(01:41:01):
Um, yeah, I gotta work on uh heyMarine Bloods.
When we get off of here, meet meover in Discord and I wanna.
I know Twitchy Skitch wastalking about wanting a mod and
stuff like that.
So looking for that T Ward.

Maybe.
I don't know.
We'll ask him.
(01:41:23):
So, but yeah, hopefully the dudewill gift you.
I don't think homeboy is gonnajust show up with a gun and go,
Merry Christmas.
I don't think that's gonnahappen.
Um, but yeah.
All right, guys, I'm gonna getoff here.
I got a pee and uh Marines.
Um yeah, uh yeah, Twitchy.
I want to make a mod.
So let's meet over on Discordand uh everybody else have a
(01:41:46):
good day and happy holidays ifyou don't see me again until
after that.
Take it easy.
