Speaker 1 (00:00):

Boy Ryan Enjoys Wrestling and m w oh. And this

twenty twenty five. We're gonna do our unpopular Opinions and
LVD MVD. Ryan, are you ready to like this show

(00:20):
on fire?

Speaker 2 (00:21):
I am man always there's a we got a lot
of a lot of unpopular opinions. I don't think the
people are gonna like what we have to say, but
that's why we're here. That's why we do this segment.
So let us know in the comments if you agree, disagree,
Go subscribe, go follow us, Go hit us up on
all the social media platforms. Hit us up on Apple
and Spotify, and let us know what your unpopular opinions

(00:42):
are for the week of ADW.

Speaker 1 (00:44):
Ro oh, hit the music.

Speaker 3 (00:46):
Let's go tool dudes with attitudes. Let's go to dues
and attitudes roofless aggressive d speaking. So let's dude is
move round and didn't they hit they get your attention
of five starf wrong?

Speaker 1 (01:00):
Can't shoal to that? And whether it's the E or
so on.

Speaker 3 (01:03):
The dudes with the attitudes of Britan. He get the
point so long time and Lackey listen to the podcast
when they get it happened?

Speaker 1 (01:19):
Oh the bloodline, I miss it? All right. We are
back and it is unpopular opinion time. This is where
R Ryan and myself are going to give each other
two different situations of opinions that we think are overall unpopular.
We usually agree with each other. Let's see how it goes.
I don't know if Ryan knows, but he's still muted.

(01:39):
But as soon as he mutes himself, he will give
me his first unpopular opinion. I'm sure it's a goodie.

Speaker 4 (01:49):
Can you hear me? Make sure there he is.

Speaker 1 (01:52):
Let's go all right?

Speaker 2 (01:53):
Perfect, So my unpopular opinion this week is that I
Ryan enjoys wrestling. Do not care that the WWE is
constantly counter programming aw I don't, and I don't understand
why everybody's so up in arms about it. It makes
zero sense. I think competition makes everybody around them better.

(02:16):
I think AEW is on fire right now. I think
they're having a really great year. I think they're responding
to it perfectly by staying in their lane, focusing on
their products, focusing on their wrestlers. I don't understand all
this outrage that well WWE, like, here we go again,
they're counterprogramming everything, Like why are we so up in

(02:37):
arms about it? Like it's making AEW better. And for years,
ever since the Monday Night Wars ended all wrestling fans
And I don't care who you are, every single wrestling
fan that watches WWE asked for competition. We asked for,
you know, an alternative, and we finally got it. WWE

(02:58):
got to a point where it was too complacent, it
was too unwatchable, it was too boring, and that's why
AW was created, and that's why AW was born in
the first place. And now this is WWE's way of
acknowledging them as competition. And I think that I think
ae W should take it, should take it in stride

(03:18):
and do everything they can to book themselves and have
big moments, have big matches, tell really good stories. And
I think they're doing that. But I don't understand all
this outrage behind the WWE quote unquote counterprogramming everything.

Speaker 4 (03:33):
AEW is doing. We asked for this.

Speaker 2 (03:35):
It's making WWE better, it's making AEW better, it's making
TNA better, it's making all professional wrestling better, and that's
what we want.

Speaker 4 (03:43):
As wrestling fans.

Speaker 2 (03:44):
This is a good, perfect time to be a professional
wrestling fan when you have, you know, competing.

Speaker 4 (03:49):
Shows like now.

Speaker 2 (03:50):
Now, if you're traveling to one show and you want
to go and you find out that you know the
other shows in your backyard or something like, then I
understand that.

Speaker 4 (03:57):
But I don't really care about this programming stuff.

Speaker 2 (04:00):
I think it's a bunch of gobbedie goog and I
don't understand why everyone's something mad about it.

Speaker 1 (04:05):
Now, I'm not gonna talk about that. For one, that
should not be an unpopular opinion, but it is.

Speaker 4 (04:10):
It's yeah, it really is.

Speaker 1 (04:12):
I'm not gonna be speaking about the two dudes with
attitudes Wolfpack because our fans are intelligent. Of course, I
am realizing that there are a lot of unintelligent pro
wrestling fans out there who are upset about things that
they should not be upset about. One, the WWE is
citing the ESPN. They're gonna are yeah, and they're gonna
have all this you know stuff on ESPN and blah

(04:33):
blah blah. Correct, Right, they're the ones going, yeah, go
on ESPN and supposedly Roll's gonna be our They're gonna
have like wrestle Mania, Summer Slams, the Big Four will
be actually on ESPN, is what I'm being told. And
I talked about how this is great, This is fantastic,
and not just for WWE but all of pro wrestling
because people are gonna watch ESPN. I got so many
people who are like, bro, no, it's not no one's
gonna learn about AW. How is this good for pro wrestling?

(04:56):
People who watch pro wrestling don't even watch sports. I'm like,
what what year are you living in where pro wrestling
fans don't watch football or or some kind of sport.
Everybody watches the NFL now because of fantasy football. It's
a proven fact. There's no like, this isn't me wigging it,
Like the NFL is popular with fantasy football, so people
watch both. So it's going to put eyeballs on the screen,

(05:16):
which is good for pro wrestling. The WWE counter programming
is done perfectly because it gets people talking, and when
people talk, people learn, and when people learn, they figure
out what AEW is. This is good for AEW. And
on top of it, if AAW has a better show,
then WW you they get talked about even more so.
It's a win win. This is a zero loss, and

(05:39):
we act like we're in that Monday night era where
we had to choose which one to watch. I couldn't
even record it.

Speaker 4 (05:47):
No, I have two TVs.

Speaker 1 (05:48):
You have to have two TVs and your parents would
have to allow you to record one. Why you want
that wasn't happening, bruv. No, you had to switch back
and forth. I don't watch anything live anymore unless I'm
literally like enough to be sitting at home. I don't
get go on my phone and I watch it after.
You're gonna tell me right now, you can't watch AW
and then watch WW later. The complaining is wild to me.

(06:10):
You're one hundred percent right. People need to just like
we complain, to complain now because we want clicks and
we're content creators and that's what gets views right, And
that's why I'm not as popular as I want to
be because I don't do that. This is what we
do now, the era of I'm gonna just say something
stupid so people listen whether they like it or not.
And it's sad because this is great for pro Pro

(06:30):
wrestling is reading more now than it ever has, and
I'm in and in the attitude era, people were wearing shirt.
I think we're more popular now than we were. Yeah,
WW ESPN, w TOW counterprogramming and stop thinking it's a threat.
I heard someone someone told me, like, well, Nick con
said that their competition. Nick Con never said AW is

(06:52):
called AW is not competition. They're not to you, they
are not And that's not a dig. They're not competition.
It just is what it just is what it is.
That's not why they're doing it. Triple AH isn't trying
to shut down AW. You can give two shits about AW.
It's all because Triple H is a troll. He's the
biggest troll in the world, and he loves to troll

(07:13):
the IWC. He's doing it for people to talk about it.
He's a content creator.

Speaker 4 (07:18):
Yeah, pretty much, pretty much.

Speaker 2 (07:21):
But I think what AW needs to do is get
away from the fifty dollars per month pay per view models.
I mean, wwe we don't know what's going to happen
with ESPN, Like you get to pay extra for it.
I don't think you'll have to if you get esp
this new ESPN app. I'm not really sure.

Speaker 1 (07:36):
No, because the UFC just announced it, so yeah, there's
no way, no no, So aw needs to get away
from the fifty dollars a month, and I think they
do that, they'll be complete, They'll be just fine.

Speaker 2 (07:47):
That's the only thing that's holding them back because people,
you can watch AWWE on Peacock, you can watch UFC
now on Paramount Plus without having to pay extra, and
now you can watch WWE on ESPN. So yeah, but
they need to get their pigger views on Max because
that's where their bread and butter is and that's the
one thing that they need to improve on.

Speaker 1 (08:08):
I agree, all right. I got one that might be unpopular,
and we kind of roughly talked about it, But my
unpopular opinion is MJF and Hangman. Page one happened too soon.
There is a zero percent chance MJF is winning. MJF
needed to hold this longer, he could have ran with it.
And I'm starting to think now, which makes it even worse,

(08:31):
is that this was all just for Bobby Lashley to
feud with MJF. MJF won this, he got kicked out
of nowhere. He ended like John Cena's Hill Turn, and
then he hasn't been talking about him anymore, and then
he instantly gives up his title match. That just smells
like a Bobby Lashley interference. I think we are moving
on to Mox and Darby at all out, and I
think hang Man's gonna wrestle somebody else. I do not

(08:51):
think we're getting Hangman MGF twice, and if we do,
that makes us too soon as well, because that despeats
the purpose of imagine somebody cashing in and then having
to get a rematch later on, for then what's the
point of the cash it. It's just all of it smells.
This MGF and Hangman are so damn good. Why did
you not let them go? Why do you like han
rustle other people and have MJF constantly hit and interfere

(09:15):
and not completely cashing yet and then finally do it.
That would have been where the money is at. It's
once again a you know, Tony Kahan climaxing too soon situation,
and I didn't like it. I think I'm happy they're wrestling,
but I think this could have had so much money
printed all over the aw and they blew it.

Speaker 2 (09:32):
Yeah, No, I think I think that's very fair. I
think that these are your two biggest stars in ADW.
MJF is a draw. You know, they had their highest
ratings of the year. I think last week when they
hit seven hundred and ten thousand, I think it was yeah,
and this week it was six hundred and ninety thousand,

(09:53):
and they opened with MJF and Hang in Page and
I think that one got that that alone over eight
hundred thousand, and then the viewers tend shortly thereafter. And
I think a lot of it has to do with
MJF being in Happy Gilmore too. I think people are like, oh,
this is Maxwell Jacob Friedman. Guy, it's the most watched
movie in the world right now, most popular movie on Netflix.

(10:15):
People are like, oh, this guy's pretty funny. Let me go,
let me go check out aew because of it. But yeah,
I think it's it definitely happened way too soon, and
you could have let this cook a little bit longer,
and yeah, this just feels very rush And yeah, I agree.
I think it's all set up for Bobby Lashley to interfere,
and now we're going to get MJF.

Speaker 4 (10:35):
And Bobby Lashley moving forward.

Speaker 1 (10:37):
Yeah at all out Yeah, probably all right, what's your
second and last unpopular opinion.

Speaker 2 (10:43):
I think AAW after this year, let's just scrap or
rebrand Forbidden Door. Just get rid of it as a
pay per view this year alone, it's every match is
AW people versus AW people. You have co in Cage
against the Patriarchy. You have FTR potentially going up against

(11:04):
the Hurt Syndicate. You have you know, Darby Allen and
will Osprey and you know, yeah, you have Tanahashi but
going up against the Death Writers with Gabe Kid, and
I guess it's technically a forbidden Door.

Speaker 4 (11:16):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (11:16):
You have you know, Tony Storm going up against Athena,
which is an R O H girl. Maybe that's a
forbidden I don't really know, but she's now at AEW.
But the whole pay per view is supposed to be
like what's forbidden about Forbidden Door? The only really thing
is Mercedes Monett is going to get a CMLLL opponent
and whoop do you do?

Speaker 1 (11:33):
Like?

Speaker 2 (11:34):
I don't care about that, Yeah, especially because there's no
no rhyme or reason, there's no bill, there's no reason
to care for it. Hanging in page and m j
F two AEW originals, you're going to main event the show,
So I just I just think we need to get
rid of this pay per view or rebrand it or
come up with a new name, because Forbidden Door was.

Speaker 4 (11:51):
All about the surprise.

Speaker 2 (11:52):
It was all about who's going to walk through that
quote unquote Forbidden Door from New Japan or who's it
going to be from the w w E or who's
it going to be from uh t NA, or who's
it going to be from New from CMLL. Now it's
just a w versus a w wrestlers with a couple
of New Japan wrestlers and uh CMLL people sprinkled in.
It just does not feel as special. And it feels

(12:15):
I said it in our earlier episode, but it feels
like this pay per view is just in the way.
You know, we had All In, which was one of
the best pay per views AW had all year long,
and now we have Forbidden Door, and you know, you know,
we have to we have to get through Forbidden Door
to get All Out.

Speaker 4 (12:31):
And I don't really like that. I don't. I don't
feel like that should be the case.

Speaker 2 (12:34):
But we should be getting hanging or you know, Darby
Allen versus John Moxley.

Speaker 4 (12:39):
But we have to wait for that All Out. But
we so what are we going to do for them?

Speaker 2 (12:43):
We're gonna give them some random lights out cage match
thing at Forbidden Door, and it just it just doesn't
feel Forbidden doory. So I think they need to either
scrap the event altogether after this year. I have no
doubt it's going to be a fantastic show. I have
no doubt the crowd's going to be electric. You know,
AW always delivers on pay per view, so I have
zero doubts in my mind about that. But the excitement

(13:03):
level for the show just I haven't really been feeling
it for a couple of years now, and I think
it's time to either scrap it all together or just
rebrain it and call it something else.

Speaker 1 (13:12):
Yeah, I agree with you, and this might be another
unpopular opinion, but I never really dug Forbidden Door to
begin with, only because I don't care about I'm not
as big in New Japan as. I didn't feel like
it wasn't like it was like AW versus WWE, you
know what I mean, or even WW versus TNA or
TNA versus NXT that's a cool takeover. I didn't really
feel like that Forbidden Door is to me. But I

(13:34):
got it, and I understood just because I wasn't vibing
it didn't mean I didn't understand why everybody who truly
was was. But now, I mean, most of the new
Japan Pro wrestlers are on AW on a regular basis,
and it's been like that, So I agree we need
to get rid of it. I know it's fun for
the AEW fanboys to span out to, but what's not. Yeah,

(13:55):
all right, my last one is unpopular. I know it
because I made a TikTok about it and I got
shit for it. But Tony Kahan sucks at booking main events,
and I'm just gonna say that. Let me let me
break down this dynamite for you. Okay, we had MJF
and Hangman. We had Christian Cage and Cope becoming friends again.
We had the return of Will Osprey challenging your former

(14:17):
biggest champion of all time, John Moxley. You had to
swerve strickling an Okata promo. You had a bunch of
other things too, and you close it out with the os.
They're spending their Trios title against three people I don't
give two shits about. And then it ended. Sure, you
had an MJF beating up Hangman for tens, but the
match didn't even lead to anything. The week before we

(14:39):
had an awful main event of that, and I know
people are like, dude, you don't get it back at
the attitude they were in the middle of. No, I
know the attitude, and that's not how it did it. Yeah,
they had big things opening up the second hour, but
they also had a banging main event. They didn't have
the one two three Kid versus Razor Ramona is the
main event. That's not what we did. We didn't have

(15:00):
like you know what I mean. I get Samoa Joe's
cool and all, but in a jam packed show, you
got to remember the ratings went down last week, Right,
they had a seven hundred sum and they went down
and it was high on MJF. And it goes down, right,
you want people to remember the beginning of his show.
In the end, yes, the middle needs a little bit
of spice, but you know what I mean, Like, you
open up with the return of will Osprey, you have

(15:23):
the middle of Christian Cajun Cope, and then you end
with them JF and hang Man, even if it's a promo,
that's how you do it. So you start off high,
you went hot, or even you have edge and cope
at the end hugging it out. Yeah, ending either way,
you keep them built up. And I feel like Tony
Kahn just doesn't get that. And this is why people
tune out the following week, because you only remember the

(15:44):
last thing you saw, and the last thing you saw
was Samoa, Joe Hobbs and Homeboy wrestling that no, but
nobody cares about the Ops again defending a trios title
that nobody cares about. I just don't. It was such
a banger of an episode of and we ended that
with that, and it got like nine minutes too. It
was like completely and utterly pointless and it went over.

(16:08):
It got nine minutes, and it went over, and it
went over seven minutes. How do you go over seven
minutes and an eight minute match? I don't understand it,
but get out of here with it. Tony con needs
to do better, That's all I gotta say. But people
told me, what do I know? So random dude who
lives in this basement, which I don't understand how anyone
looks at me and thinks I live in my basement.
I have two kids. For crying out loud, but nonetheless

(16:28):
like it's smarter than a billionaire. But I also didn't
know billionaires were smart. I just thought they were billionaires.
But nonetheless, it is.

Speaker 2 (16:35):
What it is, right, Yeah, I do agree with you.
I think that is something that aw needs to fix.
You know, you had you had a hangman page in
John Moxley a few weeks ago. I'm a banger of
a match and it was like the second match on
the card, and it was great match, but it should
have either opened.

Speaker 4 (16:51):
The show or it should have closed the show, thank you.

Speaker 1 (16:54):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (16:55):
And then this week, but you had you even had
that awkward Okada and Swirst segment right before this main event,
and it was like like they feel like it felt
like they rushed that segment to get to the main event,
but this was the main event. And then also, while
we're on the topic of Tony Kahan, can we please
stop with these two hundred thousand dollars All Star challenges

(17:16):
the eight man tag matches? Can we stop with those two?
Like I don't want to see those.

Speaker 1 (17:21):
Anymore unless they're winning that money. If the person who
was scripted to win it, If Julia Hart walks out
with one hundred grand and I know that I'll dig it.
If not, it's stupid. Why do I care if somebody
wins one hundred thousand dollars? I don't see that exactly. Yeah,
so dumb. I don't know who invented that, but it's
a stupid idea. All right. Well that's our unpopular opinions

(17:42):
and now let's get into our favorite weekly segment that
as our LBED and mvds of the week. This is
for AEW the week of August ninth, and this is
where we pick our least value but most valuable dude
or do That doesn't mean we hate them or love them.
It just means that they were the least and best
books of the week. Ryan, who is your LVD?

Speaker 2 (18:03):
I'm going to the women's division and I am going
none other than one Mercedes Monette. And the reason why
I'm going with Mercedes Monette is did you hear that
crowd this week? They were channing whose house swerves House?
They were channing let them Fight, They were channing hug
it out for cop and Cage. They were channing bruh
when will Osprey came out. They were chanting for Tony

(18:24):
Storm and Athena. They were chanting for John Moxley, they
were channing for MJF and Hangman Page, they were changing
cow like. That crowd was loud, That crowd was vocal.
That crowd was on their feet the entire night, and
it was it was a great crowd.

Speaker 4 (18:37):
But when Mercedes Monette came out, it was silent.

Speaker 2 (18:41):
I have never I never saw that arena quiet until
Mercedes came out, and it was just nobody was doing
the CEO dance, nobody.

Speaker 4 (18:50):
Was doing the singing the CEO ceo. It was all
just radio silence.

Speaker 2 (18:57):
Even aew was like, Okay, I guess we got to
cut the commercial in the middle of this. I think
they thought the crowd was going to be more lit
and more into it. But like, I don't know what
AW has done because Mercedes Monenee was so damn talented.
She was so she's so good at everything that she does.
But I think she either needs to be rebranded or
repackaged or what. But the crowd just does not care

(19:18):
about her right now, and she had all eight of
her titles, aren't doing any favors. The fact that there's
really no build now. She's like randomly teeming with Athena
against Tony Storm, but she has her own problems with
Forbidden Door and like there's going to be mac whoever
wins from CMLL is going to be her opponent. It's
just for the TVs title. Like I don't know, I'm

(19:38):
just not feeling anything Mercedes Monette is doing. But that
crowd was lit all night until Mercedes Monet came out.
They were even loud during the main event that we
just criticized, like they were allowed for everything with the
exception of Mercedes Monette. And I think that's that's a
scary sign for the most highly paid wrestler and Adew's roster.

Speaker 1 (19:56):
You know, you want to know why she's not as
big as she was is because they per debuted here
with an entire dynamite named after her, then they didn't
show her again for two months. Then when they showed her,
all she's ever done is when belt after a belt.
You know what people don't like winners? How many people
like Tom Brady, Ryan, Yeah, how many people like Lebron James, No, nobody, nobody.

(20:19):
Everybody hates Tom Brady. Everyone hates Lebron James. Everybody hates
people who win. That's what we do as Americans. We
hate people who are better than us. That's just the
nature of the be. Why does everybody hate the ww B?
Oh Triple Ah is the worst booker ever? Is he? Though?
Because ww is the best it's ever been? So No,
people just hate that. They just hate to hate. Nobody

(20:42):
likes a person who has eight belts and half the
belts aren't even belts. She went when Heart Invitational. That's
not a belt. Get rid of it. You're not defending it.
I don't even understand it.

Speaker 4 (20:51):
And she lost the payoff to the Oh you know
she lost it.

Speaker 1 (20:56):
Yeah, so get rid of it. Yeah, why do you
still have it? Yeah? It's it's like still holding onto
the money of the bank contract after you kept don't
cash in or do cash in or you lose. It's like, oh,
yeah I need just to keep.

Speaker 4 (21:10):
Yeah, I'll keep it for sentimental value.

Speaker 1 (21:12):
Yeah. John Cena and Baron Corbin are still rocking theirs. Yeah,
it doesn't make any sense, but that's why. But I
like it. It's a good, good bet. Yeah, she's just
not that person. My least valuable is a guy, and
it's due to his awkwardness, and we talked about it
but on our last show. But that's one Okata. I
think he got the same reaction as a Mercedes money

(21:33):
where the crowd was just not understanding him, not digging
it over it. Even his entrance when he interrupted it
was awkward. This dude is probably top five best wrestlers
in ae W. The dude is him. He always gets
huge pops. He has the best looking pro wrestling belt
of all time. I think it's gorgeous it is, and
he got radio silence. They had no idea what was

(21:56):
trying to say. It was an awkward brawl and like
we talked about in our last if he didn't catch it,
go check it out or aw weekly recap, But it
just was all sorts of like what are we doing here?
Good things sorting Ocada are so great that it doesn't matter,
but holy cow, Olcotta had a huge miss this week.
I even think he didn't even plan on saying that bitch.
I think he said it because he was like uh uh,

(22:17):
like Ricochet does with because he has nothing to say
or La Night with Yeah, He's like I'm stuck yeats,
That's what it felt like Ocada did. He was like
a bitch, yeah, and the crowd still didn't care. So yeah,
my lbed is Ocada. Just off of that alone, it
was a rough week for him.

Speaker 2 (22:34):
Yeah, at least you got a reaction, which Mercedes can't
say the same. Oh yeah, but yeah, it was still
still a rough week for Ocada. Definitely he needs Don Kallas.
Maybe he needs him to be cut in the promos form.

Speaker 1 (22:47):
Maybe Don Kallas was good at cutting promos. He's also
good at never leaving my TV screen. All right, MVD
and I'm a positive as always, my man, Who is
your MVD of the week.

Speaker 2 (22:57):
I'm going with the newly reunited cop and Cage. I
think that's was probably the best moment on Dynamite this week.
I think that was the you know, I like the
story that they've been telling. I like that this wasn't
that this was a slow burn, that this wasn't something
that just happened overnight.

Speaker 4 (23:17):
You know.

Speaker 2 (23:17):
Cope told Christian to go find himself all in Christian
Cage went away for a couple of weeks. He came back,
still was the jerk. He had no remorse for anything,
and then he lost his patriarchy and now he is
he has nobody else to go to but Adam Copeland
and Adam Copland feuding with FTR and he's gonna need.

Speaker 4 (23:38):
All the help he can get.

Speaker 2 (23:39):
And the way they hugged it out, the way the
segment worked, I thought, I thought it was done beautifully.

Speaker 4 (23:44):
Still felt a little rush with the announcement.

Speaker 2 (23:47):
From Tony Kahan that this match is made official for
forbidden or But other than that, I like the way
they hugged it out. I like the fact that Christian
Cage still isn't entirely sure about teaming with Adam Copeland.

Speaker 4 (23:57):
I like the Copeland still believes it him.

Speaker 2 (24:00):
I like I like them together, and I can't wait
for them to totally wreak of awesomeness and come back
and do their thing as a tag team.

Speaker 4 (24:09):
So I'm excited. I'm excited to see where this goes.

Speaker 2 (24:13):
I'm also a little sad about it because like we
said before that you know, this is probably the end
of Cope and Cage and pro wrestling, because I think
they wanted to retire together and we've had a really
fun run with Christian Cage as a heel, and now
we're probably gonna get a fun run from Adam Copland
before he hangs it up for good.

Speaker 4 (24:31):
But yeah, so I'm a little bit it's a little bittersweet,
but I am excited for this tag team run and
I think this was the moment of the night on
Dynamite for sure.

Speaker 1 (24:42):
You know, I like the Christian Cage is a full
babyface though he's still yeah, like that's over here, Like
hey guys, loam clap like like he used to do
as a good guy when he's always tried. That was
like his go to move is like, yeah, clapp until
the crowd got into him because they weren't. But no,
I'm loving it and I'm digging it, and that's a
good pick. My pick is gonna surprise you because in

(25:02):
the last episode that you gotta go check out, if
you didn't, was you hating on Will Ospray's return, But
my MBD is will Osprey because this man is so
over with the AW fans that he can straight up
fake an injury, say he's gonna be gone in a day,
come back a day, get a huge pop, and then

(25:22):
get a main event, lights out cage match for it.
Will Ospray is just that damn good. Whether I like
it or not, he is the man AW loves him.
He got jumped right into a feud with John Moxley
when I don't even think they had an interaction in
about seven years I did unless I missed something I
don't remember. Will Ospray and John mox and my bingo card,
it was all about dark Darby isn't the one who

(25:43):
challenged him. It was will Osprey Bruff. And not only that,
it's not like he was like me and Darby May,
if we're gonna challenge you with our friend. It was
I'm gonna get my friends and you're gonna get your friends,
and we're gonna wrestle May and lights out steel cage
match bruh, And I was like, huh, like where the Yeah,
it was Derby like, hey, guys up in the body
back and you guys get me out of something around

(26:05):
by Claudio after I put Willer Yuda in one. But like, yeah,
I gotta give it to prost man will Ospray. The
man just shows up and gets a vibe. Good to
him and anyone who can do that as an MVD.
In my opinion, that goes to will Ospray.

Speaker 2 (26:19):
He's got the sut Rollins effect down to the faked
an injury, came back, gets a main event match and
Seth Rollins won a world title because of it, and
now he's back in the in the top of the WWE,
And I think will Osprey is kind of doing the
same thing.

Speaker 4 (26:34):
But yeah, I like that he controlled everything. Maybe this
is leading to Darby Allen.

Speaker 2 (26:39):
Versus will Ospray in the future too, like hey, I
didn't I didn't need your help, I had it, Or
what are you doing challenging these guys like this is
my this is my fight.

Speaker 4 (26:47):
This doesn't concern you.

Speaker 2 (26:49):
I don't know, but I do like the direction of
will Osprey team with Darby Allen and going up against
the death Riders.

Speaker 4 (26:55):
But after this, we need to move on from the
Death Writers.

Speaker 2 (26:58):
We need to either after all out the John Moxley
either needs to take a break or we just need
to kind of move on from the Death Writers.

Speaker 1 (27:06):
As a threat, Dude, will osbrig against Darby Allen, somebody
is going to die in that match, all right, there
it is. That's our aw unpopular opinion and LBD MVD
