Speaker 1 (00:01):
Welcome to another episode to two Dudes with Attitudes of
wrestling podcasts with Ryan and Joys Wrestling and am WO.
And you were tuning into our a w audition where
we're gonna talk all things Collision, Dynamite, Collision, but we
got some Wrestle Dream predictions all eight matches on the

(00:23):
main card that you can take to the DraftKings Bank
as long as you don't live in California like me. So, Ryan,
are you excited to talk wrestling? I mean, I thought Collision,
Dynamite and Collision were actually good shows. And we'll see
about Wrestling Dream.

Speaker 2 (00:35):
I thought AW had a pretty solid week with everything
they did, and yeah, I'm wrestled Dream kind of has
a little hit or miss for me. But other than that,
talk about that. And then's some big news going on
on AW two Andrade apparently is with the company, but
now he's not with the company because of the non compete.
Chris Jericho's on the way out. He's announced his Jericho

(00:58):
Cruise and it's all people that are currently signed with
TNA or currently with the WWE or busted Open who
has a partnership with w Yeah is jared about that?
Is Jericho? Cruise for twenty twenty six, which is like
next October. I think he's already announced the guest list
and it's nobody from AEW, which usually he has people
from AW.

Speaker 3 (01:18):
Oh the aw.

Speaker 1 (01:19):
Yeah, yeah, I think the two dudes should go on
that cruise. But although it's like twelve thousand dollars to
go on it.

Speaker 3 (01:27):
Ko is gonna do it.

Speaker 2 (01:28):
I would.

Speaker 3 (01:29):
Let's look it up. Imagine the two dudes taking that over.
We could podcast from that damn ship home Jericho on it.

Speaker 2 (01:35):
That'd be fun. That'd be fun. But apparently yeah, WWE,
it's all WWE people this year, so that could be
a rumor that he's on the way out. And then
the other news is j oh so So Samoa joseaid
that he's retiring from wrestling when his AEW contract is up.
So a lot of big news going on in the
world of wrestling with retirements.

Speaker 3 (01:58):
Why does everybody want to retire?

Speaker 1 (01:59):
Come on, aj Styles here, samo Joe, You're gonna have
twenty twenty seven bro.

Speaker 3 (02:04):
Get out of here with that? All right, Well, we
got something to talk about. Let's hit that music.

Speaker 4 (02:09):
Two dudes with attitudes, let's go too, dudes, and that
attitudes rootless aggressively speaking.

Speaker 3 (02:16):
So let's due this.

Speaker 4 (02:17):
We're brown and didn't they here they get your attention
of five starf brow cans stalk to that and whether
it's the e or's so the two dudes with the
attitudes of brinnan Hay get the point. Ye, so on
time to lacky listen to the podcast when they get
it popping.

Speaker 1 (02:41):
So the Drotti stuff is kind of interesting. Here's my thing, right.
For one, I don't think any reliable source of set it.
I think some random dude iss basement said it. Now
everybody's saying it, right, That's what always happens.

Speaker 3 (02:50):
Or not true or not. I really don't care.

Speaker 1 (02:52):
But here's my thing, right, Why if this is true,
let's just pretend it's true. It's one hundred percent accurate.
Why does WW care like Andrade's not bringing money to
a No one gave he appeared and no one gave
a shit. Literally, it was the first time ever that
I saw AW hardcore fans who literally sucked the teat
on everything. Tony Kndud literally said this was a bad decision,

(03:15):
like they I didn't see anybody praise it, so I
was WW like, oh hell no, hell, no, let's do.
They ain't about to make no no, people are laughing
at af You should have let them do. You should
have said, dude, go have fun. Like what does it matter?
I don't even get if it's true, Like I don't.

Speaker 2 (03:32):
Yeah, I think there's more to the story than we know,
as always is the case. But I read somewhere today
that said that it's there's like a it's a loophole,
that he didn't have one, but because he determined he
violated the company's wellness policies allegedly because we don't know
that to be true either, but that they added a

(03:56):
non compete. They said, actually, you know what, since you
you failed your drug test, we're going to hold you
for a ninety day non compete. So it wasn't in
his contract, but apparently it was because he was.

Speaker 1 (04:10):
Pretty much every single person they're injured. No, your contract's
now another two years because you were injured for two
years in your five year contract.

Speaker 2 (04:17):
Yeah, but he had already Yeah, but apparently he had
already left and that's why he was able to go
on TV. And then w W decided to enforce this
because they don't want. What they don't want is for
wrestlers to go, Huh, if I want to just get
out of my contract without having to do the ninety
day thing, let me just fail a drug test and

(04:37):
then they'll they'll cut me and then I can go
right back. But I think that's I think there's like
there's so now they're doing this to set an example
and just you know, to so you don't So they
fixed the glitch like an office space, you know, but
you know.

Speaker 1 (04:54):
He got out to one of the best comedies Evermber.

Speaker 2 (04:58):
Yeah, we have that glitch. But yeah, I think I
think it's just the loophole that they don't. You know,
they they have the no standard, don compete if you
get released, but they didn't have anything in place if
you got released because you failed a drug test. So
they threw this in there to enforce it. And now
Aw's having to suffer the consequences in Andrade because and

(05:20):
because he technically breaches contract. Now they're saying he can't
come back. W W may hold him out out for
one year instead of the ninety days. So a lot
of craziness going on in the story, which is just unbelievable.

Speaker 3 (05:34):
Well, the worst part about it is if they go
to court, it'll be even longer. It won't even matter anyway.

Speaker 1 (05:39):
So but I'm assuming TKO being such a huge company
that they know what the hell they're doing. I don't
think they would do this without knowing they're going to
win or they're in the right, correct, I mean I
would assume.

Speaker 2 (05:50):
Yeah, I don't know. I don't think who knows, Yeah,
who knows anyway?

Speaker 1 (05:55):
Whatever, I mean, Likedi, nobody wants them, I know, like
this is this is all this over and Drada that's
the thing, Like this was like CM punk or John
Many Edge or when Dopland came or something like something.

Speaker 3 (06:09):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (06:10):
Yeah. And then there's also speaking of Copeland, there's a
rumor too that the w w's.

Speaker 1 (06:15):
Wrestling John Cena his last matches Saturay Night's made a
fat Yeah.

Speaker 2 (06:18):
Yeah, that's the rumor for real. Oh, they're saying that
that w w E is enforcing this, and then they'll
they'll say, actually, you know what, if you give us
Edge for John Cena's last match at Saturday Night's pain event,
we won't enforce it, so you can have Andrada.

Speaker 3 (06:35):
So there's that.

Speaker 2 (06:36):
There's that rumor too that's going out that w w
E is doing this to try to get the leverage
to get edge on TV for John Cena's last match, which.

Speaker 1 (06:45):
I want the name of who you read this from?
This is I called bullshit. It's completely that. Yeah, and
why would TK be like uker my top one are
my top five stars.

Speaker 3 (06:56):
For a drade? Like yeah, I know this is god
the Internet.

Speaker 2 (07:04):
I think that was a Meltzer source. I think it
was a me Brian Alvarez or Dave one of that. Yeah.

Speaker 1 (07:11):
Yeah, they're inside of each other. Yeah, there's no but
they're both the biggest morons effort. That's why I'm waiting
for Monday when Seth Rollins comes out and there's no
talk of an injury whatsoever.

Speaker 3 (07:20):
And I hope they do it that way.

Speaker 1 (07:22):
I hope he just comes out and he just I
get people constantly they're like, it's a shoulder, bro, do
you don't know anything? Where did you read this? Where
are you reading? Dave Meltzer is the only person in
the whole world who has said this. There have been
people who have re showed the article who have stated
what Dave Meltzer has said, but nobody has said they
know anything.

Speaker 3 (07:42):
It's only.

Speaker 1 (07:44):
Yes and Dave Meltzer in his report smartly worded it
where he didn't even say it.

Speaker 3 (07:51):
He put reportedly. He put a legend.

Speaker 1 (07:54):
There was no like anything on there that was like, yes,
this is what happened, and every he is buying into it.
The whole world is like, oh no, this is what's
going on. Like it's it's why, this is what's wrong
with our world. This is like how with politics we
hear one thing on TikTok and we run with it.
It's just bananas, But we got to start the show.
Insane people. If you're young or old and you listen

(08:17):
to the internet, stop stop TikTok. Algorithm is telling you
what you want to hear or what you don't want
to hear. It's tom It listens to you everything everything.
So either watch the actual news. I don't give a
shit if it's Fox News or CNN. Listen to that
for most of it. Believe only what you need to believe,

(08:37):
not everything is freaking real. I'm like boggle by how
stupid people are in this world. So by far, Ryan's
looking up some stuff He's trying to see source of
who says Seth Rollin says like I have people literally
like his rotator cup Bro, do not anything. It's just rotator,
cup Bro. I'm like, where, I'm not saying it isn't,

(09:00):
but for you to tell me it is, it's just
as stupid as me saying it wasn't.

Speaker 3 (09:05):
I'm like, literally.

Speaker 1 (09:06):
I'm saying I don't believe anything because nothing has been said. Like,
it's just so freaking stupid. He he was out and
about in public and only one person saw him and
took a picture with him with a sling on. Nobody
else in the history of that place was around him. Yeah,
that wasn't planned. That wasn't him setting that up. Did

(09:28):
you see the picture? He's like this, like what.

Speaker 3 (09:32):
In the like?

Speaker 2 (09:32):
What are we? Like? Why would take that?

Speaker 1 (09:37):
And that picture got taken after Meltzer was like backstage
I heard that he was so I guarantee Seth saw
that and was like, all right, I'm gonna sling at
CBS and literally a sling to anyway, this is a
w let's talk about AW. I'm just my head stupidity
in this world.

Speaker 3 (09:55):
But oh you're back, Let's go.

Speaker 1 (09:57):
No.

Speaker 2 (09:57):
I just I just think it's it wouldn't be an
AW pay per view week without something some sort of
BS going on. Behind the scenes. But I don't think
we'll know anything more about this Andred situation until the
post show media scrum on Saturday, because you know, that's
going to be all everybody talks about and the media
when they ask him questions, it's going to be all

(10:18):
about Andrade and not about the wrestlers, not about Darby
Allen and John Moxley, who are literally going to kill
themselves in the ring for our entertainment. They're going to
be asking about Andrede who may or may not be
with WW with AEW or WW who knows.

Speaker 3 (10:32):
So it's a little ridiculous, stupid, stupid, stupid.

Speaker 1 (10:36):
All right, let's get into it, you ready, Let's talk
tout collision, babe. You want to know why, because it's Saturday, Saturday.

Speaker 2 (10:43):
They brought that jam back, Yeah to this episode they did.

Speaker 1 (10:47):
By the way, Joe Flacco and the Bengals beat Aaron
Rodgers and the Steelers.

Speaker 3 (10:50):
I just want you to know that. In casey all
way tuning and in.

Speaker 2 (10:53):
Crazy thirty three thirty one.

Speaker 3 (10:55):
Here's the thing, right, here's the thing. Sorry, off top
it again.

Speaker 1 (10:58):
If you're a Schnor Standards fan, right, like one of
these people who like worship him like they do aw
where they can't do any wrong. Any think Shoudrth Sanders
is actually good. You should be praying for him not
to play a snap for the Cleveland Browns because he's
not good. And you know who isn't gonna be good
on the Cleveland Browns. Anybody who plays the quarterback with
somethink that Dylan Gabriel was awful. Joe Flacco played four

(11:21):
games for this Cleveland Browns team and sucked ass. He
has been on two games with the Bengals and is
a superstar, and the Bengals aren't good. So what does
that say? If you are a should fan Sanders fan,
you are praying that he does not play. Stop trying
to get him out there, because he's gonna get out there.
He's gonna suck, and guess what's gonna happen. We're gonna
run him out of the NFL. If you love him,

(11:42):
hope he gets traded. Let Dylan Gabriel fin out the
finish out the season, Maybe bring in Deshaun Watson, let
him get a few massages. I'm just telling you right now,
if you're an aw fan, you probably like Shoudorg Sanders don't.

Speaker 3 (11:53):
Don't.

Speaker 1 (11:54):
Don't hope for him in that field. I'm telling you
that there are cancer events. It's just not do not
get their team is the coach is awful. I don't
care if anybody says their team is awful. All right,
Let's get into collision. That was my that was my
TED talk for today. Let's go to a collision first.
The thing we want to talk about. The acclaimed or sorry,
the not acclaimed. Max Caster and Anthony Bowens teamed up

(12:16):
and not only argued the entire match, but the entire match,
bickered the entire match and still found a way to
beat Brian Keith and Big Bill. Big Bill was borderline
wardlow win it up not too long ago, and now
he is losing to two dysfunctional former tag team teammates
who can't even get on the same page. And after

(12:38):
the match, Max Caster and Anthony Bowenes swore to the
moon that they are not a tag team. They will
never rustle again, but they are going to wrestle together.
But they hate each other. They're both morons, blah blah blah,
and Brian Keith and Big Bill got punked in the
back by the brand new Bang Bang Gang where they're
probably gonna lose them next.

Speaker 3 (12:55):
So what say you?

Speaker 1 (12:57):
I know, we gotta this is better for Castor and Bowens.
They broke up for no reason. They look like dog shit,
both of them, for no reason. They weren't working. Put
them back together. Let's see what happens. You gotta have
some casualties in that process, right, You've got to have
them beat people no matter what.

Speaker 3 (13:15):
But are you.

Speaker 1 (13:16):
Upset that it's Big Bill and Brian Keith? And are
you upset that Big Bill and Brian Keith are now
going to lose to the new Bang Bang Gang?

Speaker 3 (13:22):
What say you?

Speaker 2 (13:23):
I think I'm not upset that the Acclaimed or Max
Caster and Anthony Bowens rather are beat Big Bill and
Brian Keith, because I think I don't think anybody like
if let's just say they were the Acclaimed and they
were on the same page, nobody would be blinkoln and
I at them beating Big Bill and Brian Keith. I
think people would be great. A tax Team member, Yeah yeah,

(13:45):
people would be like, Okay, that's that's a good win.
But I am upset that the Bang Bang Gang, which
doesn't have.

Speaker 3 (13:52):
Doesn't have any of their good members.

Speaker 2 (13:54):
Yeah, it doesn't have, Jay White doesn't have is Jush
Robinson and one half of the Guns, and to me,
like Big Bill and Brian not even the good Gun. Yeah,
should steamroll them, but they're probably not going to, and
that that does irritate me. But I do like it
for the Tag Division, which I've been speaking very highly

(14:14):
over the last couple of weeks, that they are telling
stories outside of the Tag Team Championships. You know, you
got the Bucks and Jurassic Express, You've got the Acclaimed
potentially getting back together. You've got Adam Copeland and Christian
Cage and their thing with FTR. So there's a lot
of cool stories going on in ADW within the Tag Division,
which I think is pretty cool. But yeah, I don't

(14:35):
like that it's coming at the expense of Big Bill
and Brian Keith. I think Big Bill needs to go
solo sooner rather than later, because you know, he was
having some banger matches with Powerhouse Hobbs and some other
great matches earlier in the year. Then he wrestled Adie
Kingston at All Out in his return match and he lost,
and now he's been losing ever since. So I don't

(14:56):
mind that they lost to the Acclaimed, but I don't
like that they're probably going to lose to the Bang
Bang Gang. I don't think that makes any sense at all.

Speaker 3 (15:04):
Do you think Casser and Bone get back together again.

Speaker 2 (15:07):
I think they will. I think this. I think it's
going to be a while, probably another month or two
of them continuously, continuously bickering. But I think eventually Billy
Gunn's gonna come back and sit these guys down and
be like, look you remember how like look at your
record when you guys were apart, look at look at
how bad you were, Max, look at how bad you

(15:29):
were Bowen's look at how bad like everything, And now
look at you guys as a tag team. And I
think they're gonna be They're going to realize that they are,
even though they may not like each other, that they
are better together than they are apart. And that may
be why they went with the storyline of the Max
Cast Open Challenge, that may be why Anthony Bowen sucks
so bad as a singles wrestler, so they could realize

(15:49):
that they were better together than they are apart. And
then then I think they get back together and they
add some more depth to the tag division.

Speaker 1 (15:56):
I actually think this is great for them, but I
don't agree with you. I think they put them separately
and Kaing was so god awful that they said, we
cannot waste these two guys are the best tag team
in aw history. We need to utilize them or they're
gonna leave us. So let's figure it out. And I
think they're doing this. I think it'd be nice to
have them back together, kind of as a dysfunctional tag team.

Speaker 3 (16:17):
I wouldn't mind it eventually becoming the Acclaimed again.

Speaker 1 (16:21):
I think it can go on for a half a year,
or why not let them Wressell, let them win other
than even get closer tag team go, they'll win it
and they're dysfunctioned, and then all of a sudden they
realize they do need each other, and then they're the
Acclaimed again, and we get Maxcaster rapping on the ramp again,
and it's all like a beautiful thing.

Speaker 3 (16:37):
I'd be all for that.

Speaker 1 (16:37):
I think that'd be great storytelling, something that I kind of, Oh,
you got something, you good.

Speaker 2 (16:42):
I was just gonna say, we're about to have, you know,
spoiler alert for Wrestle Dream, but we're about to have
another dysfunctional tag team potentially win the AAW Tag Team
Championships there too, So maybe it's a dysfunctional tag team
match versus like versus another dysfunctional tag team later on
down the line, which could be a cool story, like

(17:04):
who's gonna are these guys? Can they? Can they any
of them trust each other to win the Tag Team Championships?

Speaker 3 (17:09):
Who's the most dysfunctional?

Speaker 2 (17:11):
All right?

Speaker 1 (17:12):
Something I really like too is Daniel Garcia getting that
into the Death Writers and the death Writers were on collision,
and the death Writers were on that other collision, which
we'll talk about, but Daniel Garcia, it opened up with
them like in a stairway like always.

Speaker 3 (17:24):
I think they live there. I don't know.

Speaker 1 (17:26):
But Daniel Garcia is like cutting this promo. He finally
doesn't have just a black hoodie. He has like an
owl on it, and al, he's like stepped up this game.
He listened to me, I said he looked too generic.
All of a sudden he's got an owl on his
black hoodie. Yeah, Daniel Garcia, what's good? So Daniel Garcia's
cutting probably the promo is a freaking life. He's giving
it to darby calling him worthless. He needs to use weapons.

(17:46):
I do like the fact that then pot came in.
They cut over the pock, which does he does look
awful that hair. He doesn't look scary. He's like steroid
it up, the biggest has ever been. But his hair
is just makes him look like a nerd who knew
how to work out. But he cuts a prob and
basically makes fun of Darby Allen for having to use
tactics and kill his body and do this, even though
that's John Moxley would a one. But they cut a

(18:08):
fantastic promo and all of a sudden, because Marina Shaffer
is there, everyone's there but Claudio. I guess Claudio's out,
but then he's back in on dynamite. I don't know
what's going on. But they cut over and Moxley just
like appears and he basically says, next time I see you,
I'm smashing your face in it. Fan fantastic. I know
people are getting sick of it. People don't like the
death writers same ol Samel.

Speaker 3 (18:28):
I don't know. I I love it.

Speaker 1 (18:30):
I think adding in Garcia was fantastic. I think he's
doing great. He's he looks he can look like a
bad just because he's skinny. When he's not doing his
stupid dance in his fake New York and stuff.

Speaker 3 (18:41):
He doesn't.

Speaker 1 (18:42):
He doesn't look like a whimpy dude. Now with the hoodie,
he's all in black. He's rolling with Moxley, who's jacked
as fuck, and Pac. He like a real threat. He
doesn't look like Wheeler Youda. Actually, Wheler, you like a
tough guy. They just look like a badass group of dudes.

Speaker 3 (18:59):
You hadn't. I don't know.

Speaker 1 (19:01):
I liked it. I thought this was a fantastic probo.
I think it got slept on because I didn't see
anybody talk about it.

Speaker 3 (19:05):
But I enjoyed it.

Speaker 1 (19:06):
I thought it was fun stuff on collision, especially on
a collision. I thought it was great.

Speaker 2 (19:10):
Yeah, I thought this was really cool for it being
on collision. I thought this was a great promo. Marina
Shafir has the best. She's second best in all of
wrestling behind Roman Reigns when it comes to facial expressions.
She is fantastic with the facial expressions that she makes.
And you mentioned that, you know what pauc was saying about.

(19:32):
You know, Darby Allen being a disgrace to wrestling because
he has to use all these cheap tactics, and you know,
Daniel Garcia is saying the same thing, and you mentioned that,
you know, John Moxley does the same thing. I think
they were they may have been kind of alluding to
John Moxley as well, because pauc was saying that, you know,
we don't settle for mediocrity and the death writers. You know,

(19:52):
you you do all these crazy stunts and all these
crazy spots, and you do all this and you're a
disgrace to wrestling. But what if John Moxley loses, because like,
is that then that that'll be you know, he lost
to Hangman Adam Page all in, he got pinned by
Samoa Joe recently when they were competing for the Trios Championships.

(20:13):
They lost that, and then now he's going to lose
to Darby Allen. So is this a way to like
kick John Moxley out of the group that he was
the one making the mediocre, He was the one. He's
also the one that everybody says is a disgrace to
wrestling because he gets you know, spike stuck in his
face whenever he's doing all these crazy stuff and he's
bleeding all the time. Everyone jokes about that so that

(20:34):
that's kind of what I took from it too, Like, yeah,
he was talking to Darby Allen, but maybe he was
alluding to John Moxley that like maybe if he loses,
he's not their guy anymore, and maybe there's a big
surprise coming at the end of Russel Dream.

Speaker 1 (20:48):
I mean, if mox is out to death right, he
is going back to WW That's all I gotta say.
All Right, we had one more thing happened on Collision.
We had Kenny Omega talked about the Don Kallis family.
Let again, I feel like you can't have Kenny Omega
without Don Kallis. And he was getting interviewed and all
of a sudden he got a knock on his door
and didn't walk Jack Perry. He's like old Jack Perry,
but knew Jack Perry. It's kind of weird, But basically

(21:11):
what I liked about it was Jack said he wanted
to help Kenny Omega, him and lucasort Is gonna have
his back, And basically Kenny was like, what the are
you taught? Last time I had saw you, you wanted
nothing to do. You try to attack, you hurt this,
You've done that. You betrayed me. You're a piece of shit.
You blah blah blah and this and that, and Jack
Perry was like, look, I know, I know, but here's
the thing. You may not like me, you may not

(21:32):
respect me, you may not want to have my back,
but we have the same common enemy.

Speaker 3 (21:36):
Let's do this. That was enough.

Speaker 1 (21:38):
Kenny Omega's old. He forgets things, so he had already
forgotten what he said. He was like, huh, what what
are you doing in here?

Speaker 3 (21:43):
Jack Perry? And he was all for it. And they're
gonna wrestle dynamite. What say you.

Speaker 1 (21:49):
The thing that I liked about this, though, was that
the shit that he was talking about happened how long ago.

Speaker 3 (21:53):
Jack Perry's been gone forever. Now I like that kind
of stuff.

Speaker 1 (21:56):
The one thing I hated during the vinsick Man era
was that after it has happened, it will never be
brought up again, and we would just forget history. It's
the same thing that happens when WWE RUSS go to
NXT or NXC goes to TNA.

Speaker 3 (22:20):
There we are that he did betray him and everything else,
and then.

Speaker 1 (22:23):
That he vocalized it, and now he's going to go
ahead and work with them just because they both hate
the Don Kallas family.

Speaker 3 (22:30):
So I did like that, Thank you AW for keep
it a true true with storylines.

Speaker 2 (22:34):
Yeah, and that's the that was the thing that surprised
me the most. Was usually AW when it comes to
long term stories like that, Like that was a year ago,
a year and a half ago, and you know the
fact that I kind of forgot that Jack Berry took
Kenny Omeg out on that stretcher and beat him up
and then dangled the guts and everything on TV and

(22:55):
all that Jazz. I completely forgot all about that, and
then it was right before he took out Tony Kahan
as well, and you know, but so shout out to
them for bringing that up, mentioning that and reminding us that, oh,
that's why these two guys don't really trust each other.
The only thing, the only other thing I don't really
like as of right now. And I think they kind

(23:15):
of addressed it on Dynamite. But why is Jack Perry
feuding with the young Bucks? Like that's the one thing,
Like why did he turn on them? Why is he
Why is he mad at them? Why are they I
get Kenny Omega not trusting Jack Perry that makes sense,
But why is Jack Perry upset with the why with
the bucks that they haven't really.

Speaker 3 (23:36):
He explained it.

Speaker 2 (23:37):
He did on dynamite.

Speaker 1 (23:38):
Yeah, on dynamite, so because we're not going to talk
about them on dynamite, But on dyamite he said he
cut a probo where he was pretending to cut a
piece of wood, and he basically said, when I was hurt,
when I was down, when I was you guys did
not answer my phone call once.

Speaker 3 (23:52):
The only person who did was Lujahsaurus. So he did
explain it.

Speaker 1 (23:55):
And then the best part was they went out and
beat the dog Cows family. So the dog Cows me
have a celebration on Dynamite of how great they are.
Happy birthday, don Kallis, and on a funny scene where
a kind of hangs up on takesha but they would
and lose what the bazar Yes, and then you just

(24:15):
go ahead and just have him job out it weird stuff,
but nonetheless, Yeah, but I did like that and he
did at least explain it. Whether you liked the explanation
or not, he did explain why. And I actually liked
that because it happened outside of the realm of wrestling,
like when they were gone. Because Jack Perry did disappeared,
I didn't hear the Young Bucks bring him up one,
So yeah, I.

Speaker 2 (24:35):
Like no, I like it too. This brought new life
to the feud. And you know, obviously Kenny Omega was
going after Andrede that that's when they brought Andrede in.
He attacked Kenney Omega. So this is definitely a pivot
for ken I think they were setting up Kenny Omega
versus and Dreda at wrestled Dream. Obviously that didn't that's
not going to pan out, so they pivoted and went

(24:57):
this direction. And I actually liked this the way they
did this better than him versus Andrade because this is
a this is long term storytelling. This is you know,
years of animosity built up and now they're going to
work together to fight the common enemy of the Young Bucks.
It's it's good stuff.

Speaker 3 (25:13):
I agree. It was a great collision.

Speaker 1 (25:14):
All right, speaking of collision, let's get into it. We
got dynamite end collision.

Speaker 3 (25:18):
They did them both. It was like they said it
was a three hour episode.

Speaker 1 (25:21):
It was like three hours and like twenty minutes because
you know, aw has to go over no matter what
they do. But the first thing we want to talk
about is Tony Storm and Chris dat Land are opening
the show. I'll actually let you lead this one. They
open up the show, they ended up in the ring.
What say you break it down?

Speaker 3 (25:35):
And what did you think of this little opening of Dynamite.

Speaker 2 (25:38):
The thing that got me was Renee Piquette losing her shit.
Usually she is calm, cool and collected, but she lost
it on them and then blows two yeah and then
you know, and then they're like, is this interview over?
And they're like, yes it is, and then great, meet
me in the ring. And then they go to the
ring and then they start fighting, I guess, and then
they're like making out at the end. I'm like, this

(26:01):
is strange, you know, Like I like the pairing of
Chris Statlander and Tony Storm. I think it's going to
be a good match and I can't wait. But this
is a unique build. Like Tony Storm is just acting
like you can't live without the championship. She needs that title,
that she is that title, that title is her and
it's around the race of the wrong person. Chris stat

(26:22):
Lander's out here to prove that she's the best and
she's beaten the best before, and you know it's a
good build. I just don't understand all the lovey dovey
Mickey Audi stuff there that they were doing at the end.
That to me, like, that's the stuff that you know,
as hot as she is and as great as she is,
and you know, we don't need we don't need that
all the time with Tony Storm.

Speaker 1 (26:43):
Yeah, at least it was only the forehead this time,
so only like kissed her on the forehead.

Speaker 2 (26:47):
Here's my thing.

Speaker 1 (26:48):
I watched this promo and the one thing you asked
me last week if Tony Storm was the greatest character
you know ever, like actually character right and women, And
I didn't say.

Speaker 3 (27:01):
She was, and I still do think she is.

Speaker 1 (27:02):
But if she does what she did in this promo
with the interview, I think she can be. She is
really really Like I have a tattoo on my entire arm.
It's like seven eight inches of Charlie Chaplin on my arm.
I am an old school Hollywood fan. I used to
write screenplays. I wanted to be a film person my
entire life. I wanted to write scripts. And Tony's Storm.

(27:26):
If you watch old time movies, that shit's not easy
to act like in her she wasn't being a lesbian
when she's just Tony's Storm and she's doing that acting
and she was talking about this and she's so that's hard.

Speaker 3 (27:40):
That's not an easy way to act. And you know how,
I know because.

Speaker 1 (27:44):
Chris Statlander is not there yet and she doesn't have
a character. She was copying Tony's Storm. She was like
literally trying to talk. I don't know if you caught it.
She was like, well, I'm gonna she get sassy and
it didn't work.

Speaker 3 (27:59):
And then that's what I did too.

Speaker 1 (28:03):
Yeah, she was trying to sound like Tony Storm. She
was trying to do it, and I didn't like that.
Like Mercedes Money and Tony Storm, Mercedes Money never was
Tony Storm. Sure she pretended to be the old Tony Storm,
but she never like that. She was her own person.
That's a great thing about it, Mercedes Money and Tony Storm.
It was nice because Tony was Tony Mercedes mer Mercedes

(28:24):
you don't need to have. But Chris doesn't have a character.
So this let me down on what we're doing with
Chris Stante Leonard, because sure, if she does beat Russell Dream,
which will pre Dick later and beat Tony Storm again.
But where do you go after Tony Storm? And what
do you do with Tony Storm? Tony Storm is just
so damn good. And I actually didn't mind it. They
were She was like, I'm over this ship. We go
to the ring, yep and their friends. They went to

(28:45):
the ring and they took turns beating each other up
and had a good time and left.

Speaker 3 (28:49):
I liked it.

Speaker 1 (28:50):
It was like a mutual respecting. So I dig this opening,
and I thought it was nice to see the women
open the show. But yes, I think that segment showed
how truly great Tony's Storm is. This chit could do
no wrong.

Speaker 2 (29:03):
She is fantastic and you're right, and I think she's
definitely carrying her weight in this fugue. She's carrying this
fugue in a big way. And curious to see what
happens on Sunday Saturday. This segment did make me intrigued
for their match, So the mission was accomplished on that regard.

Speaker 3 (29:21):
Yeah, for sure.

Speaker 1 (29:22):
All right, Well, once again we were at it again.
We had a lot of death writers on here. We're
gonna talk two more times about the death writers. Was
a death writers heavy week, but Darby Allen and John
Moxley had to meet up to talk. But Moxley said,
if I see you again, I'm gonna smash her face in.
So they met at a prison cell like visitation center

(29:43):
because that's what it was. It was the phones like
behind the glass.

Speaker 3 (29:47):
But they met, they're talking.

Speaker 1 (29:49):
I actually liked what they said because we brought this
up last I'm telling you they listen to what we say.

Speaker 3 (29:54):
We lit up. Two things were changed after we talked
about it last week.

Speaker 1 (29:57):
But they said it out of our seven view ers
on that aw episode, one of them was an AEW employee,
but they had Moxley said, this match makes no sense
because you're not gonna quit and I'm not gonna quit,
so it's basically pointless. And I said, we said there's
no way neither of these guys are gonna quit. So
I'm curious on how it's gonna happen. We'll talk about

(30:18):
that in predictions. But basically they had a pretty good promo.
They went back and forth. Darby's Darby Allen, it is
what it is. Then all of a sudden, Pac I
guess was also in prison or he was also visiting.
I don't know who was in prison who was not,
and basically just beat the shit. I guess Darby Allen
forgot how to wrestle. He no longer could beat people up.
He just took a beating from Pac who's like a
B level wrestler in aew right now got the ship

(30:39):
beat out of him. He chewed on a blood capsule
he got at a spirit Halloween and then he got
slammed up against the glass, spit it all over it,
and John Muxley walked away and closed the door. Nonetheless,
it fit the bill. I know people probably are shitting
on it. I didn't really look in the internet, but
I enjoyed it. I thought it was fun.

Speaker 3 (30:58):
I thought it was fitting to what they were gonna
do it.

Speaker 1 (31:00):
But I liked that they brought up good points of
the fact that how can we make each other quit
when none of us are ever going to quit?

Speaker 2 (31:06):
You know? Yeah, I actually think this was the highlight
of the entire episode.

Speaker 3 (31:10):
I thought, there you go.

Speaker 2 (31:12):
This was a fantastic segment. This was It was well produced,
It was very well shot. The the one part where
they shot it where you can see John Moxley looking
and you see the back of Darby Allen's head.

Speaker 3 (31:24):
But you see his reflection, Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.

Speaker 2 (31:28):
You see his face in the reflection looking right at it.
Like it was just it was shot so well and
so good. And you know, we always give aew crap
for having good ideas and poor execution. This was a
great idea and they executed it beautifully, so I think
they need a lot of credit for that. I think
this was a really cool way to do this, face
to face, better than doing it in the ring again,

(31:52):
doing another contract signing, doing you know, meeting backstage somewhere,
like they actually showed some creativity and yeah, I like
everything that they said. And the one thing, the one
thing that caught me off guard was what Darby Allen
said when he said that, you know, there's not a
day that's gone by where I haven't thought about joining

(32:12):
the Death Writers. I thought that was really really strange.
And then he was like, but then I saw what
because yeah at Wrestle Dream then like that that made
me say no, And I was like, that was never
Like they beat up Darby, they meet up Brian Danielson,
and then you guys attacked John Boxley, Like that was
a really strange thing for him to say, and but thy.

Speaker 3 (32:35):
Thought it was weird. He said it on the microphone
on the announceally the announcers. Now he was like, that
was weird. I don't know why I was brought up.
Even he didn't get it.

Speaker 2 (32:43):
He was like, all right, but but either way, I
still like the segment. I thought it was great. I
like the fact that John Moxley said on a collision,
I'm gonna bash his face in, but then he has
Pop bashed his face in instead, John and John John
Moxley walked out of there looking like a legit badass,
and then they go right to the ring for Claudio's

(33:04):
just everything floats. Probably it was such a great segment.
It was really really good, probably one of the best
things that they've done all year.

Speaker 3 (33:12):
And Claudio one.

Speaker 1 (33:13):
So death Riders were right and high. Yeah, let's talk
about something that's not right and high though, that's one
Mercedes money. She had an interview backstage with Renee Piquet
where she had all eleven of her belts. She tied
Ultimate Dragon's record of holding eleven titles simultaneously. But let's
break it down because I posted on TikTok and I
got a much more love than I got hate, but
I had a lot of people hating because you know,

(33:33):
I'm racist because I don't like Mercedes are.

Speaker 3 (33:35):
I don't know shit.

Speaker 1 (33:36):
I don't know how to book blah blah blah. I
don't know wrestling. I don't watch AW because I don't understand. Well,
she doesn't defend any of those belts on AW, so
I don't know how me watching AGENT was to do anything.
Oh that she's helping revolutionize independent wrestling and women's wrestling
by winning belts and not defending them and holding them hostage,
I don't get it.

Speaker 3 (33:56):
But here's my thing.

Speaker 1 (33:57):
The reason why I hate this is one, not all
all the belts are defendable belts. The Owen Hart Championship
Belt should not count as a belt. That would be
like Stephanie Vakara saying she's a two time champion right
now that she has two belts. She doesn't have two belts.
The brons doesn't have two belts, so she doesn't have
eleven belts. So number one, it's in pallid there. Number two,
she's not defending any belts, including the TBS title, and
when she does defend her TBS title, which is an

(34:20):
AW belt, she wrestles pointless people, and she's about to
do it again.

Speaker 3 (34:24):
This is my thing with it.

Speaker 1 (34:25):
You can brag all you want, but Sasha Banks is
such a phenomenal superstar that she didn't need this to
help her out. And that's my problem with it. That's
why I don't enjoy what's going on. And I actually
think it's hurting her legacy, not helping her legacy. So
I'll let you respond. I'm going to disappear for a
second because I need a paper to out, but keep talking.

Speaker 3 (34:46):
I'll I can hear you.

Speaker 2 (34:48):
All right, Yeah, No, I think you're onto something. I
think you're spot on with your point that this is
hurting her legacy in a big way. These championships like cool,
she has le and belts, but she doesn't, like you said,
she's not going to defend him on TV. She's not
having a House of Glory Women's Pure Wrestling Championship match

(35:08):
on aw tel. So what good does it do? Yes,
maybe it gives them some notoriety by her carrying it,
but it doesn't do anything if she's not going to
defend it. But also the what is it leading to?
Like that's my question, Like I was putting together the
wrestle dreaming stuff for our predictions, and I was like, oh,
Mercedes is going to be on the cart. Mercedes is

(35:30):
going to be on the car. She's not on the car,
you know. And I don't like what is she doing
in aw right now? She's just kind of she's going
to feud for the TN TVs Championship, like you were saying,
but against some random nobody's like that. That's not helping
her at all. And I think she what Mercedes needs
is a good rivalry, a good Tony Storm, a good

(35:53):
I don't even like Chris Statlander, Harley Cameron, somebody like that,
to really sink her teeth into have a multi feud
and something for us to be invested in this veins
because right now, her going from Lacey Lane to unknown
wrestler from Tennessee to whoever else she's wrestling next to,
you know, Mina Shirahawa to you know, all these other people,

(36:16):
it's just kind of pointless. And then and then she's
not on the card at Russell Dream where she could
showcase these eleven belts on a big national level scale.
It's just it's just it's just there. I don't know
what the hell's going on with Mercedes, Like you know,
she's I feel like the women's division is thriving, but
Mercedes is not thriving. She's like the one thing that's

(36:38):
holding the women's division down.

Speaker 1 (36:40):
The sad thing is that I think this was all
because she never had a WrestleMania moment. I think she
thought she was held back in WWE, which she was.
I do think she did not get as much love
as a Becky Lynch Charlotte Flair as a Bailey, but
I think that was This is her point. She was like,
I'm gonna go to AW have in my contract that
I get to say what I can do and I'm doing,
and what I want to do is have every single

(37:01):
belt ever and break up records so that way I
can beat Charlotte Floor, I can be Becky Lynch. The
problem is not everybody knows what's best for them, and
this isn't best for her. And I'm not against Mercedes Money.
I love Mercedes Manet. I'd hang out with Mercedes Manee,
I would date Mercedes Manet. I will watch her wrestle
till the day I die. I love her in the ring,
although I don't think her matches have been great as

(37:22):
a lake, and I think her promas have gotten worse
because she doesn't have anything to talk about. What is
her character and how is she enhancing these belts at all?
Nobody knows what belt she has. She said, a whole
bunch of belts.

Speaker 3 (37:33):
She doesn't talk about them. She'll talk about it. She's
gonna defend it another organization. Oh I just win the
CML TATA bebe Yeah, okay, well what title? When? When
are you defending it? Are you gonna wrestle? You're gonna
fight with it? What about the TBS TUW do you have?
And then she's collecting belts.

Speaker 1 (37:50):
You had her lose once for a belt and it
was for the only belt that matter, and that was
aw World Championship. So she's collecting belts but she can't
even win the best one. It just I don't understand
what this is doing for her at all. I think sometimes,
and this is all people who are great at it, art, actors, directors, producers, wrestlers, athletes,

(38:10):
they don't always know what's best for them. And sometimes
you need somebody to step in and say, hey, this
isn't working, let's abort you. Tie the record, move on,
Let's do something else because she does. She needs to,
because I think this is hurting her legacy. And I
know there's a small minority of people who love her
no matter what, and that's fine, and they're already gonna
think it, But I'm talking about legacies. Aren't off the

(38:32):
people who love you, it's off the people who don't.
And this is hurting her majorly, just in my opinion,
my wrestling opinion.

Speaker 2 (38:41):
I agree. I think it's I could not care less
about Mercedes Mona at the moment, and that's that's set.
She's one of the best wrestlers that company has. She
was a fantastic character in WWE, She has a lot,
She has such a great background, but I don't give
a shit about her right now, a w and and
and that shouldn't be the case, because she she has

(39:03):
potential to be the face of that entire organization. She
has potential to be the face of that entire Wingen's division,
and right now, it's just she's just another girl that
happens to have a lot of titles. That's it, and
that's that's the crazy part. And then I also feel
like ae W is damned if they do, and damned
if they don't in this situation too, because you know

(39:23):
she's collected. They're making a big deal about her collecting
all these belts and everything. But if she defends them
on a w t V, she's gonna be competing against
CMLLL wrestlers. On ae W TV, she's gonna be competing
against wrestlers from other companies. And we've been dogging ae
W for doing that all these years. So it's just
kind of a like, why are we even do going
down this rabbit hole? If you know they know people

(39:46):
are just gonna clown them. No, I can't. I can't
hear you.

Speaker 3 (39:57):
Can you hear me now?

Speaker 2 (39:58):
Yes? I can.

Speaker 5 (40:00):
Yeah, it's gonna be the bad one again. Sorry, every
time I touched my mic it messes up. I don't
know why I ever move it. No personally, mhm ex Allen.

(40:21):
At the end of Collision, what say you did.

Speaker 1 (40:24):
You like this?

Speaker 2 (40:26):
Yeah?

Speaker 3 (40:27):
I did.

Speaker 2 (40:27):
I thought this was a good way to end. Let
me know, yeah, I thought, yeah, I can hear you,
but I thought this was a good way to end
the show. I think it showed how strong Darby Allen looks.
I mean, he refused to stay down no matter what
they threw at him, he was He refused to go down.
He refused to stay down until John Moxley finally had

(40:50):
enough and did a d d T right on top
of that, on top of that banner that ate that
Darby Allen was carrying, and then and yeah, I think that.
I think it made Darby Allen look strong, and I
thought it was a good way to make the Death
Writers look strong as well, and it really hyped me
up for this match. I thought it was a good

(41:11):
way to end the show. The Death Writers rode high.
They beat Kyle O'Reilly and Orange Cassidy in the main
event there. I thought it was a good way to
end what I thought was a really solid week from.

Speaker 1 (41:22):
Aw Yeah, can you hear me now? Yeah, I mean
not as good. Sorry, my mind is not working, but
we've got to continue on the show. Yeah, I agree
with you.

Speaker 3 (41:32):
I thought it did make him look.

Speaker 1 (41:33):
Good even though he got beat up or whatever, because
it looked like he was willing to take the beat
down no matter what at any cause he brought the
flag that he had from you know, Mount Everest, even
though he kept it up there.

Speaker 3 (41:45):
But I guess he Yeah, I thought he kept that bad,
but you know, he took the beat down.

Speaker 1 (41:49):
It is what it is, but it they gave us
the obvious answer on who to predict who's gonna win.
But I like that the Death Writers were fully dominant
this week. They had great promos on Collision, they un
matches on Dynamite with Claudio and their their match at
the main event. They had Pop beat up Derby, they
had Mox beat up Darby to close it off. If
you're gonna have Darby Allen win, you might as well

(42:13):
have him look as weak and vulnerable as possible because
when he does win, if he does, it's that much
more important.

Speaker 3 (42:20):
So I loved it all. I agree with you.

Speaker 1 (42:21):
I thought it was a fantastic close to the three
and a half hour Dynamite Collision episode.

Speaker 2 (42:27):
Yeah, I thought it was a good a good show.
I thought it was a solid show from start to finish.
And like we said, the Death Riders flew high and yeah,
they made us excited about the event. So that's that's
really all you want, you know. And I thought they
did a good job. You know, they didn't overdo it.
They you know, yes, John Darby Allen had a lot

(42:47):
of blood coming out from his face somehow, some way.
But they didn't overdo it. It wasn't too much. It
was it was done just right, you know, And that's
what I liked about.

Speaker 1 (42:58):
Yeah, I agree, I agree. All right, Well that's our
AAW weekend review. Fantastic week in aw props a tonic
on the company, keep it going. But now it's time
for Russell Dream and we are going to do some predictions.
But before we do so, you know, Ryan's got to
hit that music, bro, So let's go. We got a
song for this, let's hit it.

Speaker 6 (43:19):
This prediction time before and a half is is a
prediction leaned in close, saying nose listen because they are
about to point it out quick lee all the things
that you didn't see.

Speaker 4 (43:31):
It's getting cold, like plays at the line of scrimmage.
You can take it to the bay. The dudes hain't tripping.
They've been seeing what's coming for a good man and
just prediction time.

Speaker 2 (43:40):
Yeah, let's get it, get it.

Speaker 3 (43:47):
You know what's funny.

Speaker 1 (43:47):
My mic has always been a certain way, and every
time I fix it, it turns off. And I was like,
don't move it, and I moved it and then it
turned off. I don't understand I gotta fix it, but
anyway you can still hear me. We got eight matches
to go through, not fifty seven like the normal AW
episode normally has, so that's good. But I have to say,
and I'm not dogging AW fans on here. I'm I'm

(44:08):
excited about no matches on here, and I don't know
if it's because I was excited for the I Quit match,
but now I kind of think it's gonna go too
far for me and they're gonna have to do something
YEA totally stupid to make one.

Speaker 3 (44:21):
Of them quit, So I don't know if I'm all
for that, But like I think the problem.

Speaker 1 (44:25):
Is there's no Swerve, no MJF, and there's really no
storylines like hang Man Simoa's on a story, Brisco Fletcher's
on a story, Statland and Tony Storm just happened. Darby
and Mox is a story, but I just explained why
Brodido and Okata Tekesha isn't a story. The Hurstony get
ended a manner a story, but we've seen them rustle

(44:45):
sixteen times in the last two months. The Bucks Express
and Tekla and JV. None of these like there's no
it's just like I feel like this is an episode
of Dynamite.

Speaker 3 (44:54):
But maybe that's just me.

Speaker 1 (44:55):
I know what, it'll be good matches. I know we'll
come back with a lot of thumbs up and the reviews.
I'm just say storyline wise and excitement on who's gonna win.

Speaker 3 (45:03):
I don't know if this is worth forty bucks, but
that's just my opinion.

Speaker 1 (45:07):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (45:07):
You know, usually with these kinds of shows, though, these
are the ones that over delivered surprise you. Yeah, and
then they have a lot of big surprises, a lot
of big moments, a lot of cool things. But I
do agree that this feels you know, we were riding
high with all Out all In. Then we were riding
high with Forbidden Door. Now then we were riding high

(45:27):
with All Out, and now it just kind of feels
like we're, you know, taking this one, taking this one
in a little bit easy before we close out the
year strong with full gear and world's in. So but yeah,
I always feel like this is probably AEW's least important
pay per view of the year.

Speaker 1 (45:44):
Yeah, other than Forbidden Door. All right, let's break it down.
Ryan's gonna do what he always does. He's gonna try
to predict the match order, and he's starting off with
the half a million dollar match. Who's gonna win two
hundred and fifty thousand dollars each? Is it gonna be
the Young Bucks who are poor? Are the new League
teamed up Jurassic Express their back?

Speaker 3 (46:05):
Baby? Who do you got?

Speaker 2 (46:08):
I'm gonna go Jurassic Express gets the win, You don't
bring them back. Tony Kahan would bring them back just
to have them lose. But in normal situations, you don't
bring them back just to have them lose. And I
think the Young Bucks are their fall from grace is
gonna continue. They're gonna continue playing this character that they've
been playing of you know, the out of luck, out
of touch EVPs that get no respect from anybody. And

(46:31):
they now they have no money and they're gonna have
you more gambling woes and all that jets. So the
Jurassic Express, Jack Barry and Lucasaurus are going to win.
I don't know if they win clean. I don't know
if there's Shenanigan's afloat, but either way, they're winning the
match at Russell Dream and I'm going I'm picking Jurassic Express.

Speaker 3 (46:52):
I can't say you're wrong, You're definitely not wrong. I
think they're gonna win as well.

Speaker 1 (46:57):
Like you said, Tony Khan does like to bring people
back or have them debut and they lose instantly. I
don't think this is gonna be the case.

Speaker 3 (47:04):
I think this is.

Speaker 1 (47:05):
Jurassic Express, easy win for them, and the young guys
continue their Barrent Corbin image of being poor.

Speaker 2 (47:13):
So yeah, the only thing I can see, the only
thing I can see as Jurassic Express could lose is
if like Nick Wayne and the Patriarchy cost Lucasaurus to
match because he turned on them as well. But I
don't see that happening. But I could. You know, it's
it's on the back, it's in the back of my mind.

(47:34):
But I don't think that's gonna happen.

Speaker 3 (47:36):
All right, what's next? Whoo the match everyone's been won.

Speaker 1 (47:41):
It's techla versus Jamie Hater for the only match that
has nothing meaningful for it.

Speaker 3 (47:47):
Who do you got, Tecla Jamie Hayter?

Speaker 2 (47:51):
Well, I feel like so Tecla was like feuding with
Tony Storm and Chris Statlander this week, but you wouldn't
have even known she was wrestling Jamie Hayter and Jamie
Hayter was wrestling like Penelope Ford and all those people.

Speaker 3 (48:02):
So uh huh.

Speaker 2 (48:03):
It was really strange, like they had no interactions with
each other. But I'm gonna go I think Techla's getting
the win here. I think, yeah, you know, as much
as they want Jamie Hater to be a thing, I
just I think Techla has kind of become a fan favorite.
I think the people they I think, m hm, you know,

(48:29):
they the win. I agree.

Speaker 1 (48:32):
I think Tecla has to win this match. I think
she's next up for the World Heavyweight Championship. I think
she's gonna be the first suppoda to whoever wins after
we predict later on. So yeah, I got Techla winning.
They believe in her. I think she's the leader of
this new fantastic faction. I think she's gonna be the winner. Yeah,
easy win for Miss Techna over Jamie Hater.

Speaker 3 (48:53):
What's next?

Speaker 2 (48:54):
Oh? I think so?

Speaker 3 (48:55):
Whooh? The match of a thousand matches. We got the
demand versus the Hurt Syndicate. The demand, I gotta say.

Speaker 1 (49:02):
Ricochet rolled out in a pretty dope aew jumper this
past week. I looked it up online to see if
they had it. They didn't think he just wore a
z oone or put patches on it. But it was
pretty dope. But nonetheless, who do you got that last
time they wrestled in a trio's match, Demand won pinndem
JFS old ass who wins this time?

Speaker 2 (49:20):
I'm going with the hurt Syndict get the win. I
think though that'll put them in two. I think this
will be the third time they've wrestled in a trios match,
and the Demand the Demand won one, the Hurtsyndict won
the other, and I think the Hurts Innicatet is going
to win the feud ultimately, and this is going to
hopefully the be the last match between these three, these

(49:42):
these six individuals, and they move on from here. But
I think Bobby Lashley pins Ricochet and everything everybody moves on.

Speaker 3 (49:52):
Yeah, I agree with you. I think that's what's gonna happen.
I think this is it.

Speaker 1 (49:56):
I think we move on, and I actually yeah, I
think MJF takes it, gets the pinfall this time. I
think his old ass has to show that he's important
in some way. So yeah, Shelton Benjamin just took a
pin at Dynamite, So I think MJF will give the
MVP our MVP. Sorry yeah no no, but on Dynamite
this past timeament was it a shelter? Benjamin took the
pin in the tea? Yeah, so I think he's not

(50:17):
going to take a pin. They're not going to have
them lose or yeah, I think MJF will give a
pin and I hope pins ricochet.

Speaker 3 (50:24):
Why not, let's have some fun, So yeah, I got
that'd be funny. Yeah, all right.

Speaker 1 (50:30):
The match literally nobody asks for unless you only watch
aew pretend everybody is better than what they are. We
got Kyle Flesher defending the T and T Championship against
one Mark Brisco.

Speaker 3 (50:42):
Who do you gotten? Why is at Kyle Fletcher?

Speaker 2 (50:44):
It's Kyle Fletcher. And I messed up putting this match
at fourth on the court when it clearly says five
on the screen.

Speaker 3 (50:52):
Yeah, what's that?

Speaker 2 (50:53):
I think it's the This is the fifth time that
they're going to be wrestling for the Yes, yes, yes,
So it's two to two and this is I guess
the finale. It's pivotal. It's decisive game five of this match,
but Kyle Fletcher's gonna win. Mark Risco stains no chance
of winning this match and that's it, you d n
We move on. Kyle Fletcher moves on to other things.

Speaker 1 (51:17):
Funny thing is I never even knew they wrestled four
other times, so to me. But yeah, yeah, but I
can get two ships about this match or Mark Brisco.
So Kyle Fletcher wins. What's next? All right?

Speaker 3 (51:29):
We got bro.

Speaker 1 (51:29):
Dido defending their tag team championships against Takeshta and Okada.

Speaker 3 (51:34):
If you didn't know, they had a birthday party.

Speaker 1 (51:36):
Takesha was talking, Okada hit the rock button of the
remote control to turn it off. Obviously they have conflict.
To Alpha Mels, they're gonna break up sooner or later.
But does it start here? Who gets the victory?

Speaker 2 (51:50):
I'm gonna say, I'm actually gonna go Okada and Takeushta
are gonna win?

Speaker 1 (51:54):
WHOA?

Speaker 2 (51:55):
I think Okada is the is the unified champion and
he hasn't a lot in ae W. Takeshna just won
the IWGP Championship, and he just won the tournament that
they have every year, g the g One Classic. I
think it is so he's doing phenomenal things. I think,
you know, I think the story is going to be,

(52:17):
you know, having the we talked earlier about the acclaim
being the dysfunctional attack team. I think these guys are
gonna be the dysfunctional tack team champions, and then the
plane are gonna maybe dethrown them down the road when
they realize, hey, they look like us up there, like
we we're better together. We're gonna let's reunite, let's be stronger,
and we can take these guys on. But I do
think that's the way down the line. But I do

(52:39):
think Okata and Takesha are gonna get the win, becoming
tag team champions, and they're just gonna have two belts.

Speaker 1 (52:46):
Well we finally disagree. I think Broddo is gonna win.
I don't see how the I think this is the
end of them. It just I think it more matters
on who's taken the pin. Is it gonna be Okata,
who hasn't been pinned since I was born? Or is
it gonna be Takeshta, who just won the new champan
the wrestling Championship. I can see it, but why I
don't know Brodido's attack. I can't see it. I still

(53:08):
got Brodido win in and I'll say, oh, kinda takes
the pin? Why not let's have it. And I think
that'll piss him off even more and want even more
issues with Tekesha moving forward. So yeah, maybe it'll be
Tequsha's fault. Maybe Tekesha won't come and save him. Maybe
he'll let him take the pin, or maybe he'll move
from a hand, you know what I mean the old fans.

Speaker 3 (53:26):
I don't think so something like that.

Speaker 1 (53:28):
So Akata takes the pin so he's safe from it,
and it wasn't a singles match anyway, something like that.

Speaker 3 (53:32):
But yeah, I see Brodido win in here.

Speaker 2 (53:35):
Yeah that's a good pick. I mean either way, I
don't think you can go wrong with Brodido as tag
champs or Ocata and Tequsha's champs.

Speaker 1 (53:43):
There's one thing that Don Kellis does. It's lose, all right.
The Women's World Championship match. We got Chris statlanda versus
Tony's Storm for the women's championship. Who gets it?

Speaker 3 (53:55):
Does Chris retain or does Tony get back her gold?

Speaker 2 (53:58):
I think Chris stat Lander is retaining. I think we're
gonna see a run here with Tony Storm without the
championship and see how what she can do, and maybe
she I think maybe we were talking about Mercedes earlier.
Maybe she goes after Mercedes and the TBS title and
we get an actual feud between those two women because
they have history to be good and I think it

(54:20):
would help Mercedes in a big way. But I think
Chris Statlander is going to to retain her Women's championship.
They wouldn't have put the belt on her just to
have her lose it a month later. I agree.

Speaker 3 (54:30):
Oh, Christntler is winning.

Speaker 1 (54:31):
Yeah the end, and I think this is her moment
that should have happened to originally when she shouldn't have
won it in a four way. This is her beating
Tony Storm and she should to prove that she is
the rightful Women's aw champion. So yeah, I got Chris
Statlander winning. Yeah, all right, we got the I quip
match Darby Ellen versus John Monts. I think we both

(54:52):
know who's gonna win this match. How are they going
to win this match?

Speaker 2 (54:56):
Is key?

Speaker 3 (54:57):
What say you? What's your prediction?

Speaker 2 (55:00):
And I had this match as seventh on the card
of eight. I think it probably should main event. But
I said the same thing about Adam Copeland and Christian
Cage last last month for All Out and they opened
the show, and they closed, and they closed with Kyle
Fletcher and Hangman Page, which I didn't think really deserved
to close the show. So yeah, so I could see

(55:21):
this match not main eventing. That's why I put it
in this spot. But I'm gonna go Darby Allen wins.
He has to. He lost to John Moxley it all
out in the Coffin match. He's gonna He's gonna win.
The question is is how, And that's what I'm trying
to wrap my head around. I don't know how, but
I feel like this match is going to be cringey.
It's going to be dirty, it's gonna be bloody, it's

(55:42):
gonna they're gonna they're gonna do all kinds of crazy
stuff with like weapons and flamethrowers and cock Molotov cocktails
and all these other things that they've been bringing up
over the last week. But I do think Brian Danielson's
gonna get involved somehow. I think he's going to be
a reason. That's why they name dropped him on Dynamite
this week. I could see, you know, John Moxley bringing

(56:02):
up Sting or doing something attacking Sting, and that's how
we force Darby Allen to quit because he's like beating
down sting really bad to the point where he's like
all he has. All you have to do is say
I quit and I'll stop. And so he finally quits.

Speaker 3 (56:15):
But you're pulling some stuff out.

Speaker 2 (56:18):
But but that's that's but John Moxley is not winning.
So that's what I don't I Does he go after Renee?
Does he attack? Does Darby Allen attack Renee Piquette? And
that's what causes John Moxley to quit? Does he attack
Marina Shaffir? And that's what causes John Moxley do I
don't know, but that's nobody. Yeah, I know, So I don't.
I don't know how Darby Allen wins, but he is

(56:39):
going to win.

Speaker 3 (56:41):
I know for a fact Darby Allen's winning. I hope
he wins.

Speaker 1 (56:47):
Allah the Rock in Mankind with a pre recorded John
Moxley saying I quit.

Speaker 3 (56:55):
He said I quit a whole bunch of times on Dynamite.
They were saying it back and forth.

Speaker 1 (57:00):
I hope.

Speaker 3 (57:00):
But he puts it up to the mic.

Speaker 1 (57:01):
There's like a recording that's I quit, and it's John
Boxley's voice, and he loses that's the only way, minus
a bullet to your head, that I can see either
of these guys quitting so and I wouldn't put it
past Tony Khan for Darbi Allen to have an ar
you know, up to his head and showing the world
what to Tony Khan really is. I can't see anything

(57:22):
else other than that a microphone or something, because what
are we that I can't see it?

Speaker 3 (57:27):
I just can't. So yeah, yes, sir, Yeah.

Speaker 2 (57:30):
Yeah, there's gonna be Shenan against for sure. But yeah,
John mox is not leaving victorious.

Speaker 1 (57:36):
No no, and yes, wes we back to back in
every week now again, Ladies and gentlemen.

Speaker 3 (57:41):
All right, so what's your main event? One match left?

Speaker 1 (57:43):
Whoo the match no one asked for but should be
fun Hangman Page afitting his gold against Samoa with Joe So.
Joe shocked the world the first time he won the
title by beating one MJF.

Speaker 3 (57:53):
What will happen this time? Winning? Losing?

Speaker 2 (57:55):
Who do you got? I'm gonna go? Hangman Page retains obviously,
but I think there's a surprise coming in and I
think the surprise is the one return of MJF and
MJF is going to come out and either at the
end and stare down Hangman Page, or he's gonna cost

(58:16):
Samoa Joe the match and the next pay per view
we're gonna have a triple threat between these three guys
because Hangman pay or MJF beat Or lost his title
to Samoa Joe and then he has his history with
Hangman Adam Page as well. So I see MJF coming
out at the end of at the end of Russell

(58:36):
Jaen and staring down Hangman Page, and maybe he costs
Samoa Joe. But either way, Hangman Page is winning.

Speaker 3 (58:43):
Hangman Page is winning.

Speaker 1 (58:44):
I like that. So with his new contract thing with
does he have to get approval from Tony Kahn not
from Hangman Page, right, he just.

Speaker 2 (58:53):
Has to say he has to do it a week
in advance.

Speaker 3 (58:56):
That's to who who does he have to tell at it?

Speaker 2 (59:00):
So he has to say, so he can't Okay, I'm
gonna catch this in on this when next Saturday on
on Collision, or I'm gonna catch this in at World's In.
I'm gonna Yeah, it's gonna be at least in advance,
But I wish it could happen that night. That would
be cool.

Speaker 1 (59:16):
But but imagine if he came out and cost Hangman
Page and Samoa Joe won.

Speaker 2 (59:22):
Yeah, I can see that, you.

Speaker 1 (59:25):
Know what I mean, and then him wanting to beat
Samoa Joe and Cash again because that's the guy who
beat him.

Speaker 3 (59:30):
Who knows. I don't know.

Speaker 1 (59:31):
I feel like Russell Dream needs something. I'm going with
Adam Hangman Page because it makes sense. But the last
time Joe won it was a surprise.

Speaker 2 (59:40):
Yep.

Speaker 1 (59:40):
See, Joe had one of the greatest title runs in
aw history when he had it. Russell Dream needs something.
It's a pretty boring card.

Speaker 2 (59:49):
We need something.

Speaker 3 (59:49):
You never know anything's possible, so yeah, and.

Speaker 2 (59:55):
You know we we I forgot what I was gonna. Oh,
I forgot Oh Joe, Simo Joe. He's retiring, Yeah, twenty
twenty six when he's contractors or whenever his contract though,
but I don't know when this contact ends. But he
said in an interview that he's probably gonna retire. Why
not give him one last run with the world title.
But I still don't see it happening at Russell Dream though.

Speaker 1 (01:00:19):
You should probably like give him a title run, have
him turned heel and then Russell at Russell Mania, but
like turn babyface and then just have a really shitty
match and then just kind of after that gets schaed
by Ron Blessner and then oh wait what do I
talking about?

Speaker 3 (01:00:34):
Anyway?

Speaker 2 (01:00:34):
You know he has his shirt. He has a shirt
that says the Final Boss. He was the Final Boss
before the run.

Speaker 3 (01:00:41):
Yeah, I know, I know, I know.

Speaker 1 (01:00:44):
All right, that was our Russell Dream predictions you could
take to the bank. I think it's a pretty easy
show to predict, unless they have a surprise, which I
think they should, so we should be wrong somewhere.

Speaker 3 (01:00:54):
But anyway, let's get into it.

Speaker 1 (01:00:56):
We're gonna do our weekly segment where we do our
least and most Valuable dude or do that of the
week of wrestling.

Speaker 3 (01:01:01):
And this is for ae W, so it doesn't mean
we hate them or like them. It just means we
think they.

Speaker 1 (01:01:06):
Were the best or worst booked wrestler or wrestlers of
this week. Ryan, who is your l v D of
the weekend? Or we gonna go two for two again
like last week, Let's see are like this week?

Speaker 2 (01:01:18):
I think I know who you're gonna pick, So I'm
gonna try to go different and I'm gonna go with
Roderick Strong. And the reason why I'm going with Rogers
Strong is because he called out John Moxley and the
Death Writers on Collision. He said, like he did his
old Moxley and then he's like, I don't like you guys,
and I want to match with you. And then not

(01:01:40):
only does he not get John Moxley in the match,
he gets Claudio Casignoli, who I think is a better
in ring wrestler than John Moxley. He's not quite the
character that John Moxley is, but he's better in the
ring than Moxley. And he loses. And not only does
he lose, but the rest of the Conglomeration or the
Paragon or whatever their group is called, they lose as well.

(01:02:00):
But yeah, I'm gonna go roder Strong. I thought, you know,
you can't call somebody out and say I demand a
match and then go out there and lose. And he
put up a good fight against Claudio. It was a
great match, don't get me wrong. But still you can't
call him out on Collision, get the match on Dynamite
just to lose.

Speaker 3 (01:02:18):
Did he call him out because they took his wife?

Speaker 2 (01:02:22):
They didn't even talk about that, like they don't even Yeah,
they don't even mention that, which would be yeah, yeah, it.

Speaker 1 (01:02:27):
Would be funny the Gang Bang and his wife every
week on Dynamite and Collision. But you don't care about that,
all right? Well, yeah, I agree, that was a good one.
I think he knew who I'm going with and it
is one We're safe. I knew you were gonnay this girl,
Oh Ultimate Money.

Speaker 3 (01:02:44):
Sorry.

Speaker 2 (01:02:45):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (01:02:45):
The onlyders between her and Ultimo is that Ultimate defended them,
and they were all legit titles that he could defend,
not just belts that she won in fantasy football and such.
But yeah, I gotta say, Mercedes she does absolutely nothing.
She talks a lot, does nothing.

Speaker 3 (01:03:00):
I don't get it.

Speaker 1 (01:03:01):
I think it's hurt her legacy and it's a shame
because I love Sasha Banks that I love Mercedes Money
and I want with best for her. This is not
what's best for her and someone needs to tell her.
So yeah, it was another big miss for me. I mean,
standing there talking with Renee. The only thing I've seen
her do in the past year is wrestle people. She
shouldn't be wrestling or beneath her and talking in front
of a table full of belts. I haven't seen her

(01:03:23):
do anything else, and she rare rarely wrestles. She's usually
just talking in front of a table full of belts.

Speaker 2 (01:03:29):
Yeah, don't forget the time she cut steak really awkwardly
with Tony Storm, which.

Speaker 3 (01:03:33):
And refused to eat it.

Speaker 1 (01:03:34):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (01:03:35):
Yeah, I didn't even touch it. I was like, you
let that whole like ninety five dollars steak right there? Girl,
Get out of here.

Speaker 3 (01:03:41):
Yeah, I mean you've seen her. She don't need steak.
She she's bad. We're sending money bad. I don't give anyone,
say non homie. So he called me, call me Mercedes money.
I know you mad to me right and to help me.

Speaker 1 (01:03:52):
And I was like, yeah, Tony Storm definitely devours meat
and probably tacos. All right, so let's end on a pause.
Who is your m v D ladies and gentlemen, if
you want some humor, come listen to the dudes. All right,
MVD MBD time, Hey switch that switch that bottom switch

(01:04:13):
the time producers.

Speaker 2 (01:04:14):
Switching as well. Keep saying that it's not midnight.

Speaker 1 (01:04:18):
Yeah, it's not midnight time where I am. It's five
am right now. I'm about to watch Grown Jewel, all right,
what do you got MVD? Who is your MVD of
the week.

Speaker 2 (01:04:25):
It's I think there's only one right answer here and
it's the Death Writers. I think they had the best week.
They were dominant from you know on, They had that
great promo on Collision, they were dominant on Dynamite. Everybody
got wins. Claudio one, you know, Daniel Garcia one there
at the end with with in the tag team match

(01:04:45):
against Orange, Cassidy and Kyle o' riley. Marina Shafir looked great.
Daniel Varcia had that nice promo at the end. All
of it was good. John Moxley beat down to Darby Allen.
They left standing tall. This was probably one of the
pop things in the when they were during the John
mox League Darby Allen segment where he was beating down

(01:05:05):
Derby in the in the prison set, in the prison
or wherever they had been, were the jail. All of
it was good. The Dark death Writers proved their dominant
in ae W. They are the the the the antithesis
of the don Kalisch family, because the don Kalisch family
all they do is lose. All the death Writers do
is is win. All they do is win. When when

(01:05:26):
no matter what, and they did it again this week,
and you know, I have a feeling it's going to
lead to a losing outcome on Saturday, which we just predicted.
But for this week in ae W, they were the
m v ds, all of that, every single member fact.

Speaker 1 (01:05:41):
So yeah, I was going with the Death Writers too.
And if you would have just been brave enough to
pick Mercedes butN A, it would have been the first
time ever we went four for four on w W
n A e W For our lvdnds, we usually have
something different. Uh yeah, but for sure they were all
over the damn TV for both Collisions and Dynamite. They
won everything they did. They beat down peep after beat down,

(01:06:01):
and they'd be served. And this is what we needed
to do.

Speaker 3 (01:06:03):
If Darby Allen is going to win at Wrestle Dream,
this is what he needed to happen, so it feels
more important. He would have got to.

Speaker 1 (01:06:09):
Come up ins and threw Melotov cocktails and hit him
with barbed wires and you know, little people, it wouldn't
have felt as important, right. You had to have this
happened to him so he can be more powerfully victorious
in the end. So yeah, I loved it. Death writers
are MVD props to them. I don't care about anyone says.
I'm not saying getting old of my books. He's putting

(01:06:30):
in the best work of anybody, right, is killing it, dude,
just killing it. Man. It's a champ, all right. He's
the PWI Top one hundred number one. Y'all got a
rock Cody Brow. Let's get the out of my face
with that shit.

Speaker 2 (01:06:42):

bad enough, I will hit you back up and we
