L’UTILE est une entreprise d'économie sociale qui vise à faire du logement étudiant un catalyseur de réussite pour la population étudiante.
Il y a plus de 10 ans, de jeunes étudiants avaient comme aspiration de créer plus de logements étudiants au Québec. Aujourd’hui, après plusieurs années de travail et de collaboration avec des partenaires et les associations étudiantes, l’UTILE a pu développer plusieurs projets, à travers la province, pour loger la population étudiante.
