This episode is about looking into situations to see how you may have contributed to negative outcomes instead of trying to figure out how you are not at fault in order to coax your ego and feel "right" and feel like you are the "victim". If you train yourself to do this, you will learn how to put the power back into your own hands in order to start creating positive change in your life! You will be empowering yourself by looking at things this way, instead of leaving yourself "power-less" and pitying yourself in order to feel like you are "right" and someone else is "wrong". This is a MAJOR paradigm shift that could transform your life for the better!! Once I started looking at things this way, I was way more proactive and my life became more like a painting that I started to create instead of someone just splattering paint all over me and me crying about it in the corner.
