This episode is about being addicted to something. There are so many things that we can become addicted to! Some of the substances are worse than others, however being addicted to anything at all seems to take a part of your soul in some way!! It's like you are not completely free when you are addicted to something. In a way, you are in bondage... It sucks! I've been there... Done that! This episode breaks down my thoughts on addiction and different ways to think about the situation in general, and then suggests some forms of action that helped me to overcome at least one of the major addictions that I have had in the past [to caffeine]. In a future episode on this podcast thread "21", I will talk more about how I successfully quit drinking alcohol when that felt like my #1 crutch in life, and when THAT WAS one of my FAVORITE things to do!!!...
