This episode is continuing from the previous episode about my experience in Costa Rica. I went to Costa Rica to get my 200 hour yoga training and certification and decided to cold turkey kratom & kava and do a total detox. I had an extremely intense experience that was very uncomfortable, but once I pulled through it, I felt great... I experienced some profound realizations during this 200 hour yoga training and learned how to comfortably and safely stop taking these powerful plant medicines and can guide you if and when you ever decide to do this. I am going to share some of these thoughts with you here in this episode.
