On today's episode, Sharon and I get into a topic that definitely needs more air time - creating community and collaboration OVER competition.
And we mean this in the realest way. Not the - sure, let's collab just so I can benefit...
Actually working together and lifting each other up so we can ALL get farther ahead.
This is something we are both incredibly passionate about and find so important, not only to women right now, but also to show the next generations, in terms of what is possible for women and that we can do it together.
As Sharon says "The impact that I want to make is for the generation that's barely born. And that's my granddaughter. And I want her to know that the women she sees as I'm building this out, the women she sees around me, everything is possible."
In the world right now, we need more of that.
To see and believe that the things we want to do ARE possible and to find the right people that are there to support you to do it.
