It's not 'business as usual'. Things are f*cked. I'm really honest and I don't sugar coat it.
BUT - your business isn't on hold. And your goals shouldn't be either. There isn't a better time or 'let's wait this out' until things settle...
And also - it is hard to hold both.
I'm sharing today what has really helped me because I've found it really hard to not be distracted.
To figure out how to still run my business while also trying to process my feelings around the horrifying things that are happening every day and not get stuck ruminating on that forever (and then getting nothing done...)
