No one loves this one. But it's literally one of the BIG things that make scaling your business more effective, gives you more time (even right now), and allows you to have a business that's sustainable long term.
We don't love hearing these things because it's not 'fancy', it's not an overnight solution to making a ton of money, and sometimes it makes you second guess why the F you started a business... Because often the things that work are also the ones that are a bit of a mindf*ck, at least at first.
