Ginger and I actually went to the same college and she reached out to me after reading a write-up in our Alumni magazine that highlighted the Unbeaten Path. It turns out Ginger and I had a lot of correlations in our paths, and she is a perfect guest for the show.
Ginger has had quite the rollercoaster of careers since starting out in the Insurance industry, moving into event planning, but still not finding her happiness in her career.
Ginger would sit at her desk and watch the clock waiting for the work day to be over. She wondered "Am I ever going to get promoted?" "Am I ever going to make the kind of money I deserve?" She felt a mixture of sadness because she was doing something she did not enjoy, anger because she was still in the same position she had been in for years, and resentment towards her peers that were excelling quicker than her. Ginger knew that she was meant for so much more. She wanted to make a difference in the world and have a job that she loved.
This all changed when she hired a life coach and it transformed her entire life. Ginger realized that she wanted to help change people's lives as well. She became a coach, speaker, and author since then and she is living the life of her dreams.
