Hi🫶🏽 In this breathwork practice, we’ll move through the pain of past friendship wounds and open your heart to the kind of loyal, soul-connected relationships you deserve.
I created this from a very personal place, with past friendships that made me question “Why am I not the one being protected? Chosen? Defended?”
That experience shook my trust, and to be honest, i wondered if i would ever have friendships that “stand on business" for me in any room. I wondered if real loyalty even existed…you know, the kind where friends don’t just stay neutral or quiet when it matters.
But today… I have friendships that feel safe. Friends who mention my name in rooms I'm not in. Who see me. Who choose me. Â
It didn’t just happen. I had to do the work. I had to heal. I had to let go of what wasn’t aligned, and start calling in what was.
What to expect in this practice:
✨ Release betrayal, disappointment, or grief from past friendships
✨ Affirm your worth + the kind of friendship you want to attract
✨ Visualize loyal, joyful, soul-aligned friendship in your life
✨ End with deep grounding + an open heart
Let’s release the pain of being overlooked or hurt.
& let’s breathe in love, belonging, and soul-level connection.
You deserve that. You always have. 💗
